Effects of Price Attitude toward Apparel Products on Shopping Values and Consumption Behavior

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of price-attitude toward apparel products on shopping values and consumption behavior. The study was carried out in Deagu and Kyungbook area. Applying the convenience sampling, total 326 questionnaire were collected from university students who were randomly selected as participants. This study used frequency, factor analysis, reliability analysis, regression analysis, and t-test for data analysis. The finding are as follows. Price-attitude toward apparel products was categorized into information leading, price dignity, price discount, list price orientation, quality value and using coupons. Shopping tendency factors were found as pursuit of pleasure, pursuit of sociality, and pursuit of economic feasibility. Consumption behavior factors were categorized into impulsive buying, ostentatious consumption, utilization of internet information, possession of material and brand trust. Price-attitude toward apparel products had a significant effect on shopping values and consumption behavior. University students seemed to consider the value of money to be very important as well as economic feasibility. They utilized information from the internet to buy products with good quality and showed high usage level of coupons. And, university students who buy at a least price tried to show dignity with expensive brand products and they consider those brands express self-confidence.

OSP와 ENIG 표면처리에 따른 BGA 패키지의 무연솔더 접합부 피로수명 (Solder Joints Fatigue Life of BGA Package with OSP and ENIG Surface Finish)

  • Many researches related to the reliability of Pb-free solder joints with PCB (printed circuit board) surface finish under thermal or vibration stresses are in progress, because the electronics is operating in hash environment. Therefore, it is necessary to assess Pb-free solder joints life with PCB surface finish under thermal and mechanical stresses. We have investigated 4-points bending fatigue lifetime of Pb-free solder joints with OSP (organic solderability preservative) and ENIG (electroless nickel and immersion gold) surface finish. To predict the bending fatigue life of Sn-3.0Ag-0.5Cu solder joints, we use the test coupons mounted 192 BGA (ball grid array) package to be added the thermal stress by conducting thermal shock test, 500, 1,000, 1,500 and 2,000 cycles, respectively. An 4-point bending test is performed in force controlling mode. It is considered that as a failure when the resistance of daisy-chain circuit of test coupons reaches more than $1,000{\Omega}$. Finally, we obtained the solder joints fatigue life with OSP and ENIG surface finish using by Weibull probability distribution.

LABORATORY STUDIES ON MIC OF AISI TYPE 304 STAINLESS STEEL USING BACTERIA ISOLATED FROM A W ASTEWATER TREATMENT SYSTEM

  • Microbiologically influenced Corrosion (MIC) is one of the most deleterious effects of metal microbe interactions. When a fresh metal surface comes in contact with a non-sterile fluid, biofilm formation is ensued. This might result in the initiation of corrosion. The sites and materials where MIC is implicated are versatile. Industries such as shipping, power generation, chemical etc are reported to be affected. The rapid and unexpected failure of AISI type 304 stainless steel was investigated in the laboratory by simulation studies for a period of 4 months. Slime and water samples from the failure site were screened for corrosion causing bacteria. Both aerobic and anaerobic nora were enumerated and identified using PCR techniques. Pseudomonas sp. and Bacillus sp. were the most common aerobic bacteria isolated from the water and slime samples, whilst sulfate reducing bacteria (SRB) were the major anaerobic bacteria. The aerobic bacteria were used for the corrosion experiments in the laboratory. Coupon exposure studies were conducted using a very dilute (0.1%V/V) nutrient broth medium. The coupons after retrieval were observed under a Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM) for the presence of MIC pits. Compared to sterile controls, metal coupons exposed to Pseudomonas sp and Bacillus sp. showed the initiation of severe pitting corrosion. However, amongst these two strains, Psudomonas sp. caused pits in a very short span of 14 days. Towards the end of the experiment, severe pitting was observed in both the cases. The detailed observation of pits showed they vary both in number and shapes. Whilst the coupons exposed to Bacillus sp. showed widely spread scales like pits, those exposed to Pseudomonas sp. showed smaller and circular pits, which had grown in number and size by the end of the experiment. From these results it is inferred that the rapid and unexpected failure of 304 SS might be due to MIC. Pseudonwnas sp. could be considered as the major responsible bacteria that could initiate pits in the metallic structures. As the appearance of pits was different in both the tested strains, it was thought that the mechanisms of pit formation are different. Experiments on these lines are being continued.

