There is growing interest in Vision-based video image matching owing to the constantly developing technology of unmanned-based systems. The purpose of this paper is the development of a fast and effective matching technique for the UAV oblique video image. We first extracted initial matching points using NCC (Normalized Cross-Correlation) algorithm and improved the computational efficiency of NCC algorithm using integral image. Furthermore, we developed a triangulation-based outlier removal algorithm to extract more robust matching points among the initial matching points. In order to evaluate the performance of the propose method, our method was quantitatively compared with existing image matching approaches. Experimental results demonstrated that the proposed method can process 2.57 frames per second for video image matching and is up to 4 times faster than existing methods. The proposed method therefore has a good potential for the various video-based applications that requires image matching as a pre-processing.

To extract time-varying evoked potential (EP), segement latency corrected average method is presented. This method is composed of three steps. First, adaptive filtering for reducing the effect of artifacts and removing background noise is performed. Next, validated intervals of individual segments are aligned, and latency components are detected by cross-correlation between the previously obtained and measured EPs within the intervals. Finally, after the detected latency component, responses of segments are groupe and averaged, the shole corrected EP signal is obtained. In the experiments, the resutls of the conventional methods including simple averaging, Woody's method, and peak component latency corrected averaging are obtained, the results compared with the present method for evaluating performance. Therefore, the presented method confirms that it reflects the latency variations of fundamental peaks and gets the improved EP.
This paper proposes a wearable user interface intended for kids and parents using WearOS smartwatches. We first review what constitutes a kids smartwatch and then design UI components for watchfaces to be used by kids and parents. Different UI components ranging from activity, education, voice search, app usage, video, location, health, and quick dial are described. These components are either implemented as complications or on watchfaces and may require on-device standalone function, cross-device communication, and external database. We introduce a theme-based amusing UI for kids whereas simple and easily accessible components are recommended to parents' watchface. To illustrate use cases, we present 3 scenarios for enhancing communication between parents and child. To show feasibility and potential of our approach, we implement our proof-of-concept using commercial smartwatches, smartphones, and external cloud database. Furthermore, performance of checking app usages on different devices are presented, followed by discussion on limitations and future work.
Media-related regulations can be classified into two categories; regulations of individual media contents and regulations regarding the entry to and withdrawal from a certain field. In this dissertation, ownership regulations are regarded as legal and political measures so as to prevent the monopoly and oligopoly of public opinion, and to secure its diversity. Every country has its own regulation model according to its particular media environment. Korea too is obliged to actively respond to its environmental changes, at the same time vitalizing the media industry and protecting consumers' rights and interests. Strong political intentions to protect the public interest is necessary when it comes to media regulation policies, especially in the circumstances that public interest is an industrial priority. As the convergence of broadcasting and telecommunications is leading to a major shift in the media industry, the regulation of cross-media ownership is an issue involving potential conflicts among media-owners, non-governmental organizations and the authorities concerned, depending on their various viewpoints regarding the media industry. In this paper, an attempt was made to search necessity of redefining 'public interest', which is the logic behind the restriction of cross-media ownership, and to reconceptualize issues on the centralization and diversity of media. First, an examination of the actual conditions of newspaper companies was carried out in order to reinvestigate domestic cross-media ownership issues, which is represented by the cross-ownership issue of newspapers and broadcasting stations. Next, the dilemma of policies stimulated by the fusion of media was discussed based on cross-media ownership restrictions, and the need for efficient conflict control was suggested. Finally, proposals on the independency and public confidence of media-related policy-making authorities, the rationalization of regulation models, an itemized discussion on cross-media ownership regulation issues, the elaboration of measures for a balanced development among media were made. It could be found that a number of foreign countries were still facing challenges to prevent monopoly and oligopoly of the public opinion and the industry. A solution to settle disagreements about the dilemma of the media industry, including the cross-media ownership regulation issues, must be arranged on the grounds of 'mutual respect of public interest and industrial interest', In Korea, an ease on the ownership regulations adapting to the change in the media industry may be considered, however the softening of the cross-media ownership regulations must be approached with the utmost care. Paradoxically Relieving cross-media ownership regulations may be considered the foundation of a richer field of journalism, where there is no need for concern over the monopoly and oligopoly of public opinion.
Quasiclassical trajectory (QCT) method has been used to investigate stereodynamics information of the reaction $O(^1D)+H_2{\rightarrow}\;OH$+H on the DK (Dobbyn and Knowles) potential energy surface (PES) at a collision energy of 23.06 kcal/mol, with the initial quantum state of reactant $H_2$ being set for v = 0 (vibration quantum number) and j = 0-5 (rotation quantum number). The PDDCSs (polarization dependent differential cross sections) and the distributions of P($\theta_r$), P($\phi_r$), P($\theta_r$, $\phi_r$) have been presented in this work. The results demonstrate that the products are both forward and backward scattered. As j increases, the backward scattering becomes weaker while the forward scattering becomes slightly stronger. The distribution of P($\theta_r$) indicates that the product rotational angular momentum j' tends to align along the direction perpendicular to the reagent relative velocity vector k, but this kind of product alignment is found to be rather insensitive to j. Furthermore, the distribution of P($\phi_r$) indicates that the rotational angular momentum vector of the OH product is preferentially oriented along the positive direction of y-axis, and such product orientation becomes stronger with increasing j.
