무역기업의 FTA 활용 애로사항 및 지원방안에 대한 연구 (A Study on difficulties and support measures of FTA utilization in Korean Trading Firms)

  • 현재 우리나라의 FTA 활용률은 선진국의 경우에 비해 전반적으로 활용률이 낮다. 특히 한-ASEAN FTA의 경우 30% 대에 그치는 등 FTA 활용 제고가 시급한 과제로 부상하고 있다. 또한 무역기업이 FTA 특혜관세를 적용받는 비율도 저조한 것으로 평가되고 있어 활용률 제고가 최대 정책현안으로 나타나고 있다. 본 연구는 무역기업의 FTA 활용률을 높이기 위하여 실태분석을 실시하였다. 무역기업의 FTA 애로사항을 파악하였고, 무역기업의 FTA 활용교육과 컨설팅의 개선방안도 검토하였다. 이는 정부의 FTA 활용제고 시책 마련에 유용한 자료를 제공하는데 목적이 있다. 본 연구결과로 FTA를 활용한 무역기업의 수출확대, FTA 정책의 내실화, FTA 정책지지 기반강화에 기여할 것을 기대한다.

  • 제1, 2차 국가GIS사업이 완료되고 제3차 국가GIS사업이 추진되고 있는 시점에 국가GIS사업의 활용도는 여전히 낮은 실정이다. 1, 2차 국가GIS사업으로 국토공간정보기반이 갖추어졌기 때문에 향후 GIS의 활용도는 지금보다는 훨씬 높아질 것으로 예상된다. 특히 유비쿼터스 시대를 맞아 GIS에 대한 국가적인 수요의 대폭적인 증가가 예상됨에 따라 기 구축된 국가GIS사업의 활용분야가 보다 넓어질 것이다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 지금까지 추진해 온 국가GIS사업 중에 우리나라에서만 독특한 형태로 수행되고 있는 GIS활용체계사업에 중점을 두고 그 추진과정 및 실적을 평가하였다. 특히 이를 위해 행정업무에 실제 활용하는 지자체의 GIS 활용실태를 심층 조사하고 지자체 및 국가차원에서 GIS활용을 제고하는데 장애요인을 분석해 그 해결방안을 모색해 보고자 한다. 이 연구에서 제시된 결과는 향후 수행될 제3차 국가GIS기본계획 수정계획 및 제4차 국가GIS기본계획 수립의 기초 자료로 활용하는데 일조하고자 한다.

  • Production, utilization and related regulation of refuse derived fuel in Korea have been discussed in this paper. Also, the expected future of RDF has been discussed. Although the interest about RDF has been increased continuously , there are many things that must be solved for the development of RDF industry. Compared with other developed country, inadequacy of regulation about RDF and the lack of possible utilization facility make the limitation for the development of RDF industry.

Single Use (Disposable) Duodenoscope: Recent Development and Future

  • Unlike simple forward-viewing endoscopes such as gastroscope or colonoscope, duodenoscope houses much more complex design to fulfil its function. This design differences leave duodenoscopes more prone to contamination from inadequate disinfection process and potential dissemination of pathogens. Recent reports on dissemination of infection through the duodenoscope mandated an overhaul of duodenoscope utilization including development of a disposable duodenoscope. This article reviews the current state of disposable duodenoscope development, including reported early efficacy as well as its future direction and utilization.

  • 전 세계적으로 고강도 합금 및 신재생에너지 산업의 수요 증가로 인하여 핵심 원료인 바나듐의 수요가 증가할 것으로 기대된다. 이에 따라, 지금까지 바나듐은 다른 산업의 부산물로 회수되었으나, 직접적인 개발에 대한 이목이 집중되고 있다. 특히, 매장량과 생산량이 가장 많은 중국에서는 함바나듐 무연탄광과 티탄철광으로부터 바나듐을 회수하는 연구가 활발하게 수행되고 있다. 국내에도 경기 북부 지역에 함바나듐 티탄철광이 대량 부존되어 있다고 알려져, 이를 개발하고자 하는 기초 및 실증연구가 수행되고 있다. 따라서 본 총설에서는 국내외 바나듐 선별 기술 현황을 조사하여 소개하였으며, 이를 토대로 현재 전량 수입에 의존하고 있는 바나듐에 대한 자립 수급의 필요성을 알리고자 한다.

