Special educations for gifted students have not been given enough attention in Japan with a little exception. Indeed, such educations were sometimes despised in Japan by teachers and parents as well as by boards of education, because one of the features of postwar education system in Japan was an excessive egalitarianism. The other is cramming of knowledge in school education, which is necessary for high school graduates to pass entrance examinations for famous universities such as University of Tokyo, or Kyoko University. However, in 1997, some trials of special educations for gifted students started. The Ministry of Education, Sports, Culture, Science and Technology admitted 'skipping a year to enter universities.' In this paper, the following three topics would be discussed. 1. Enrollment of high school students aged 17 into Chiba University. 2. Summer seminars conducted by Japan Mathematics Foundation of Olympiad. 3. Super Science High School Program funded by the Ministry of Education.

In this paper, we propose a system and an intuitive interface that can create an athletic scene among athletes. We allow you to enter motion as if you were playing a game, so that the user's action becomes the player's action. The user can take various actions in front of the motion sensor and control the object flying to him. When a user specifies an opponent to pass or attack, and takes appropriate action in front of the motion sensor, the movement trajectory of the object is automatically generated by the physical optimization technique in accordance with the motion. In this way, you can create scenes where multiple players play together in a virtual environment. The method of this paper will be very useful for rapid prototyping for cinematic trailers of based on athletics games or animations.

Cultural Content Technology(CT, Culture Technology) for the development of cultural industry and the commercialization of technology, cultural contents, media, mount, pass the value chain process and increase the added value of cultural products that are good for all forms of intangible technology. In the field of Culture Technology, Music by analyzing the characteristics of the development of a variety of applications has been studied. Associated with EEG measures and the results of their research in response to musical stimuli are used to detect and study is getting attention. In this paper, the musical stimuli in EEG signals by amplifying the corresponding reaction to the averaging method, ERP (Event-Related Potentials) experiments based on the process of extracting sound methods for removing noise from the ICA algorithm to extract the tone and noise removal according to the results are applied to analyze the characteristics of EEG.

This study was conducted to test whether the transgenic cattle pass the transgene to their progeny through germ cells, and whether the transgene is expressed in the mammary gland of ransgenic cows. Two male ransgenic calves were born from IVF-derived embryos injected with bovine $\beta-casein/human$ lactoferrin fusion gene and then grew up to be reproducible. Semen was collected from a transgenic bull after 18 mon of age and then frozen. Bovine oocytes matured in vitro were fertilized with spermatozoa of the transgenic bull and cultured in $50\;{\mu}L$ drops of CRlaa medium supplemented with 3 mg/mL BSA. After 48 h of culture, cleaved embryos were determined for the presence of transgenes by DNA polymerase chain reaction (PCR). Proportion of transgene positives among bovine embryos fertilized with sperm of the transgenic bull was $20.9\%$ (28/134). One of transgenic bulls did not produce transgenic sperm. Out of 34 calves produced from recipient heifers inseminated with semen of the other bull, 3 $(8.8\%)$ were transgenic animals (2 females and 1 male). Thus, one transgenic bull showed a low transmission frequency below Mendelian levels in both the IVF-derived embryos and his progeny. It was demonstrated by Southern blot that copy numbers of the transgene in the transgenic progeny enhanced about 1.8 times as compared to those of the founder bull The results demonstrate that the transgenic bull carrying human lactoferrin gene could pass his transgene to the progeny through germ cells, although he is a germ-line mosaic.

Ionesco fait partie d'une cat?gorie d'?crivains(Mircea Eliade, Emil Cioran, Tristan Tzara, Pana?t Istrati, etc) qui sont n?s en Roumanie et ont commenc? leur carri?re dans leur pays d'origine pour la continuer et l'achever en France. Eugen Ionescu devient Eug?ne Ionesco. Ce dernier repr?sente d?j? dans les ann?es 30 une personnalit? hors du commun. C'est un homme qui a deux patries, deux racines : une roumaine, une autre fran?aise. Sa vie est a ?t? marqu?e par ses publications des l'adolescence. Ils font l'objet de ce livre-portrait d'Eugen Ionescu, po?te et critique, ?crivain de langue roumaine. L'?tude de la jeunesse roumaine d'Ionesco nous m?ne sur un terrain p?rilleux, celui de la biographie, plus pr?cis?ment des ann?es d'adolescence, de jeunesse et d'apprentissage d'un ?crivain qui a masqu? cette p?riode de sa vie. The purpose of this study is to present a model for enhancing the academic excellence of adult college students. For this purpose, 408 adult college students attending 2-year and 4-year colleges in Busan, Daegu, and Gyeongbuk were surveyed and analyzed. The components of the model are curriculum, educational methods, evaluation of education, educational administration, educational environment, and institutional support and the results are as follows. First, the curriculum preferred by adult college students was to acquire diverse academic knowledge for a degree, to acquire knowledge and skills to develop skills for the workplace, and to acquire new information and knowledge regarding issues in society as a whole. Second, the professors' qualification among the educational methods preferred by adult college students was professional competence of the professors based on their theoretical and practical skills. The preferred teaching methods were lecture, discussion, action learning, and the project learning method in that order and video and PowerPoint were preferred as effective teaching mediums. Third, the preferred course for adult college students is operated on weekends, and three years was preferred to get a bachelor's degree. The possible hours of learning per day is 3~6 hours, indicating the necessity of e-learning, B-learning, and prior learning experience recognition systems. Fourth, the education evaluation method preferred by adult college students was a compromise method which is a mixture of absolute evaluation and relative evaluation, and it also showed the need for Pass or Non Pass evaluation method. Fifth, the internal factors of college selection preferred by adult college students were the acquisition of new knowledge and skills, and the external factors were desire to receive many opportunities related to employment and job improvement. The classroom, which provides an effective environment, was a fixed seat classroom and an indoor classroom environment was emphasized for desired educational environment. Sixth, institutional support preferred by adult college students was computer-related programs and learning club support services.

