Radioactive isotopes which are manufactured using a cyclotron in a radioisotope used for radiation diagnosis is affected by the production yield according to size and shape of the beam and beam uniform degree from irradiated location when the proton beam investigated the target by cyclotron. Therefore, in this paper developed the BPM(Beam Profile Monitor) device capable of measuring the beam cross-section at the cyclotron beam line. It was configured so as to be able to remote control the BPM device in LabView and used the BPM program it was to be able to easily monitor and display to analyze the graph of two-dimensional graph and a three-dimensional beam distribution numerical information of the beam obtained while scanning the tungsten wire to the X and Y axis. The time it takes to measure the beam can be confirmed 37seconds when step motor driving speed was 2000pps. Through a beam readjusted based on the measured beam distribution information by optimizing the beam distribution it can be made to maximize the RI production yield and contribute supply stabilization.

As the 4th Industrial Revolution unfolds rapidly, it is important to re-light the intrinsic mission given to universities from a system theory perspective as a condition for the university to survive. In this study, the university was prescribed as a fifth service industry that creates high value-added through higher education services, and attempted to provide a new and novel perspective to various university officials for the scientific rationalization of university management by re-describing it based on the Multidisciplinary perspective based on business administration, but in particular on the theory of service operation management. To this end, the primary purpose of this study is to classify the nature of educational organizations, research organizations, service organizations, and support organizations to properly perform the university's essential mission of education, research, and service, and to explore concepts and techniques for performing management activities that are appropriate to them. In addition, after identifying the university from an academic and practical point of view as a fifth service industry that creates high value-added through higher education services, but more specifically, to provide a new perspective and means for the scientific rationalization of university management by re-identifying university administration based on the business administration theory, in particular the theory of service operation management, and further reflecting a recent trend to view the university president from the CEO's point of view, the specific purpose of this study is to look at this academic system. Through this, we sought the ideal form of a systematic and scientific university management organization that can respond to new environmental changes.

This study is a study on a methodology that can extract various factors that affect purchase and use of products/services from the consumer's point of view through previous studies, and analyze the types and tendencies of consumers according to age and gender. To this end, we quantify factors in terms of general personal propensity, consumption influence, consumption decision, etc. to check the consistency of data, and based on these studies, we conduct research to suggest and prove data analysis methodologies of consumer types that are meaningful from the perspectives of startups and SMEs. did As a result, it was confirmed through cross-validation that there is a correlation between the three main factors assumed for data analysis from the consumer's point of view, the general tendency, the general consumption tendency, and the factors influencing the consumption decision. verified. This study presented a data analysis methodology and a framework for consumer data analysis from the consumer's point of view. In the current data analysis trend, where digital infrastructure develops exponentially and seeks ways to project individual preferences, this data analysis perspective can be a valid insight.

This study was conducted to evaluate changes in self-awareness in response to dating members of the opposite sex among college students. The point of view of college students who have experienced the dating, it has put the purpose of clarifying the nature of the change in the strength and self-awareness. To accomplish this, interviews of 18 people who met the study criteria were conducted. This study was a qualitative investigation. Respondents were placed in one of five categories: 'change in perception of role', 'understanding of communication skills', 'strengthened coping ability', 'behavioral change in emotion regulation', or 'awareness of self-maturity'. Changes in perceptions experienced by college students through dating were shown to improve the quality of college students' future life and applied in the strength to adapt to social life. Therefore, the significance of this study was discovered a positive outcome in the individuals' life, trying to present the grounds that to strengthen the various regions.

Currently, despite the quantitative growth of domestic journal, objective and metric criterion to evaluate the contents and quality of those journals is inadequate. As a result, depending on a foreign citation index like SCI to evaluate the research result is causing some problems such as, thesis of an excellent standard being presented and published in foreign countries, thus, neglecting journals written in Korean. Hereat, the Korea Citation Index(KCI) is constructing a database of the journals published by academic associations; scientific paper information, articles information, and bibliographic, analyzing the quoting relation. Consequently, KCI is providing the basic information and the corresponding quoting relations of journals and papers on its webpage. This study compares the impact level of domestic accounting related journals by KCI and analyzes the network among journals using the cross-citation frequency from a social network analysis point of view. As a result, Accounting-related journals are now more desirable than the location in order to have a variety of interdisciplinary research needs to be encouraged. Through this exchange of other disciplines and actively made, which is the phase of apparent accounting-related journals expect to be greatly enhanced looks.

