Intestinal obstruction diagnosis method based on X-ray can affect objective diagnosis because it includes subjective factors of the examiner. Therefore, in this paper, a detection method of Intestinal Obstruction from X-Ray image using Hough transform and PCM is proposed. The proposed method uses Hough transform to detect straight lines from the extracted ROI of the intestinal obstruction X-Ray image and bowel obstruction is extracted by using air fluid level's morphological characteristic detected by the straight lines. Then, ROI is quantized by applying PCM clustering algorithm to the extracted ROI. From the quantized ROI, cluster group that includes bowel obstruction's characteristic is selected and small bowel regions are extracted by using object search from the selected cluster group. The proposed method of using PCM is applied to 30 X-Ray images of intestinal obstruction patients and setting the initial cluster number of PCM to 4 showed excellent performance in detection and the TPR was 81.47%.

It is characteristic that houses designed by Adolf Loos show commonly a contradictory aspect between the exterior and interior. The exteriors of the houses are simple and on the other hand the interiors are affluent to the greatest degree. At that time, a stylized gorgeous decoration of the inner space had been prevailed in general among the historicism and Vienna Secession people, and such an inner spatial conception as by Loos must have brought a turning point for the development of a new inner spatial conception which can by itself be called revolutionary. This study is gong to clarify the fact that Loos has been in full consideration of the emotional side basically for the human being in the conception of inner space, by complementing the respect that his conception of the inner spatial composition, concentrating purity, comfort and classicalism on the furniture. Despite the independency of the Loos furniture is near copying, different from existing creative conception, it can be meaningful in respect that it creates out a rather accustomed and still a new space thought adding a little transformation to the existing classical furniture. So this study is going to re-establish the characteristics of the Loos furniture which work as the greatest impact in the composition of affluent inner space, the prototypical characteristics of that furniture, and the basical thinking system of Loos which can be found out in a little transformatiov.

A study analyzes the eclectic trend shown in Andy Warhol look to explain the pluralistic aspect which is expressed in the late 20th century's fashion. Eclecticism is a trial to dismantle the barriers between pure art and popular art, high culture and low culture. This pursues harmonious accommodation and coexistence of all areas without being confined in the conventional lofty taste or high art. This thesis studies the characteristic aspects of the eclectic trend by classifying this trend into sell culture, mass media and fashion around the Andy Warhol look. The sexual eclectic trend in Warhol look is bisexual one shown in clubland and the world of modeling and supplies fashion with abundant expression and ambiguity. Warhol established cultural eclecticism by compounding high cultural factors and low cultural factors. broke up the boundary between street fashion and high fashion and escaped from the fixed idea on materials and design. Also he generalized and democratized specialty or nobility conventional paintings had possessed through introducing repetition and mediocrity and fully utilized every kind of mass media, Hollywood movie stars and daily necessaries in producing works. Andy Warhol who asserted‘Business Art’that was the mixed form of artistry and commercialism had creative and futuristic taste and proposed the direction to develop current fashion and art where the concept of economy is importantly brought into relief.

The Force Density Method (FDM) is a well known and extremely versatile tool in form finding of cable nets. In its linear formulation such method makes it possible to find all the possible equilibrium configurations of a net of cables having a certain given connectivity and given boundary conditions on the nodes. Each singular configuration corresponds to an assumed force density distribution. Its improvement as Non-Linear Force Density Method (NLFDM) introduces the possibility of imposing assigned relative distances among the nodes, the tensile level in the elements and/or their initial undeformed length. In this paper an Extended Force Density Method (EFDM) is proposed, which makes it possible to set conditions in terms of given fixed nodal reactions or, in other words, to fix the positions of a certain number of nodes and, at the same time, to impose the intensity of the reaction force. Through such extension, the (EFDM) enables us to deal with form findings problems of cable nets subjected to given constraints and, in particular, with mixed structures, made of cables and struts. The efficiency and the robustness of method are assessed through comparisons with other form finding techniques in dealing with characteristic applications to the prestress design of cable systems. As a further extension, the EFDM is applied to structures having some parts not yet geometrically defined, as can happen in designing new creative forms.

