Activation of Culture and Content Industry and Necessity of Security Industry & Concert Hall Safety (문화콘텐츠 산업의 활성화와 공연장 안전 및 보안 산업의 필요성)

  • The purpose of this study is that there viewing at the future development direction and awareness of the cultural contents industry targeting college students for the activation of the domestic cultural content industry. And we want to find the need of the security industry & Concert Hall Safety. Recent worldwide it has occurred 'Soft target' terror targeting unspecified civilian in the cultural space of theater and music venues, stadiums etc. But security and safety systems against terror in Korea are very deficient situation. US security market has increased sales significantly interest in increasing against crime and terrorism prevention and depending on the price cut and technology development. It is expected to require a security industry in a variety of applications to the cultural contents industry development about Korean pop music and theatrical performances, and internet and mobile games stc.

Effect of Persulfate on Disinfection of Escherichia coli K12 by Gamma Radiation (감마선을 이용한 Escherichia coli K12의 살균에서 persulfate의 효과)

  • A comparative experiment was conducted to compare the effects of persulfate with gamma radiation on the disinfection efficiencies against Escherichia coli K12. The microorganism used for the disinfection experiments were prepared by transferring a bacterial stock culture into a 50 ml nutrient broth an incubating for 24 hrs at $37^{\circ}C$. The initial concentration of the harvested culture was approximately $10^7$ to $10^9CFU\;ml^{-1}$. The culture solution was irradiated at different absorbed doses of 0.1, 0.2, 0.3, 0.4, 0.5, 0.7, and 1 kGy, respectively. The disinfection efficiency of persulfate with gamma radiation of 0.3 kGy against Escherichia coli K12 was 97.2% and while the gamma radiation only was 90.01% at 0.3 kGy. Therefore, it could be thought that addition of persulfate in the disinfection of Escherichia coli K12 can enhance the disinfection efficiency when it is used together with gamma radiation.

A Study on Technological Innovation Efficiency of Listed Companies in China's Digital Cultural Industry (중국 디지털 문화산업 상장기업의 기술혁신 효율성에 관한 연구)

  • With the deepening integration of technology and cultural industries, China's digital cultural industry has begun to rise. The digital culture industry has met new demands for cultural consumption and brought new experiences to consumers in the digital economy era. This paper uses the public data of 36 Chinese A-share listed companies in digital culture from 2018 to 2019 to construct a technical innovation efficiency evaluation index system for listed companies in China's digital cultural industry. Through the use of data envelopment analysis (DEA) method, the technical innovation efficiency of 36 listed companies in China's digital cultural industry was evaluated. The research results show that: (1) China's 36 listed companies have low technological innovation efficiency; (2) the allocation of R&D resources of listed companies is unreasonable; (3) there is a large difference in technological innovation efficiency among listed companies. Therefore, it is necessary to increase the efficiency of technology innovation of listed companies in China's digital culture industry by investing more R&D funds, distributing R&D resources, establishing effective dynamic incentive mechanism, promoting government-industrial-academic research.

Usage Frequency and Importance of Competencies Required to Restaurant Industry Professionals (외식산업 전문인력의 역량 유형별 사용 빈도 및 중요도 인식 분석)

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze usage frequency and importance of competencies which are required to restaurant industry professionals. For this purpose, opinions of restaurant industry professionals on the competency were surveyed using questionnaires. To develop a questionnaire, a total of 27 competency variables which are required to restaurant industry professionals were drawn through literature review. Questionnaires were distributed to 300 professionals in restaurant industry with different positions using random sampling. Out of 300 questionnaires, 221 questionnaires were used for analysis. Statistical analysis was conducted using SPSS 10.0, including descriptive analysis, ANOVA and t-test. Reliability test and factor analysis were also conducted to evaluate the reliability and validity of the questionnaire. As a result, 'attitude and personality' factor was recognized as the most frequently used and the most important competency factor of restaurant industry professionals. Therefore, the competency such as 'sincerity', 'responsibility', 'sense of honesty', 'positive attitude', 'tolerance and justice', should be more emphasized in restaurant management education. The level of current usage and importance of each competency were different according to age, education level, working experience, position, number of employees, type of restaurant and type of management.

Efficiency Analysis for the Community Culture Center in Capital region by DEA (DEA에 의한 수도권 소재 문화예술회관의 효율성 분석)

  • This research focus on Community Culture Center's efficiency according to the regional and operating subject in Capital region. Recently the importance and potential market of cultural industry is growing. In addition, as a basis for local cultural industries, the importance of Community Culture Center has been highlighted. Therefore, for the activation of cultural industry, Community Culture Center on the efficiency of the operation should be reconsidered. To analyze Community Culture Center, using DEA, the efficiency of public organizations tool, which focus on operational efficiency. Depending on the results of analysis, Seoul, Incheon and Gyeonggi province was able to confirm their efficiency. In addition, according to the Direct Operating, Industrial Operating, Foundation, Private Consignment Agency their efficiency showed significant results. Looking at regional Community Cultural Centers in Seoul and Gyeonggi Province will see that two are operating efficiently. On the other hand, the Community Cultural Center in Incheon was not efficiency. Looking at the operating entity basis, Direct Operating Agencies and Industrial Operating Agencies were operating efficiently. On the other hand, Foundation Act of agencies and Private Consignment Agencies have been operating relatively inefficiently.

  • In this study, we investigated broadcasting industry in Korea and in U.S. to find out what mostly makes the broadcasting industry competitive for the near future. One source multi use(from now on OSMU) marketing strategy is important when discussing profits of broadcasting contents. To develop a theoretical and academic framework of OSMU, 14 experts participated in focus group interview. A new meaning of OSMU is defined and 4 types of OSMU business models are developed in the study. Also, two successful examples of broadcasting contents, each from Korea and U.S., were analyzed with the models that we have developed. Lastly, we discussed how to enhance the competitiveness of broadcasting contents and industry by using the benefit-maximizing-strategies of OSMU.

  • Venture industry is becoming a driving force of Korean economy in the digital age of the 21 st century. The success of venture business depends on innovative technology, capital investment, and optimal environment providing industrial flexibility. Although venture business is starting to settle down in Korea, many barriers and challenges still remain. The current study analyzes the present status of venture business including fashion business and issues concerning the venture fund raising and provides prospective views to promote and improve venture industry in Korea.
