To cultivate Dystaenia takesimana as a fodder crop, Its problems and solutions are summarized follows : 1. There are a wax layer and wings on the out side of seed coat of D. takesimana seeds, which seems to inhibit imbibition and cause delayed germination. 2. The root and shoot growth of D. takesimana are very poor in the early stage and weed control is quite troublesome. 3 The growth of D. takesimana is very poor the soil of low fertility and much depressed in summer. 4 . The percent germination could be increased by removing wings, soaking, high temperature treatment or by chemical scarification. 5. Compost is most effective for the growth of D. takesimana and lime dressing is desired in the soil of low pH. 6 . The seedling growth could be improved selecting and breeding the strains with better germination and root growth, at the germination and growth characteristics of D. takesimana are variable.

Human Resource Management (HRM) performs numerous activities in organizations including employee recruitment, selection, placement, job analysis, training and development, and labor relations. POSCO (Pohang Steel Company) has concerned with employee management related to job placement and analysis among these activities because of the problems of over-complexity of placement precedures for the variety of recruits, the frequency of selection, a large amount of job descriptions / specifications, and their changes. This study, as a phase of developing the entire HRM systems in the organization, briefly summarizes the preliminary information related and describes an implementation of expert system as a means for effective job placement based on the principle of right-person-in-right-place with identifying aptitudes and personalities of employees. Thus, a new approach for developing a job description/specification using a formal specification language like Z is also proposed. The result of this study will cultivate the performance of personnel, prevent conflicts between labor and management, promote overall productivity of organization, as well as helpfully verify job analysis.

In this monograph, we developed a Remote Courseware Management System so we can more easily cultivate a courseware with various multimedia applications through an easy interface with the internt. In the view of Developer of view, we could develop RCMS rapidly using the application of ASP.NET and have tried to adapt ourself to the future environment using it. ASP.NET provides much richer event programming model than ASP and event processor which are executed on Server. In the view of User, they can used the Internet service with equipment that they want at any place and any time. To control any kinds of courseware for Administrator and Users, we offered a variety of Multimedia applications and an easy interface and built a new style of web courseware.

The need for structuring an organized and systematic industrial standardization system in which to administers all standards being managed by various executive branches of the government is more than ever becoming important. Also, as the global market continues to become unified, strengthening ties to other international standardization organizations and intensify cooperative activities must not be overlooked. What our nation need to focus at the present time, in regard to industrial standardization activities, is to construct a detailed plans for making inroad for our experts into international standardization organizations at the same time to train and cultivate experts under an effective long and short term, and systematic plans for the purpose of getting involved in international standard making activities.

The purpose of this study is to develop environmental inquiry activities for teaching the 10th grade students in science classes of high school. The activities are developed to perform goals of environmental education for sustainable development. In order to this, activities are sequently organized in order of context of laboratory, field, and problem solving in respect of one learning topic. The object of inquiry activities in laboratory context is understanding concepts related environment and environmental pollution. The inquiry activities in field context have an object of attaining good awareness and attitude toward environment. Throughout the activities in probem solving context students are expected to have a mind of participating in environmental issues. The activities are designed to learn and use integrated science knowledge in many domains. Some activities are intended to utilize MBL(Microcomputer-based Laboratory). The ICT materials, lesson plans, instructional sheets for teaching and student' sheets for inquiry were produced to guide these activities. It is expected that this effort will contribute to cultivate environmental literate persons who have not only scientific understanding but also practical will of environmental issues.

The promulgation of the overall framework of Chinese students' development of core literacy has made the implementation of core literacy into specific teaching activities an urgent problem to be solved in the field of education. Based on the analysis of the problems existing in the undergraduate education under the mode of emphasizing theory and neglecting practice, this paper constructs the practical teaching system of Database Principle Course Based on the core quality, expounds the implementation strategy of practical teaching, and probes into how to train the students in the practical teaching of database principle Cultivate scientific spirit, learning ability, practical innovation, responsibility and other core literacy. After 5 rounds of practice, students have achieved better development in independent development and collaborative work, and their awareness of practical innovation has been significantly improved.

A food coordinator and a food stylist have become one of the prospective jobs in the food industry. Nonetheless, they have not been definitely classified, even regarded as the same meaning. This study was conducted to investigate the different characteristics and job requirements between food coordinators and food stylists by examining the curricula for food coordinators and food stylists of related departments in 13 colleges. According to the result of this study, the definitions of them in the job category have not been clearly distinguished. It was also showed that the job domain of food coordinators was broader than that of food stylists. Therefore, education curricula related to this field need to be reviewed to cultivate the human resources who fit the job requirements for food coordinators and food stylists respectively.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate nursing professionalism and affecting factors of nursing professionalism in freshman nursing students. Methods: Pre and post-test study design was used to compare the differences of sutdy variables at the completion of a fundamental nursing course. A convenience sample of 164 were recruited. The date were collected from September 1st to December 1st in 2012. Results: The mean scores of the nursing professionalism were significantly increased from a pre-test (3.73) to post-test (3.93). The mean scores of the self-esteem were significantly increased from a pre-test (3.05) to post-test (3.13). Self-esteem and satisfaction with nursing were factors that affect nursing professionalism. Conclusion: Attention should be given to nursing education to cultivate nursing professionalism by improving self-esteem and satisfaction with nursing in nursing students.

This study suggests a teaching-learning method to improve creative design abilities of students majoring in design. By suggesting a creative design-inducing (CDI) teaching-learning method process and a creative design-inducing (CDI) teaching-learning method, this study aims to expand creative thinking among students with the aim of producing produce creative output as well as improving the effectiveness of design teaching. It also presents a case of the teaching-learning method in a design-related department, the process of teaching where the new method is applied is also examined. The teaching method this study suggests has the following merits: First, it allows the teacher to use various tools depending on the creative thinking abilities of individuals. By providing students with custom-made teaching, the method motivates and focuses students during the lesson. Second, it is easier for students to generate creative ideas than with other teaching methods.
