Due to the rapid change in society and technology, educators are paying more attention to the use of Information Technology(IT). This paper attempts to analyze the current status of the use of IT in elementary schools, focusing on two issues. First, the present status of the infrastructure for the use of IT is analyzed. Concerning the issue, this paper examines the national plan promoted by the Ministry of Education and school curriculum on computer education. Second, the current situation and hindering factors in the school use of IT are analyzed. Concerning this second issue, the results of a, survey which was conducted in December, 1997 are reported.

The purpose of this study was to review the current status and problems of the national qualification system in the Environmental field focusing on deficiencies of the regulatory system and qualities of environmental professional including the Environmental control Professional Engineer, Environmental Engineer, Environmental Industrial Engineer and Environmental field. An overview of the environmental field, its current status, domestic qualification items and training conditions in environment-related areas, laws of environmental field, and data of the job analysis were reviewed. The concrete and extensive development plans for the qualification system of the Environmental field are as follows: First of all, a job analysis should be made of on the introduction of new systems or policy modification to reflect technical changes and national policies about the environmental field in the qualification exam. Second, it is essential to prepare policies that are suitable for the qualification system in the Environmental field and that improve its effectiveness. Third, the appropriate policy measures should be taken in order to elevate the social standing of Environmental field qualification holders.

Global Electronic Commerce (EC) is currently being pursued by most of the developed countries. Domestically, EC has just started and still has lots of problems to solve in terms of both technology and institutions. EC has a great potential to affect a country's competitive advantage. For EC to be adopted and diffused early, it is necessary to analyze the current status of EC and to establish the strategies to strengthen the competitive position. Therefore, the major objectives of the study are to review the current status of EC in Korea and to propose for both public and private sectors the strategies to strengthen the competitive advantage.

기존 PC 패키지 게임의 경우에는 제작 비용과 유통 비용이 높고 인터넷을 통한 불법 복제가 많이 발생되었다. 그래서, 이를 막기 위한 방법으로 인터넷으로 게임 컨텐츠를 받아서 게임을 플레이 하는 주문형 게임(Games On Demand)에 관한 서비스가 시도되고 있다. 그러나, 현재 국내에서는 주문형 게임 서비스에 관한 연구가 부족하다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 주문형 게임을 정의하고 이를 제공하기 위한 구조를 분석한다. 그리고 국내를 중심으로 주문형 게임의 서비스 현황을 기술하고 이에 대한 문제점과 해결 방향을 연구한다. 본 연구는 주문형 게임을 제공하려는 업체에게 유익한 자료가 될 수 있다.

The unfloored space and floor is one of characteristic of traditional house in Korea. This space is used to connecting passage between room or entrance of house. Currently, according to decline of heat insulation property thereby becoming decrepit house, native is repairing it for block external environment such as rain, wind and so on. But, variety problem is happening from wrong repair. This object of this study is current status and analysis on problem of unfloored space and floor repair. As a result, current status of repair is classified repair type, installation position and using form. And position of problem is confirmed connection between original house and extend space.

본 연구는 먼저 국내 과학기술정보의 효율적인 유통을 위하여 과학기술 분야의 국내 생산 정보자원에 대한 정의를 시도하고 포괄적인 조사를 통해 그 현황을 파악하고 분석하였다. 두 번째로는 과학기술분야 국내 정보자원의 데이터베이스화 현황 및 인터넷을 통한유통현황을 분석하였다. 마지막으로 국내 과학기술정보 유통상의 문제점을 보다 면밀히 분석하고 향후 발전방향 수립을 위한 고려사항을 논의하였다.

비철금속은 종류가 많아서 비철금속 전반에 걸친 리싸이클링 현황을 파악하기에는 분량이 너무 방대하기 때문에 아직까지 개별 금속에 대해서는 비철 금속 리싸이클링 현황을 조사하긴 했지만 전반적으로 조사 발표된 적은 없다. 본 고에서는 상용 비철금속인 동, 연, 아연, 알루미늄, 니켈 및 마그네슘에 대하여 최근 몇 년간의 국내 수요, 생산량과 스크랩에 대한 리싸이클링 현황을 조사, 발표한다.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the current status of claim management process of general contractors in South Korea. As the claim management becomes more important nowadays, maintaining the process for claim management systematically and consistently becomes more important as well. To improve the claim management process, it is necessary to diagnose the current status of claim management process so companies establish their targets for improvement. This study develops a survey to identify the current status of claim management process that major general contractors in South Korea have. Questions in the survey are classified into four categories including entitlement check, potential claim event check, time bar check, and tasks for substantiation. By conducting a series of statistical analyses with 94 survey data collected from employees working in the general contractor companies in South Korea, this study examines and analyzes their claim management process in terms of the several categories. It is expected that the results contribute to diagnosing how practitioners maintain their claim management, which will help them establish the direction of management enhancement.

The purpose of this paper is to shed light on the current status of Industry 4.0 policies in India and provide holistic policy recommendations in the transition towards Industry 4.0. The study was conducted based on the content-centric review of written policy documents like policy memoranda (memos), green papers and white papers, policy briefs, policy reports, opinion pieces, and newspaper and academic publications on Industry 4.0. India lacks infrastructure, regulatory framework, architectural reference model, incentives, skills, and standard roadmap towards Industry 4.0. The current policy status and policy recommendations presented in this study can serve as a great asset for academicians, policymakers, and practitioners to prepare a holistic roadmap for Industry 4.0 policy implementation. The study is first to assess India's current policy status and compare with Germany towards Industry 4.0. Besides, it is expected to assist government policymakers in formulating tangible policy outputs and strategic roadmaps.

Various types of high-precision radiotherapy, such as intensity-modulated radiation therapy (IMRT), tomotherapy (Tomo), and stereotactic body radiation therapy have been available since 1997. After being covered by insurance in 2015, the number of IMRT cases rapidly increased 18-fold from 2011 to 2018 in Korea. IMRT, which uses a high-beam irradiation monitor unit, requires higher shielding conditions than conventional radiation treatments. However, to date, research on the shielding of facilities using IMRT and the current understanding of its status are insufficient, and detailed safety regulation procedures have not been established. This study investigated the recommended criteria for the shielding evaluation of facilities using medical linear accelerators (LINACs), including 1) the current status of safety management regulations and systems in domestic and international facilities using medical LINACs and 2) the current status of the recommended standards for safety management in domestic and international facilities using medical LINACs. It is necessary to develop and introduce a safety management system for facilities using LINACs for clinical applications that is suitable for the domestic medical environment and corresponds to the safety management systems for LINACs used overseas.