Today's health care environment is rapidly changing and nurse administrators' leadership styles need to identify in nursing organization to achieve organizational objectives. By Bass(1985), transformational leadership stimulates the subordinates to be creative and achieve organizational objectives and is related to job satisfaction, job involvement, productivity, and organizational commitment. Transformational leadership process consists of charisma, intellectual stimulation, individual consideration. The purpose of this study is to identify the effect of transformational leadership and personal characteristics on nurses' organizational commitment. The subjects for this study consisted of 594 nurse from 8 University Hospitals and General Hospitals. The data were collected by personal characteristics scale, transformational leadership scale, and organizational commitment scale. The factor analysis, Cronbach's alpha analysis, Pearson correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis and hierarchical multiple regression analysis were used for the statistical method. The results of this study were found that (1) charisma dimension of transformational leadership has positive influence on nurses' organizational commitment; but another two dimensions(intellectual stimulation and individualized consideration) did not showed significant effect on organizational commitment (2) nurses' personal characteristic(internal locus of control) moderated the effect of transformational leadership on organizational commitment.

Sensitivity has become more important in relation to design in a changing social environment and atmosphere. In the West, the concept of aesthetics has long been established but in the East, only in the seventeenth and eighteenth century China the discussion had begun. In Korea where the first scholarly discussion on aesthetics had begun around 1929, more and more rigorous and theoretical discussions emerge nowadays. Korean beauty consists of unplanned Beauty and unplanned planned Beauty. Japanese beauty consists of the beauty of half-articulation and the beauty of articulation. While both Korea and Japan base their sense of beauty on nature, Korea emphasizes the nature as it is and Japan values the artful decorative elements. In modern Korean fashion, the characteristic Korean aesthetics of unplanned Beauty appears in the various expressive techniques such as the movement with natural gathering, the use of natural materials like cotton, the harmonization of black and white, and simplified silhouette. Also, there are plays on balance and proportion using straight and curves lines and variegated colors and creative printing, intentional asymmetry, and destrution.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationships between knowledge sharing antecedents and knowledge sharing intention in a financial institute and knowledge sharing behavior, knowledge sharing behavior and knowledge sharing performance. This paper first reviews the influencing factors of knowledge sharing and presents the research framework on knowledge sharing with categorized four factors such as structural factors, relational factors, personal and task characteristics. Based on a research framework, survey analysis was conducted with financial institution members. This paper examined the relationship between antecedents of knowledge sharing and knowledge sharing intention, knowledge sharing intention and knowledge sharing behavior. Also it analyzed the relationship between knowledge sharing behavior and the knowledge sharing performance. As a result, the paper suggested that the knowledge sharing intention consist of two dimensions. The first is voluntary knowledge sharing intention. The second is solicited knowledge sharing intention. The former has a significant positive relationship with the innovativeness, communication, personal creative propensity and perception of the knowledge sharing. The later has a significant positive relationship with the task interdependence but has a significant negative relationship with the knowledge sharing evaluation system. Knowledge sharing intention has a significant positive relationship with the knowledge sharing behavior. Also knowledge sharing behavior has a significant positive relationship with the knowledge sharing performance. Finally, the implications and limitations of the study are discussed.

This essay aims to suggest roughly the "philosophy of limits." The limits mainly refer to those of human experiences and rational thoughts. The philosophy of limits consist of three theses and two consequences(L, M). (1) The limits are necessarily supervenient in the course of searching knowledge. (2) The limits cannot be dissipated ultimately. (3) To recognize the limits is not only an intellectual recognition but also a beginning of whole personality's reaction. (L) It is a rational decision to accept the limits and leave the margins (yeoback/yeoheuck) rather than to try to remove them. (M) To leave the margins (yeoback/yeoheuck) is characteristic of being human, and enables one to harmoniously communicate with others. To justify the philosophy of limits, this essay examine the limits discussed in mathematics and philosophy: set theory, Godel's Incompleteness Theorem, Galois Theorem in mathematics; and Hume, Kant, Kierkegaard, and Wittgenstein in philosophy. I try to interpret consciousness of limits in various cultures. I claim that consciousness of the limits contribute to lucidity of human identity, communication between persons, stimulation of creative thinking.

The idea of identification have become a subject of discussion ever since the time man started to contemplate on the meaning and value of his being. However, the concept of identity defined by theorists such as sociologists or cultural historians influence the consumption pattern of the major consumer group, in conjunction with the advent of the mass consuming age. The conflict and mutual realization among variable generations and residential areas of different. consumer levels profoundly affect the formation of the identity of the new generation and the role and experience of women. This series of transit is progressing more rapidly due to the characteristic situation of the expiration of a millenium. Advertising strives to control our interests and ideas on the products we choose to use and affects our identity by manipulating images of successful people. People tend to be influenced more significantly by the mass-culture than by people around them, such as family or friends, in rendering their self?identity; in which process, adopting the identity produced by mass-media and advertising. Such identity is conducted partly of the product identity and the stereotyped image suggested by mass-media. This study bears significance in the attempt to provide actual data and expand the realm of ideas and planning in future advertising through demonstrative analysis of self-identity creative in Korean TV advertising.