브랜드 커피전문점의 가격할인정책 만족이 지각된 가치, 브랜드 태도 및 재 구매의도에 미치는 영향 (A Study on the Influence of Price Discount Policy in Brand Coffee Shops on Perceived Value, Brand Attitude, and Repurchase Intention)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 스타벅스, 커피빈, 엔제리너스, 카페베너 등의 브랜드커피전문점을 방문하여 매장에서 제공되는 가격할인서비스를 제공받고 느끼는 만족과 가치, 브랜드 태도 및 재 구매의도 간의 관계를 실증적으로 연구하고자 하였다. 샘플링은 스타벅스, 커피빈, 엔제리너스, 카페베너 등의 4개 브랜드에 각 100부씩 조사하였고, 조사 기간는 2012년 12월 1일부터 12월 31일까지 1개월간 실시하였다. 회수된 400부의 설문지는 최종분석에 사용되었다. 분석결과, 가격할인정책에 대한 만족도는 쾌락적 가치와 실용적 가치에 유의한 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 쾌락적 가치와 경제적 가치는 브랜드태도와 재 구매의도에 유의한 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 게다가 브랜드 태도는 재 구매의도에 유의한 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 추가분석에서 스타벅스의 고객들은 할인정책을 전혀 사용하지 않는 고객이 가장 많은 것으로 나타났고, 커피빈의 경우 스탬프쿠폰만 사용하는 고객이 가장 많았으며, 엔제리너스의 경우 스탬프쿠폰은 사용하지 않고 기타가격할인정책을 사용하는 고객이 가장 많은 것으로 나타났으며, 카페베네의 경우 스탬프쿠폰과 함께 기타가격할인정책을 사용하는 고객이 가장 많은 것으로 나타났다. 아울러 할인정책을 사용하지 않는 고객에 비해 할인정책을 사용하는 고객의 가격할인정책만족이 더 높은 것으로 나타났다.

Social Shopping Site를 통해 구입한 외식업체 쿠폰 특성이 고객만족도와 향후 행동의도에 미치는 영향 - 패밀리레스토랑을 중심으로 - (The Effects of the Characteristics of Coupons Purchased through a Social Shopping Site upon Customer Satisfaction and Future Behavior Intention - Focusing on Family Restaurants -)

  • 본 연구는 Social Shopping Site를 통해 구입한 외식업체의 쿠폰 특성이 레스토랑, 쿠폰 등에 대한 고객만족도와 향후 행동의도에 미치는 영향에 대해 고찰하였다. 실증연구를 위해 확보된 332개의 표본을 바탕으로 연구모형의 신뢰성, 적합성 등을 검토하였고, 구조방정식 모형을 사용하여 4개(세부가설 포함 총 8개)의 가설을 검증하였으며, 최종모형의 적합도는 ${\chi}^2$=309.795(df=103, p<.001), CMIN/DF=3.008, RMR=.103, GFI=.912, NFI=.927, CFI=.950, RMSEA=.074로 조사되었다. 연구 결과 레스토랑 고객만족에는 쿠폰이용성(${\beta}$=.645), 가격민감성(${\beta}$=-.315)이, 쿠폰 만족에는 쿠폰이용성(${\beta}$=1.040)만이 유의한(p<.001) 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 레스토랑 고객만족은 향후 쿠폰 재구매(${\beta}$=.335)와 레스토랑 재방문(${\beta}$=.603) 모두에 유의한(p<.001) 영향을 주었으며, 구매한 쿠폰의 만족 역시 쿠폰 재구매(${\beta}$=.353)와 레스토랑 재방문(${\beta}$=-.263)에 유의한 (p<.001) 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 이를 통해 쿠폰을 이용하면서 느낀 즐거움과 인지된 금액 절감 정도가 레스토랑 이용 고객에게 만족을 주는 요소이며, 레스토랑 이용 시 만족한 고객은 추후 다른 쿠폰의 재구매와 레스토랑을 재방문 하고자 하는 의도가 있으나, 쿠폰을 재구매 하기보다는 쿠폰 없이도 레스토랑을 재방문 하고자하는 의도가 더욱 높은 것으로 나타났다. 또한 구매한 쿠폰에 만족한 소비자라도 레스토랑은 재방문 하지 않으려 한다는 것으로 조사되었다.