This thesis reviews the process in which the regulation systems against ownership concentration of newspapers established with the opportunity of legislation of the periodical act in 1987 was reinforced as they were all amended to the newspaper act in 2005 and as they were again amended in 2009 it came to confront crisis in the aspect of press law legislation history. The regulation systems against ownership concentration of newspapers established based on the principle of legality of newspaper function in the Clause 3, the Article 21 of Constitution was reinforced as the newspaper act in 2005 and in 2006 they began to shrink following the Constitution Court decision against newspaper act. As newspaper act and broadcast act are revised in 2009, regulation against combining the management of newspapers with broadcast and regulation against owning multiple number of newspapers came not to exist. Because in this process, the opposition party also allowed limited cross-ownership of newspaper and broadcast, it can be said that the system of newspaper ownership regulation confronted the crisis of dissolution. The instruction of regulation alleviation in a short period of time in spite of the fact that regulation alleviation which allows cross-ownership of newspaper and broadcast is the matter of policy that should be decided after long-term review of the change of media environment and the progress of the power of domination of public opinion is dangerous. Newspapers are strong media with terrestrial broadcast in formation of public opinion on politics. It's because it is difficult to ignore the worry that the power of domination of public opinion of the newspapers which are in oligopoly of newspaper public opinion market can be spreaded to the territory of report broadcast. From the point of view that there is probability for democracy to be ultimately threatened due to the shrink of political Darwinism caused by concentration of media ownership, the alleviation of ownership concentration of newspapers should have premise of long-term social discussion.

Typical seamless tube production methods are an extrusion and a rotary tube piercing. The rotary piercing process is more competitive than the extrusion process form view point of productivity, quality, and flexibility. It consists of twin rolling mills, a pair of disc or flat guides, and a plug. Twin rolling mills are skewed with proper angles in two directions. A round billet is progressively fed forward and rotated due to the rotation of twin rolling mills. Internal crack initiation and growth at central area of the billet are gradually progress because of the repeating actions of tension and rotation. Design variables in the rotary piercing rolling process are the feed angle, the cross angle, the reduction ratio, and the position of plug. In this work, a rotary tube piercing machine was developed and parametric studies on design variables were carried out using finite element analysis. The Brozzo ductile fracture criterion was utilized to determine an internal crack initiation.

The physico-chemical properties of fresh milt of marbled sole, Limanda yokohamae, brown sole, Limanda herzensteini, starry flounder, Platichthys stellatus and olive flounder, Paralichthys olivaceus among flatfishes, and the fine structure of their cryopresserved spermatozoa were investigated. The highest concentration of sperm among these four species was $3.60\pm1.35\times10^{10}/mL$ in marbled sole. Osmolality and pH of seminal plasma in four flatfish species were approximately 330 mOsm/kg and 7.6-8.1, respectively. Seminal plasma compositions showed interspecific differences. The sperm heads of marbled sole, brown sole and starry flounder were ellipsoidal and that of olive flounder was round. The numbers of mitochondria of these four species were eight in marbled sole, seven in brown sole and starry flounder, and six in olive flounder. Cross-sectional view of flagellum showed typical 9+ 2 structure in all species. Most of sperms cryopreserved with a proper method had no visible ultrastructural changes after freeze-thawing, compared with the fresh sperm, but in a few cases, swelling of their heads and midpiece regions were observed.

Deep UBVI and $H{\alpha}$ photometry of the ${\eta}$ Carina nebula, one of the brightest nebulae on the sky, was obtained with the CTIO 4m telescope and MOSAIC II CCD Camera to determine the initial mass function down to low-mass (~1 M¤) stars. We modified the spatial variation coefficients in transformation relations of the MOSAIC II CCD. From the cross-identification of optical sources with previous surveys in X-ray, near-infrared, and mid-infrared, a clear PMS sequence is revealed in the optical color-magnitude diagrams down to V=23 mag. Our previous SSO 1m UBVI data for Trumpler 14 (Tr 14) and Trumpler 16 (Tr 16) region, and additional SSO 1m UBVI data for Trumpler 15 (Tr 15) region were combined with the CTIO 4m data to re-examine the reddening law and distance of the young open clusters in the ${\eta}$ Carina nebula. From the new photometric data for Tr 15 region, we report that RV[=AV/E(B-V)], the total-to-selective extinction ratio, decreases from southern part of the nebula (Tr 14 and Tr 16) to northern part (Tr 15) in our field of view.

Recently, the necessity of open spaces is increased greatly in the city. But in many reasons, open spaces are diminishing gradually in the existing cities. It is more difficult to keep that space because of expensive land price, and the interests between the neighbors. To solve this problem, the local governments tries to change the street system more convenient to the pedestrian by adapting no vechile street system during some specific time. In this point of view, the street which include fence of school, house, and apartment can be the open space. Especially, removal of the school fence can be a useful solution providing open spaces to small cities suffering from lack of open spaces. In this researching background, several schools in Wonju were selected in this research, some has already been opened, and others yet. Opinions of students, presidents of these schools, and citizens are surveyed about removal of fence. In the basis of this result, we deduce problems followed by removing the fence, and reflect it in the plan of opening the fence to present the guidance to cross over the functional limitation of the fence and use it as a open space.
