This study establishes key success Predictors of internet venture enterprises in Korea. The five factors are derived from the relevant literature and clarified the concept of entrepreneurship, industrial level, enterprise strategy, organizational capability, and resource procurement by distinguishing between its components and determinants. Organizational performance indicators were derived from the previous studies classifying by financial performance indicator and non-financial performance indicator using by recent evaluation method as BSC (Balanced Scorecard). We then examine the impact of critical success factors on the internet venture performance. Hypotheses on five factors of internet venture were tested for 103 organizations. Results indicate that critical success factors may serve as key predictors. Organizational strategy and resource capability was found to be positively influenced on both financial performance indicator and non-financial performance indicator while entrepreneurship, industrial level and organizational capability positively affected only non-financial performance indicator.

In the present image processing technique, the concept of the gradient indicator(GI) has been introduced to find out the depth-of-field in sizing large particles ranging from $30{\mu}m$ to $30{\mu}m$ where using of the concept of the normalized contrast value(VC) is not appropriate. The gradient indicator is defined as the ratio of the local value to the maximum possible value of the gray-level gradient in an image frame. The gradient indicator decreases with the increases of the particle size and the distance from the exact focal plane. A particle is considered to be in focus when the value of the gradient indicator at its image boundary stays above a critical value. This critical gradient indicator($GI_{critical}$) is defined as the maximum gradient indicator($GI_{max}$) subtracted by a constant ${\Delta}GI$ which is to account for the particle-size effect. In the present ca.so, the value of ${\Delta}GI$ was set to 0.28 to keep the standard deviation of the measured particles mostly within 0.1. It was also confirmed that, to find the depth-of-field for small particles(${\leq}30{\mu}m$) with the same measurement accuracy, tho concept of the critical normalized contrast($VC_{critical}$) is applicable with 85% of the maximum normalized contrast value($VC_{max}$). Finally, the depth-of-field was checked for the size range between $10{\mu}m$ and $300{\mu}m$ when the both in-focus criteria ($GI_{critical}$ and $VC_{critical}$) were adopted. The change of the depth-of-field with the particle size shows good linearity in both the VC-applicable and the GI-applicable ranges with a reasonable accuracy.

As domestic recession has had an adverse impact on many Korean companies in Korea, financial soundness has become a critical issues. It is essential to identify financial risk factors to prevent workout as well as to improve the financial condition of domestic construction companies. Therefore, this study derived important management indicators and the financial ratios that belong to each indicator through a comparative analysis between healthy companies and workout companies with financial statement. As a consequence, key financial ratios are derived into 3 of 25 ratios; Equity Ratio in stability indicator, Total Asset Turnover Ratio in activity indicator, and Labor Equipment Ratio in productivity indicator. So, Korean construction firms are required close monitoring these critical financial ratios indicating variation between construction companies which have opposing statuses in finance in order to keep sound financial condition and increase productivity.

