The development process of domestic CG (Computer Graphics) needs to be studied by classifying the technical part and the design part. This paper analyzes how early domestic broadcast equipment evolved and focused on what went through the development process. Domestic broadcasting companies have introduced and used overseas equipment and have begun to develop their own technology. The development process of the early domestic production technology of broadcasting stations was classified into Character Generator, On-line Real-Time Graphic and Sport Coder. It was found that the orientation of broadcasting technology was conclusively focused on visualization, with socio-cultural factors acting along with the evolution of hardware and software. This research is meaningful in reorganizing the history of the development process of domestic CG technology in the early days through previous research (primary verification), newspaper articles and news coverage (secondary verification). This paper looks at what is missing by regaining the past of CG, and argues that with the advent of new technologies today, we must develop through appropriate division of roles and collaboration between engineers and designers.
Purpose - This study's purpose is to investigate the impact of supply chain management (SCM) factors among targeted Korean distribution firms. Antecedents are established for supply chain orientation (SCO) for the management and organization of cultural assets. The research sets up SCO corresponding to management cultural assets and to organizational factors in the results. The research model is created to examine the SCO based on a strategic perspective and the operational performance of the SC and SCM. In addition, an integrated model is constructed to analyze the moderating effect by setting partner cooperation as a relational capital factor. The main aim of this study is to analyze the characteristics of the supply chain structure as a source of competitive advantage for distribution service firms participating in the supply chain. In the moderating effects analysis, the role of partner cooperation as relational capital is examined in detail. Research design, data, and methodology - The study examined the existing research related to supply chains, discussing the antecedents of the performance of SCM and SCO. SCM was established with the partner's cooperation as relational capital. Including the moderating effects of the partner cooperation, the research proposed a seven hypotheses path analysis model. The samples were collected from the Korean export enterprises in the distribution service sector, with 185 samples selected for the final analysis. To try and measure the four latent variables presented in the analysis model based on existing studies, 22 measurement items were used. The empirical analysis used the appropriate PLS (partial least squares) method on the path analysis reliability and validity and for common method bias. After testing the seven hypotheses, the research tested the moderating effects to the path analysis. Using PLS as structural equation modeling, the seven hypotheses were tested including the moderating effects of the partner relational capital on the 185 samples. Results - In the results, the SCO had a positive impact on both SCM and the relational capital of partner cooperation. The SCM had a significant impact on the operational performance of the SC. Further, partner cooperation also had a significant impact on SCM and the operational performance of the SC. The moderating effect analysis of the SCM and partner cooperation found a significant impact on the operational performance of the SC. On the other hand, the moderating effect of the SCO and partner cooperation did not affect the SCM. Conclusion - The results of this research show that the existing supply chain-related research can be applied to the operational performance of the SC for a Korean distribution service firm. In view of the fact that SCO is a source of competitive advantage, it should be taken into account when a firm wants to improve the performance of the SCM of the distribution service. This is because it can be assumed that SCO plays a role in supply chain management for the distribution firm.
In the second half of the previous century the composition of the teacher population - and the composition of the pupil and parent population - in the Netherlands gives rise to the name change 'age of secularisation' to 'age of pluralisation'. In previous centuries the (religious or secular) worldview identity of the parents and the educational philosophy of the school were attuned to each other, and merged into a mono-cultural perspective on the identity development of pupils. The basis for both - the upbringing by the parents and the socialisation in the family on the one hand, and the teachers' efforts to enculturate the students at the school on the other - was a similar life orientation. The school choice of the parents was predetermined by their commitment to a particular (religious) worldview, very often inspired by Christianity. The religious identity of their children developed in a clear-cut context. However, in contemporary society plurality dominates, at home and at the school, both in case of the parents and the teachers. A direct relationship with a community of like-minded believers is no longer decisive for parents with varying cultural and religious backgrounds. Instead, a good feeling upon entering the schoolyard or the school building is a convincing argument in the process of school choice. The professional identity development of teachers and the religious identity development of children takes place in a plural context. Our question is: what does this mean for the normative professionalism of the teacher? To answer this research question we make use of the resources of the Dialogical Self Theory (DST) with its core concepts of 'voice' and 'positioning'. After presenting the Dutch dual education system (with public and denominational schools) we provide a lively description of a Dutch classroom situation occurring in a public school, as viewed from the perspective of the teacher. The focus in this description is on performative dialogue as a 'disruptive moment' and on its potential for the hyphenated religious identity development of teachers, which makes up a part of their normative professionalism.

Many former studies for the entrepreneurial intention dealt with the opportunity-driven motivation, but the actual entrepreneurial motivation is the necessity-driven motivation such as maintaining a living. It is necessary to study the necessity-driven factors for entrepreneurship such as employment barriers and job dissatisfaction. This study focused on the fact that the majority of cultural artists are freelancers or self-employed entrepreneurs. For those who majored in culture and arts, this study was conducted to investigate how an individual's internal and external environment affects the entrepreneurial intention considering the theory of planned behavior. I explored the factors that led individuals to choose entrepreneurial intention between employment and entrepreneurship, and studied the relationship between these factors and the entrepreneurial intention. As the result of the study, the job dissatisfaction and the employment barriers were the pressure factors for entrepreneurship. Job satisfaction had a negative effect on the entrepreneurial outcome expectation and the entrepreneurial intention. The perceived employment barrier had a positive effect on the entrepreneurial outcome expectation and the entrepreneurial intention. An individual's risk-taking orientation is one of the entrepreneurship and had the positive effect on the entrepreneurial self-efficacy. The entrepreneurial outcome expectation and the entrepreneurial self-efficacy had a positive effect on the entrepreneurial intention.
