The purpose of this study is to examine the concepts and types of cross-cultural collaborative online learning that enhance the utilization of advanced ICT in education and contribute to the promotion of educational exchanges between countries, and suggest exchange learning design models necessary for the active introduction. For this study, previous studies related to cross-cultural collaborative online learning were examined. As a result, cross-cultural collaborative online learning is an educational method based on constructivism that explore and construct knowledge by interacting and collaborating with students, teachers, and field experts who are linguistically and culturally heterogeneous based on advanced ICT. The type of cross-cultural collaborative online learning could be divided into synchronous exchange learning centered on remote video classes and asynchronous exchange learning centered on website based tasks. A PPIE learning design model considering the characteristics of each type is presented.
This paper reports on a qualitative examining the cross-cultural reasons for student engagement and resistance to critical literacy in a three week summer TESOL MA course that was part of a Korean/American university faculty exchange program. Of particular interest was the unique diversity of the class which consisted of 13 subjects from 9 different nations. Using student and instructor reflective journals, field notes on classroom observations, and the course terminal paper on student's philosophies of education as research corpora, results of the study revealed that students resisted instruction in critical literacy for ideological and epistemological reasons. Nonetheless, the data also showed that while all students resisted some theories in critical literacy, all students nonetheless engaged the course content in meaningful ways.
This study highlights the homogeneity in the heritage of the costume cultures between the Gulf of Aden, a part of the Horn region of Africa and the Arab region of West. Asia. Specifically, a cross-cultural perspective is used to examine the similarities between the two regions based on their (1) geographic living cultures and (2) the use of a costume accessory called Burga-a face veil. The current trend in research on the traditional costume culture of Africa mostly ties art with the traditional costume culture and examines its from an aesthetic or animalism perspective rather than from a cross cultural Perspective. Compared to Previous research in this area this study used literature reviews and Pictorial analysis to analyze costume cultures from a cross-cultural perspective. The Burga, which is worn in the low lands of the Horn region, which is located between the West Asia and African continents, as well as the Arab region, shows a reciprocal cultural exchange between the two regions. Similarities can be found in the shape, design, decorative elements, and the way the Bursa was worn in two regions. Although the Burga as a face veil is only a small part of a costume, it reaffirms the similar living cultures and geographic characteristics of the two regions. As the living culture environment becomes similar around the world, this study should help with cross culture negotiations as well as forther the development of traditional costume research.

On the other hand, there is a tendency of opposition as a result of the empirical analysis that the Koreans have a strong orientation, a high power interval, and strong masculinity. Also, as a result of analyzing the changes in Korean culture that belongs to the high background culture, Korean young people tend to be centered in the past and decision makers tend to decide by the chief executive. On the other hand, Korean young people were denied all the verifiable cultural attributes that cultural properties and communication that maintain openness to share space exposures and office space are non - verbal, tacit communication and time observation are very long and uncertain.

