This kind of business is positive in terms of the fact that it attracts visitors into local areas and activate local commercial areas. Under this trend, the construction of specialized streets is required to be approached with first priority to solve problems of cities. So to speak, it's more important to solve intrinsic problems found in local communities and then approach cultural contents step-by-step rather than constructing new spaces with first priority. Moreover, cultural contents should accompany economic aspects which result in local community-friendly and sympathetically concentrated values. On the contrary to this, service industry showed more concentrated multiplier of expediting production, income, added values and chain reaction effect (coefficients for influence and sensitivity for front and rear side of tourism industry. Based on these results, construction of specialized streets with cultural contents applied is proved to help synergy effects for local economy.

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is to provide a basis for establishing a policy to promote the export of Korean goods through the economic ripple effect of the Korean Wave. From 2001 to 2017, cultural goods exports and consumer goods exports data to 102 countries were used to estimate the effect of cultural goods exports on domestic consumer goods exports. Research design, data and methodology: Based on the Gravity Model, we analyzed the effects of domestic film, publishing, music, broadcasting, clothing, cosmetics, processed food, IT products, and automobiles on the export of consumer goods. Results: The empirical analysis estimated the trade creation effect of exports of cultural products driving exports of consumer goods and found that a 1% increase in exports of cultural products increased 0.136% in exports of consumer goods. Conclusions: The average rate of change in consumer goods exports due to changes in cultural product exports was 22.44, which could be interpreted as an increase of $2,244 in exports of consumer goods such as IT products, cosmetics, clothing, and processed foods. According to the analysis of export-driven effects of each consumer item by dividing cultural products by sector, the effects of export of processed foods, clothing, cosmetics, IT products, and film, music, publishing exports were statistically significant.

  • The Choijin Lama Temple is a representative example of 19th- to 20th-century architecture. The temple has been damaged by various development pressures and the effect of a harsh continental climate. This study digitalized the entire temple site using three-dimensional scanning to establish the basic data of conservational management and monitoring for spatial changes. A terrestrial laser scanning model of the temple was completed, which showed low registering error vectors (3.73 mm average) and dense point distances. Unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) photogrammetry was also applied to verify its applicability to the spatial and environmental monitoring of the temple. The results showed that the overall point density of the UAV photogrammetry model is similar within a 10 mm resolution. The relatively low RMSE of UAV photogrammetry from the ground to the uppermost roof indicates the high applicability of integrating it with the terrestrial laser scanning model. The digital documentation of the Choijin Lama Temple is expected to have a great ripple effect on the documentation, conservation, and utilization of Mongolian cultural heritage sites.

If the previous digital culture was actualized through technologies such as the Internet, mobile devices etc., today it includes even things that give new life to contents using various medialike this. The moment this digital technical aspect is grafted into culture, a new genre called 'Cultural Contents' is born. Such cultural contents can be seen as a way for classics to approach people in a digital world that is evolving fast like today. To make classics into a cultural content, its basic narrative structure is important. Classics contain the history at the time, the awareness of people who lived at the time and the detailed rite of passage people experienced. This point can be interpreted as classics not just a cultural heritage of the previous era, but having the functionality that can form a consensus of modern people. This thesis views our classic novels of Mongcha group such as 'Guwunmong' and 'Okrubong' as a potential subject of cultural contents, and the problem of how it can be made into a cultural content. To make a cultural content, storytelling is very important. Therefore, the structure and characteristics of novels of Mongcha group was examined, and a synopsis was made based on this. Furthermore, it examined if there are novels of Mongcha group made into contents, and how each work was vitalized and how much ripple effect it had achieved. If each work did not achieve a second or third ripple effect, it examined what the problem was and tried to offer a solution.

  • Recently, Depending on expectancy effect and ripple effect of augmented reality, the convergence between augmented reality and culture & arts are being actively conducted. This paper proposes a learning method for effective object tracking in 3D storytelling augmented reality in cultural properties. The proposed system is based on marker-less tracking, and there are four modules that are recognition, tracking, detecting and learning module. Recognition module is composed of SURF and LSH, and then this module generates standard object information. Tracking module tracks an object using object tracking based on reliability. This information is stored in Learning module along with learned time information. Detecting module finds out the object based on having the best possible knowledge available among the learned objects information, when the system fails to track. Also, it proposes a method for robustly implementing a 3D storytelling augmented reality in cultural properties in the future.

The architectural context is remains by post-modern most difficult problem had left to architects. We need to find the design method that communicate and contacts character of place, cultural context through the actual project. In this study, we propose the method of aspect of compose space and design elements to succeed the cultural place and context, desirable development through the design proposal for Dochon welfare center. In Dochon area, there is no original character of the place because of indiscreet development. Dochon synthesis society welfare facilities is openable to people by space that nature and human contacts and accomplishes relation, Made efforts to do so that can do part that causes human's ripple effect of contact with human and accomplishes traffic and recovers identity of Dochon area at the same time recovery of community consciousness.