We studied how to achieve successful implementation of massive research and development projects requiring collaboration among industries, universities and government-supported research institute. We have set up an engineering process innovation model to be deemed most adequately for all practical purposes, relying on the theoretical studies on the merits and analysis of the effect of the information system based on Milestone Management, Work Breakdown Structures and Web, which is known to be effective for research project (schedule) management and the objective management, and implemented a real-world web-based project objective management system. After a review of various R & D Project Schedule Management methods, we found that this information system was very compatible with project objective management. This project objective management information system carries out research and development projects effectively and efficiently, getting together in cyber-space and sharing information, and has been equipped with an Early Warning Subsystem to allow for pre-analysis and timely response to potential problems arising from the course of the project. The system also contains an Executive Information System that in real time, automatically provides the management information required by managers with the rate of project progress (achievement, fulfillment and delay). Lastly, actual progress can be cross-checked through both on-line objective management on the web-based information system and design review meeting held on site, to improve the efficiency and validity of the information system. Moreover, overall effect was analyzed through questionnaires on how well the system and generated information meet requirements and on the ultimate impact of the system upon objective management and communication. The questionnaire on the system effect revealed that the information system was useful to objective management and communication, and that the quality of the system was more than acceptable as well.
Parallel testing means ordering a number of tests at the same time so abnormalities in any of the tests can be found quickly and used in making the diagnosis. This is a good medical strategy to eliminate diseases and it is relatively inexpensive if all the tests are potential sources of information and performed on the same analyzer. In regression, the equation for the straight line is recast as y = bx + a. This change in terminology leads to confusion. Here a is the y-intercept or constant and b is the coefficient or slope of the line. A few more words of caution about regression - as in all of statistics there are certain assumptions: the x value is a true measure, both X and Y distributions are normal, and homoscedasticity, i.e., the variance of y is the same for each value of x. In this study the linearity classification made by different scientists were always in agreement. Typical examples of curves that were considered linear are presented in Fig. 1-5. Because these automated procedures values were usually within five percent of each other the curvature could be easily detected. Little research has empirically examined cross-sector job mobility between non-profit and for-profit sector despite the rise and increased importance of this phenomenon in Korea. Using the panel data of Graduates Occupational Mobility Survey(GOMS) by the Korea Employment Information Service, this study attempts to examine changes in job satisfaction(overall score and 10 facet scores) associated with four types(retention at non-profits, turnover from non-profits to for-profits, turnover from for-profits to non-profits, and retention at for-profits) of cross-sector job mobility among college graduates by employing a first difference model. Major results reveal that (1) in the group of retention at non-profits, 'overall job satisfaction' is consistently higher; (2) in the group of retention at non-profits, negative change in 'overall job satisfaction' is the largest; (3) in the group of 'for-profits to non-profits,' negative change in 'stability of employment' is the smallest; (3) in the group of 'non-profits to for-profits,' negative change in 'job contents' is the smallest; (4) in the group of 'non-profits to for-profits,' negative change in 'weekly work hours' is the largest; (5) in the group of retention at non-profits, negative change in 'potential growth & development' is the largest; and (6) in the group of retention at non-profits, negative change in 'social reputation' is the smallest;. This study has made a start in a new area of inquiring attempting to explain cross-sector job mobility and raises implications for future research.
Purpose - This is longitudinal research which aims to investigate the meaning of greenness to consumers' behavior. Consumers adopt green marketing as a new factor in product buying and consumption and more and more consumers prefer green product and services. Consumers' green buying behavior can be different from other purchasing experiences. There would be changes in the meaning of green as time passed and it can be different from countries to other countries. This study examines focus group studies with several groups. There is a ten-year gap between 2010 focus group and 2019 focus group interviews. With this ten-year gap, we can find the change of greenness to consumers. Research design, data, and methodology - The data were collected from Turkish, Korean, Kazakhstan people. This is a cross-sectional study and focus group interview was designed. We can gain information relevant to the research problem with using focus group study and get some insights into basic needs and attitudes of green marketing. The subjects for green purchase interviewee were confined to under 40 years old's shoppers regardless of gender. The first study was investigated with several groups in 2010 and the second interview were conducted in 2019. Results - Results show that the meaning of greenness for consumer has changed over time in accordance with the growing accordance of environmental sustainability. Basically, green marketing still means valuable, natural, recycle-able, good for health, clean, smart behavior, essential benefit. The concept of greenness significantly evolved since it was investigated in 2010. It moves away from focusing on specific environmental issues to considering global sustainability issues. Especially we found that greenness can be related with globalization, higher education, social status at the 2019 interview. Conclusions - This paper attempted to confirm the green marketing is essential and expands its meaning to various aspect. Usually, we can think green marketing is everywhere, therefore, people don't care about green issues in real. But consumers are adopting green marketing more and more, it can be a means to attract potential consumers. Therefore, companies should provide enough greenness information for people and they might apply greenness communication to attract potential customers.

Recently much attention has been devoted to femtocell's potential to improve indoor cellular coverage and high speed wireless communications. Femtocell based commercial services have been already launched in some countries and standardization activities are actively on-going, there has been concern however over potential issues of interference between femtocells and the micro/macro networks. With universal frequency reuse, the ensuing cross-tier interference causes unacceptable data rate and outage probability, so an analysis of effect of interference in femtocell embedded networks would be necessary for a stable system design. This paper investigates the effect of interference on system performances of femtocell embedded hierarchical cell structure (HCS) networks considering the characteristics of propagation environments. Various channel parameters are specially considered for indoor environments where most of femtocells are deployed to investigate the effect of interference of femtocell embedded RCS networks. System capacity and coverage are provided with variant distance between macrocell and femtocell, location of the user in femtocell coverage, and characteristic of building structures.