변형률 분포를 가진 탄소섬유복합체의 인장특성에 대한 연구 (Study on Tensile Properties of Carbon Fiber Reinforced Polymers (CFRP) Laminate with Strain Distribution)

  • 취성재료의 변형률 분포와 인장물성과의 상관관계를 분석하기 위해 변형률 분포를 가지도록 탭부분을 변형한 5개 타입-S0, SD1, SD2, SV1, SV2 - 의 탄소섬유보강폴리머(CFRP) 인장시편군을 시험하였다. 변형률 분포가 큰 SD2, SV2 의 극한응력 및 변형률이 SD1, SV1 보다 작게 나타났는데, 이는 비대칭 형상의 SD타입보다 대칭 형상의 SV의 시험결과에서 더 분명하게 나타냈다. 더불어 본 연구에서 사용한 변형률 분포를 가진 대부분의 시편의 극한 응력 및 변형률은 변형률 분포가 없는 대조군과 비교하였을 때 감소하였다. 이러한 결과는 1) 변형률계를 통해 직접 계측한 변형률의 평균값, 2) 전체변형량을 유효길이로 나눠 산정하는 환산변형률, 3) 탄성계수와 극한하중으로부터 유도하는 (극한)유효변형률을 통해 다각적으로 분석되었다. 변형률계에서 계측된 값은 국소구간 응답을 정확히 나타내지만, 전단면의 응답을 표현하는 것은 아니다. 반면, 환산변형률과 유효변형률은 전단면의 평균거동을 나타내므로, 게이지의 단점을 보완할 수 있다. 특히 유효변형률은 극한하중 부근에서 변형률계 측정값이 게이지 손상이나 비정상적 계측값 등의 원인으로 유효하지 않을 때도 실무적으로도 사용할 있는 보수적인 파단변형률을 산정할 수 있다. 이 값은 부분파단이 발생한 경우에도 사용할 수 있으며, 변형률 분포를 가지는 시편에서 합리적으로 유용하다.

  • The Electrical Resistance Probe of carbon steel and weight loss coupons were exposed in atmosphere and in the lake water of Hanoi. The comparison of data received by two methods after one year exposure was presented. The correspondence of the data of these methods on the exposure time in both environments showed a capacity of using Electrical Resistance Probe in Vietnamese natural corrosion testing of Carbon steel.

외식업 온라인 쿠폰 이용 사례 연구 : 휴면 고객 재방문을 중심으로 (A Case Study on Restaurant Online Coupon Redemption Behavior of Resting Customers)