Recently augmented reality technology has been researched to view the virtual shape of buildings before construction or cultural heritages under recovery. Those researches used special devices or markers that are not applicable in long distanced outdoor environment. Also the server had to compute a lot of transformations for the location changes of virtual objects. This paper proposed a mobile augmented reality system that uses GPS and accelerometer sensors in order to compute the virtual object's locations without using markers. The server determines the position and orientation by comparing the GPS data obtained from the client with the predefined 3D object informations in the server. If the server sends the virtual object informations such as the position, orientation and matching information, then the client matches the virtual object on the screen of mobile camera phone. In addition, the client computes the transformations of location change detected by the accelerometer derived from the user's movement without additional connection to the server.
This paper analyzes the effects of national culture on an individual's ethical decision-making in the context of the Internet. An ethical decision-making model which posits that five moral philosophy variables-justice, relativism, egoism, utilitarianism, and deontology-affect ethical judgment; ethical judgment, in turn, affects behavioral intention was proposed and Hofstede's five cultural dimensions of power distance, individualism, masculinity, uncertainty avoidance, and long-term orientation were used to analyze the effects of national culture on the model. The results showed that power distance, individualism, and masculinity had significant effects on the relationship between the deontology variable and ethical judgment, individualism, masculinity, and uncertainty avoidance had significant effects on the relationship between the justice variable and ethical judgment, and individualism and long-term orientation had significant effects on the relationship between ethical judgment and behavioral intention in the Internet context.
The purpose of this study is to examine the leisure activities of housewives, to identify the factors that influence leisure activities, and to explore the factors contribute to their life satisfaction. So, this study analyses the effects of econo-demographic and socio-cultural variables and of leisure constraint factors on the leisure activities of housewives. And it deals with how these variables and the leisure activities influence life satisfaction of housewives. For these puoposes, 508 housewives residing in Seoul & Daegu were selected for interviews. For data analysis such statistical methods as ANOVA, t-test, Pearson's correlation, adn Multiple Regression Analysis can be summarised. The main findings of the research are as follows: 1. Leisure acivities are classified in Self-developmental, Home-oriented, Time-consuming, Social and Children-concerned types by the technique of factor analysis. The average particiation level was high in Time-consuming type, but low in Self-developmental type. 2. The participation level of leisure activities shows significant differences by selected variables: The Self-developmental type shows significant differences by housewife's education level, income, husband's occupation, role orientation, home management type and leisure constraints. And Children-concerned type was differed to number of family nember, number of children, age of housewife and age of housewife and age of the youngst child. 3. The preference level of leisure activities differ by housewife's education level, income, husband's occupation, home management type and leisure constraints in the Self-developmental and the Social type. And the preference level of Home-oriented leisure activities was high in the middle class of income and husband's occupation. 4. The preference and participation level of leisure activities show differences. And the variables affecting the differences were housewife's age, education level, home management type, role orientation, leisure constraint factors in the Self-developmental type, and were demographic variables such as number of family member, housewife's age in the Home-oriented type. 5. The variables which affected the level of life satisfaction independently were leisure space, income, the participation level of the Self-developmental and the Social type and the preference level of the Self-developmental type.
This research aims to investigate the life-style and types of leisure experienced among airline flight attendants during temporary stays abroad. In this study 2 hypotheses based on literature reviews were employed. Questionnaires were also developed based on data collected from previous studies. Subjects of the study were focused on flight attendants in Legacy Airlines. Factor analysis and reliability coefficients were used to examine the internal consistency among variables. Seven dimensions of leisure, which are cultural experience, pursuit of success, social orientation, humanity, pursuit of fashion, shopping preferences and health-orientation were identified from factor analysis. Three dimensions of leisure, which include type of rest, type of sports, and activity of tourists, were identified from factor analysis accordingly. Lifestyle factors were extracted from a result of cluster analysis, cluster 1- Passive lifestyle, Active lifestyle community type 2, and Cluster 3 analyzed Self-satisfied lifestyle types. Airline cabin crew workers involved in the life style analysis can make good use of leisure time.
The purpose of this study was to analyze whether there are country differences in the intention to use Welfare Technology among older adults. Based on Technology Acceptance Model and Structural Equation Model, we surveyed total 334 older adults aged 65 and over living in Korea and the U.S. and analyzed the path differences between the perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, attitude toward use, and intention to use of Welfare Technology between two countries. Results showed that the effect of 'perceived usefulness' on 'attitude toward use' was the highest in Korea at 0.74 (p<0.001), and 'Perceived ease of use' in 'Perceived Usefulness' in the United States at 0.75(p<0.001), with the differences being statistically significant. Findings indicate that 'Long-term Orientation' may explain the differences between the two countries. Practical and policy implications are presented in conclusion.