Electrochemical Determination of Ciprofloxacin Based on the Enhancement Effect of Sodium Dodecyl Benzene Sulfonate

  • Herein, a new electrochemical method was described for the determination of ciprofloxacin based on the enhancement effect of an anionic surfactant: sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate (SDBS). In pH 4.0 phosphate buffer and in the presence of 1.0 × 10-4 mol/L SDBS, ciprofloxacin yields a well-defined and sensitive oxidation peak at the carbon paste electrode (CPE). Compared with that in the absence of SDBS, the oxidation peak current of ciprofloxacin remarkably increases in the presence of SDBS. The experimental parameters, such as supporting electrolyte, concentration of SDBS, and accumulation time, were optimized for ciprofloxacin determination. The oxidation peak current is proportional to the concentration of ciprofloxacin over the range from 8.0 × 10-8 to 5.0 × 10-6 mol L-1. The detection limit is 2.0 × 10-8 mol L-1 after 2 min of accumulation. This new voltammetric method was successfully used to detect ciprofloxacin in drugs.

가변 크기 Moving Window를 적용한 ATM 망에서의 동적 호 접속 제어 연구 (A dynamic connection admission control algorithm using variable-sized moving window in ATM networks)

  • Connection admission decision in ATM networks requires decision made in real time using fast algorithm. It is difficult to construct a model of the multiplexed traffic and thus, approximation of the traffic load is necessary. In this paper, we propose a measurement-based dynamic CAC(Connection admission Control) in ATM(Asynchronous Transfer Mode) networks, which observes current traffic by the moving window and set the window size to the value which is computed from the measured cell loss amount. It is based on the measurements of the traffic load over an admission period that is load enough to reflect the current traffic behavior instead of analytic modeling. And, the dynamic reallocation of bandwidth for each class leads to effective bandwidth utilization. The performance of proposed method is analyzed through computer simulation. The performance of proposed method is analyzed by using SIMAN simulation package and FORTRAN language. As can be seen in the simulation result, cell loss performance and bandwidth utilization have been increased.

Development of Metal Recovery Process for Municipal Incineration Bottom Ash (MIBA)

  • The utilization of incineration ash from municipal waste must be promoted to solve the social problem on the shortage of final disposal site. In this research, metals should be recovered to avoid the damage of the crushing machine during the utilization of incineration ash in cement industry. In fact, incineration bottom ash from municipal waste contains iron in 3-5%. Nonferrous metal and stainless steel in 1% is also included. The research and development on the physical recovery process was performed not only to remove the metals but also to recover high grade products. Metals were separated from incineration ash in Maruya Co. Ltd.. In fact, iron scrap recovered by magnetic separation can be selled. After that, mixed metal was separated from incineration ash using screen. In this research, mixed metal tried to divided copper, aluminum, brass and stainless steel using drum type magnetic separation, eddy current separation and high magnetic separation. As a result, recovered iron had an 80% for the grade. Aluminum was recovered by eddy current separation without copper and brass.

Evaluation of Rice Nitrogen Utilization Efficiency under High Temperature and High Carbon Dioxide Conditions

  • According to the 5th Climate Change Report, global average temperature in 2081~2100 will increase 1.8℃ based on RCP 4.5 and 3.7℃ based on RCP 8.5 from the current climate value (IPCC Working Group I AR5). As temperature is expected to increase due to global warming and the intensity and frequency of rainfall are expected to increase, damage to crops is expected, and countermeasures must be taken. This study intends to evaluate rice growth in terms of nitrogen utilization efficiency according to future climate change conditions. In this experiment, Oryza sativa cv. Shindongjin were planted at the SPAR facility of the NICS in Wanju-gun, Jeollabuk-do on June 10, and were planted and grown according to the standard cultivation method. Cultivation conditions are high temperature, high CO2 (current temperature+4.7℃·CO2 800ppm), high temperature (current temperature+4.7℃·CO2 400ppm), current climate (current tempreture·CO2 400 ppm). Nitrogen was varied as 0, 9, 18 kg/10a. The N content and C/N ratio of all rice leaves, stems, and seeds increased at high temperature, and the N content and C/N ratio decreased under high temperature and high CO2 conditions com pared to high temperature. Compared to the current climate, NUE increases by about 8% under high temperature and high CO2 conditions and by about 2% under high temperature conditions. This seems to be because the increase in temperature and CO2 induced the increase in biomass. ANUE related to yield decreased by about 70% compared to the current climate under high temperature conditions, and decreased by about 45% at high temperature and high CO2, showing a tendency to decrease compared to high temperature. This appears to be due to reduced fertility and poor ripening due to high temperature stress. However, as the nitrogen increased, the number of ears and the number of grains increased, slightly offsetting the production reduction factor.

제어 시지연이 있는 고성능 PI 전류제어기에 대한 예측전류의 적용방법 (A method of utilizing the predicted current in the high performance PI current controller with a control time delay)

  • This paper deals with a novel utilization method of the predicted current in the high performance PI current controller with a control time delay. The inevitable error of the predicted current in the linear servo drive using a permanent magnet linear synchronous motor is analyzed and a modified cross-coupling decoupling synchronous frame PI current controller is proposed in order to improve the current control response under the control time delay. Simulation and experimental results show that the proposed current controller has an improved current control performance under both the electrical uncertainties of a servo drive system and the control time delay.