Objective : This study assessed ChatGPT, an artificial intelligence system based on a large language model, for its ability to pass the National Korean Occupational Therapy Licensure Examination (NKOTLE). Methods : Using NKOTLE questions from 2018 to 2022, provided by the Korea Health and Medical Personnel Examination Institute, this study employed English prompts to determine the accuracy of ChatGPT in providing correct answers. Two researchers independently conducted the entire process, and the average accuracy of both researchers was used to determine whether ChatGPT passed over the 5-year period. The degree of agreement between ChatGPT answers of the two researchers was assessed. Results : ChatGPT passed the 2020 examination but failed to pass the other 4 years' examination. Specifically, its accuracy in questions related to medical regulations ranged from 25% to 57%, whereas its accuracy in other questions exceeded 60%. ChatGPT exhibited a strong agreement between researchers, except for medical regulation questions, and this agreement was significantly correlated with accuracy. Conclusion : There are still limitations to the application of ChatGPT to answer questions influenced by language or culture. Future studies should explore its potential as an educational tool for students majoring in occupational therapy through optimized prompts and continuous learning from the data.

This paper identified the values and awareness of Koreans in 20s regarding Hanbok, the traditional clothing of Korea, and proposed an approach to promote the traditional clothing culture. The subject of the survey were male and female Koreans in their 20s who wear modern street clothes in places people frequently visit including in the metropolitan area and Chungcheong-do as well as those who wear Hanbok in Seoul and Jeonju, Jeollabuk-do. In accordance with the analysis of the survey, Koreans in their 20s rented Hanok rather than buying it. The respondents wore Hanbok for events, festivals or national holidays or while travelling. Elements to improve in Hanbok rental services were designs, materials, washing and stains. The decision factors for renting Hanbok were 'personal tendency' and 'advice from an expert.' While Koreans in their 20s had a positive awareness of Hanbok, they thought it was difficult to buy, rent and put on Hanbok and that it was not comfortable to wear. There was not sufficient opportunity and means to wear Hanbok due to insufficient accessories or shoes to match. On the basis of the analysis of the survey results, the following approach was proposed for the development of the traditional clothing culture. First of all, develop traditional clothing designers who can satisfy the personalities of Koreans in their 20s. It is necessary to develop experience-focused and participatory programs that provide systematic education regarding traditional clothing to pass down this tradition. In addition, it is necessary to create a social and cultural atmosphere that enables the Koreans in their 20s to easily wear Hanbok by popularizing Hanbok.

The study chose two people, KimSamuidang(1769~1823) and GangJeongildang(1772~1832), as concrete examples representing the common female writers in the late of the Joseon Dynasty. And study the recognition on reality and consciousness of orientation in the poetic literature. KimSamuidang is commit to the revival of his family to pass the test. And exchange with husband through active study literature and practice wife law. She left the largest number of works as a female writer during the Joseon Dynasty. GangJeongildang is a Confucian scholar and poet of the late Joseon Dynasty. She also spent her whole life sewing and suffering from disease, trying to create a dying family. Teaching her husband's education, she established self-recognition, encouraged and supported learning. They had a equality sense of marriage couple as academic friends, encouraging each other to study, and by passing the test, they tried to raise their families. Also, although poor in rural life, the mind was the Independent women who pursued comfortable life.

The conclusion of free Trade Agreement between South Korea and USA can become a serious threat to the Korean agriculture. On the strategic scheme the foodstuffs is the basis for protection of the state sovereignty. The Amur oblast of Russian Federation is region, which can supply South Korea cheap and good qualitative feeds. It means South Korea should create agricultural cooperation with the Amur oblast of Russian Federation with the purpose to begin organic agriculture in this area and it will help South Korea to counteract a quantitative attack on Korea from the side of american agricultural production. In the Amur oblast there are following fodder crops; Alfalfa, Smooth brome grass (gromus adonis L.), Siberian couch grass, Sudan pass, Colza rape (Brassica napus) and Amaranth (Avfranthus). In the same area also exist oatmeal, wheat, corn and barley, which is possible to use for feeds. All these above written cultures are cultivated organically, therefore it is possible to use them as organic forages in South Korea. It is very important to know system of crop rotation in the Amur oblast. There is a scheme of crop rotation, which is connected with increase and preservation of fertility of soil, maintenance of growth of productivity of agricultural cultures and reception of high-quality production. It is necessary to begin organic agriculture in a southern part of Amur oblast, where, in 2001 year, 97% of all sowing areas was concentrated. The acidity degree of soil in this part is not high ($ph5.1{\sim}5.5$), therefore does not require liming.