  • The purposes this study were to a) analyze the revisiting ratio of resting customers after issuing online coupons, b) compare the characteristics of coupon redemption customers with non-redemption customers. For this study, the customers of M restaurant who did not revisit during the last 8 months were classified as 'resting customers', totaling 4,052 customers. The online coupons, valid for 9 months, were sent via e-mail to those customers. After that, the data collected from those who redeemed the coupon in September 2006 was utilized. As a result of sending the coupon to 4,052 resting customers, 1,288 customers redeemed the coupon during the study period, showing relatively high redemption ratio (31.6%). The average check of customers with the online coupon was decreased by 22% compared with customers without the coupon, but the party size remained almost the same, 2.6 customers, and also the redemption ratio was increasing as the expiration date of the coupon was approaching. The redemption ratio of female (35.3%) was much higher than male (19.2%), representing higher redemption possibility of the female customers by issuing the coupon. The redemption ratio of the twenties (69.1%) was obviously higher than other age groups. Also, the non-redemption ratio of other groups except the twenties was higher than the redemption ratio. The redemption ratio of low-educated was higher, under college degree (58.6%), college degree (35.4%), and over college degree (16.6%). Following the result of the average visiting frequency of redemption customers during last the 8 months was 4.2, the frequency of non-redemption customers was 9.8. The total average visiting of non-redemption customer was 10.5, and that of redemption customers was 8.6. Customers who visited the restaurant less frequently in the past have higher possibility to revisit after receiving the coupon.

수도관 재질에 형성된 초기 생물막 형성 미생물의 군집 특성 (Community characteristics of early biofilms formed on water distribution pipe materials)

  • Annular Biofilm Reactor (ABR) equipped with coupons of three different pipe materials (STS 304, PVC, PE) was used to generate drinking water biofilm samples. The level of assimilable organic carbon (AOC) during the sample generation period was $37.3{\mu}g/L$, and this level did not seem to be low enough to limit the formation of biofilm in this study. Terminal-restriction fragment length polymorphism (T-RFLP) analyses determined T-RF profile as early as 3 h of exposure on PVC coupons. Average surface roughness ($R_a$) measured by atomic force microscopic analyses was 125.7 nm for PVC, and this value was higher than for STS (71.6 nm) and PE (74.0 nm). However, biofilm formation was faster on STS (6 h) than on PE (12 h), which indicated that surface roughness might not be the only factor that controlled the initiation of biofilm development. Upon detection of the T-RF peaks, richness (S) and diversity indices such as Shannon (H) and Simpson (1/D) demonstrated a rather slow increase until 48 h followed by rapid increase regardless of the pipe materials. Differences of microbial community structures among the biofilm samples were determined based on the cluster analysis using Jaccard coefficients (Sj). Biofilm communities could be divided into two distinct groups according to the exposure time regardless of the pipe materials. First group contained a young (< 48 h) biofilm samples (10 out of 11) but second group contained a mature (${\geq}$ 48 h) samples (11 out of 14). Results suggested that, due to the complexity of biofilm, the targeting of the first group of cluster was crucial for optimizing the management of drinking water distribution systems and controlling microbial growth.

파라핀/알루미늄 연료의 알루미늄 입자크기 및 함유비 변화에 따른 인장 및 압축강도 특성 연구 (Tensile and Compressive Strength Characteristics of Aluminized Paraffin Wax Fuel for Various Particle Size and Contents)

  • 본 연구에서는 하이브리드 가스 발생기용 파라핀/알루미늄 왁스 연료의 기계적 특성 파악을 위한 인장 및 압축강도 실험을 수행하였다. 혼합된 알루미늄 입자의 크기와 첨가량에 따른 기계적 특성을 파악하기 위해 10 wt%, 20 wt%, 30 wt%의 나노 입자 첨가 시편과 5 wt%, 10 wt%, 15 wt%의 마이크로 입자 첨가 시편을 사용하였다. 평균입도 100 nm 및 $8{\mu}m$ 크기의 알루미늄 입자와 Sasol사의 미정질 파라핀 왁스(Sasol 0907)를 이용하였고, 인장시험과 압축 시험에 사용된 시편은 각각 ASTM-D638, ASTM D575-91 규격에 따라 제작하였다. 나노 입자의 첨가는 시편의 인장 및 압축강도를 크게 향상시키나 마이크로 입자의 첨가는 상대적으로 인장 및 압축강도의 증가에 미치는 영향이 미미한 것으로 파악되었다.