Accurate prediction of critical illness is significant for ensuring the lives and health of patients. The selection of indicators affects the real-time capability and accuracy of the prediction for critical illness. However, the diversity and complexity of these indicators make it difficult to find potential connections between them and critical illnesses. For the first time, this study proposes an indicator analysis model to extract key indicators from the preoperative and intraoperative clinical indicators and laboratory results of critical illnesses. In this study, preoperative and intraoperative data of heart failure and respiratory failure are used to verify the model. The proposed model processes the datum and extracts key indicators through four parts. To test the effectiveness of the proposed model, the key indicators are used to predict the two critical illnesses. The classifiers used in the prediction are light gradient boosting machine (LightGBM) and eXtreme Gradient Boosting (XGBoost). The predictive performance using key indicators is better than that using all indicators. In the prediction of heart failure, LightGBM and XGBoost have sensitivities of 0.889 and 0.892, and specificities of 0.939 and 0.937, respectively. For respiratory failure, LightGBM and XGBoost have sensitivities of 0.709 and 0.689, and specificity of 0.936 and 0.940, respectively. The proposed model can effectively analyze the correlation between indicators and postoperative critical illness. The analytical results make it possible to find the key indicators for postoperative critical illnesses. This model is meaningful to assist doctors in extracting key indicators in time and improving the reliability and efficiency of prediction.
As a reinforcing strategic-alignment of IT business, Financial Service becomes more rely on IT systems. It needs to continuous information security activities to provide a secure and reliable finance service. Performance measurement of information security activities can be useful for decision and management support. The purpose of this study is to derive CSF(Critical Success Factor) and KPI(Key Performance Indicator) based on K-ISMS, Financial IT Information Security Standards. Providing a rationale can be used to determine key performance indicators, which are utilized as basic data for establishing security policies for financial IT security competency.
The feasibility of using Deinococcus showing strong resistance to both desiccation and ionizing radiation as a dose indicator of gamma radiation exposure was evaluated. Three Deinococcus strains having different levels of radiation resistance, Deinococcus radiodurans (DRD), Deinococcus radiopugnans (DRP), and the DRD pprI mutant (DRM), were selected to develop an appropriate dose indicator for a broad range of exposures. DRD, DRP, and DRM cultures with different numbers of cells [${\sim}10^7$ to $10^3$ colony forming units (CFU)/$100{\mu}l$] were lyophilized and subjected to various doses of gamma radiation to determine a critical dose that inhibited bacterial growth completely. Finally, a combination of DRD at ${\sim}10^7$ and ${\sim}10^6$ CFU, DRP at ${\sim}10^5$ CFU, and DRM at ${\sim}10^4$ CFU successfully indicated exposure to 5, 10, 20, and 30 kGy of gamma radiation, respectively. This study shows the possibility of developing a qualitative indicator of radiation exposure using Deinococcus.

This study was conducted to evaluate the effects of simulation integrated with problem based learning in terms of critical thinking, problem solving, learning motivation according to Myers-Briggs type indicator(MBTI) personality type in advanced nursing course students. This study was a non-equivalent control posttest only design. Students were all enrolled in advanced nursing course which included 1) 6 weeks problem based learning 2) 5 weeks simulation integrated with PBL and debriefing. Total 19 students' data were collected and analyzed on SPSS win 21.0. The results showed students who have out patients working experience were significantly higher learning motivation(${\chi}^2=9.85$, p=.044), no experienced simulation were significantly higher critical thinking(${\chi}^2=4.44$, p=.035) and as temperament of MBTI, NT types were significantly higher on critical thinking(${\chi}^2=8.53$, p=.036). Students show various personality types and it might be impact on attitudes of learning and the results. Thus we need to understand their diversity and consider it to apply teaching methods on nursing education.

The mission of public library is to contribute to local society's growth and improve local residents' quality of life by satisfying local residents' desire on information use, cultural activities, lifelong education, etc, and providing more convenient and equal access. This study is a research that deducted BSC-based public library performance indicator model composed of 12 critical success factors, 36 key performance indicators under four perspectives of learning and growth perspective, internal process perspective, resources perspective, and user perspective, estimated relative weights of deducted the performance indicator model on librarians of public libraries to analyze what performance indicator is important for accomplishing public library's mission and promoting performance.
Self-adaptive software is software that adapts by itself to system requirements about the recognized problems without stopping the software cycle. In order to reduce the unnecessary adaptation in the system having the critical points, we propose proactive approach which can predict the future operation after a critical point. In this paper, we predict the future operation after a critical point using a hybrid model to deal with the characteristics of the observed data with the linear and non-linear pattern. The operation of the prediction method is determined on a timing decision indicator based on the prediction accuracy. The two main points of contributions of this paper are to reduce uncertainty about the future operation by predicting the situation after a critical point using hybrid model and to reduce unnecessary adaptation implementation by deciding a timing based on a timing decision indicator.