At present, under the background of "One Belt and One Road", great achievements have been made in cultural confidence, overseas communication, education, and modernization of Chinese medicine. However, the overseas dissemination of Chinese medicine culture has not yet fulfilled the requirements of the Cultural Power Strategy and the historical mission of Chinese medicine. Challenges are still faced in the cultural theory of traditional Chinese medicine, overseas communication mechanisms, and translation of Chinese medicine terms. Therefore, Chinese medicine practitioners must firm their faith in culture and traditional Chinese medicine, disseminate the cultural theory of traditional Chinese medicine, exert the advantages of the media and improve its mechanism, and speed up cross-cultural language exchange and research. These efforts will innovate Chinese medicine culture, strengthen overseas exchange and cooperation as well as flourish traditional Chinese medicine overseas.
The purpose of this study is to compare the books exchange between china and Joseon dynasty. Books, ancient and modern are an essential part to publish, propagate, administer the books which is a matter of grave concern among nations. Also they are the most important information and the symbol of the government power. As a result the rulers had brought many necessary books from China and it is a national policy to govern in Joson dynasty. This study will discuss the introduction of chinese books from the Annals of the Joson Dynasty, especially from the first king of the Joson Dynasty, Yi Seong-gye to the ninth king. At that times, Joson Dynasty had attempted to reign various policies. So many books related with the absolute authority of China. In accordance with the book classification method in ancient china, they are have been categorized. Furthermore, it should have been a important clue to check the influence by being brought many books from China.
This paper examines 'an active nihilism' in Suk-je Sung's novels in detail. The focus of this study is formed from the critical mind in a critical perspective that in Korean novels before and after 2000s, characters who embody 'problematic individuals' of $Luk{\acute{a}}cs$ have disappeared and those close to 'active nihilists' has become the mainstream. The most representative example of this phenomenon is Suk-je Sung's novels. 'Active nihilists' in his novels are described as 'ascetics' who mastered various spheres such as 'billiard', 'baduk gambling', 'alcohol', 'dance', and 'book collecting', and so on. In the sense that they reject the transcendental conditions of the modern world and live in the space and time of play in which they can display their passion and potentiality to the maximum, they beings jumping over the 'reality principle'. Also, what they want to repeat is not the endless exchange of labor and capital according to the capitalist system of exchange but rather the repeated existence of their power and passion. This 'anthropology of power and passion' is 'active nihilism' which could be expressed as the 'subject of creating new value' and 'Dionysian affirmation' by Nietzsche. Suk-je Sung's novels sharply prove the stylistic essence of 'a novel' which has to create its own form every time, constantly renewing the narrative style of the past ideal model. In this respect, they are very problematic and his innovation of a form draws the attention. Further, this will certainly be the important object of research in the diachronic dimension of contemporary Korean novel.

Under the background of globalization, the borderless nature of film and television language makes the exchange of film as the carrier become an important part of cultural exchanges in various countries. Therefore, film co-production between China and the United States, China and Japan, China and South Korea and other countries has become an important part of the current Chinese film industry. Among them, China and South Korea are close neighbors, and the exchanges between the two countries' films are also increasing. Korean movies have recovered since the 1990s, and they prospered at the beginning of the 21st century, and have formed a unique influence in the international community, especially in crime, suspense, love and other types of films. The co-production of Chinese and Korean films began to appear in 2000, and the signing of the "China-Korea Co-production Film Agreement" in 2014 prompted the rapid convergence of Chinese and Korean film co-productions. However, the co-productions of China and South Korea did not achieve good expectations in terms of communication effects and market evaluation. This article will use the "cultural discount" theory in cross-cultural communication to analyze the reasons for the cultural discounts produced by Chinese and Korean co-productions and how to avoid this phenomenon to the maximum extent.
The possibility of non-destructive inspection glass beads for verification. Conduct a comparative analysis of the Chungcheong area with glass beads excavated Age-specific characteristics of the glass beads shall be classified by region. Trace amounts of ingredients such as CaO, $Al_2O_3$ (stabilizer), MgO, the difference is negligible. $SiO_2$ (subjects), $Na_2O$ (flux) analysis and the difference between the values was greater than in the other ingredients. In this paper, I approach corporate social responsibility as a discourse metadiscursively shaping the social relationship between corporations and society. Using a discourse-centered approach to culture, I examine how early discussions (involving legal disputes) on the rights of corporations to give evolved into a public sphere discussion as to how corporations can be viewed and redefined as social actors with capabilities to perform socially meaning actions, which here is "responsibility." I discuss how corporate social responsibility currently operates as a metadiscourse of corporate personhood, ethics, and corporate citizenship. Then, using insights from Mauss, I analyze how corporate social responsibility might be comparable to a Maussian gift exchange. Corporate social responsibility actions that are performed, indeed, are gift exchanges in that they involve the ideology of the free gift and the implicit expectation of a return to the giver. In the meantime, I argue, that in the case of corporate social responsibility, it is not the act of giving gifts (e.g., grants) that can lead to social alliances but rather the talk of gift giving, a departure from the ceremonial gift exchanges observed by Mauss. That is, here, the talk of giving shapes social alliances, thus displacing this function from the act of giving itself. The PR strategies deploy talk of the gift as a metapragmatic strategy, inviting various forms of role alignment on the part of diverse, potential and actual, participants, in a framework of corporate-sponsored gift exchange in which potential recipients compete, again at the level of metapragmatic description, to become the chosen gift recipient.
