모바일 쿠폰 특성 지각에 따른 소비자 반응과 변인간 인과관계 연구 (Consumer responses towards mobile coupon characteristics perception and causal relationships among variables)

  • Purpose of the study is to explore the effect of the types of mobile coupons(text- vs. image-focused coupons; free-gift vs. discount coupons) on characteristic perception of mobile coupons, and the causal relationships among characteristic perception, attitude, and use intention of mobile coupons. A total of 140 university students participated in experiments with questionnaires including one of the four stimuli. Important findings are as follows. First, image-focused mobile coupons generated more enjoyment than did text-focused coupons. However, the text/image-focused coupons were not different in perception of informativeness and credibility of mobile coupons. Second, enjoyment perception was significantly increased when image-focused contents were combined with discount coupons whereas enjoyment perception was decreased when text-focused contents were combined with free-gift coupons. This interaction effect reflects that the level of enjoyment of consumers can be changed in terms of the combination of the value-provision types of coupons and the text-image focused contents. Third, it was found that consumer perception of coupon characteristics formed attitudes toward mobile coupons, and use intention of mobile coupons was determined by attitudes toward mobile coupons. Study findings may fill the void of research investigating the effect of text-image contents and the types of coupons on consumer reponses toward mobile coupons. Mobile coupons have limited quantity of information within a small size of mobile phone screen, therefore, the results were not consistent with prior research tested with mobile advertisements indicating the effect of text-image contents on perception of informativeness and credibility.

쿠폰 종류에 따른 쿠폰이용비용과 소비자 만족에 관한 연구 (The Effect of Costs of Coupon on Consumer Satisfaction)

  • The purpose of this study was to understand how consumers perceive the costs of couponing by coupon types and to suggest ways in which coupons should be developed to contribute to consumers' welfare. Costs/benefits of coupons as the most close antecedent variable included the following 8 constructs: searching costs, clipping costs, storing costs, extra expenses, substitution costs, pressure of holding, uncomfortable feelings, and regrets. Since it was hypothesized that the cost of couponing differs by coupon type, four coupon-types were examined: homepage coupon, E-mail coupon, DM coupon, and newspaper/magazine coupon. Data for this research were collected through 732 responses to a self-administered survey of consumers who had used all four types of coupons requesting participation from members of Internet survey firm. The conclusions of this research can be summarized as follows: (1) Women preferred off-line coupons but men preferred on-line coupons. In addition, consumers in Seoul were more familiar and satisfied with on-line coupons than consumers in other regions. (2) Among constructs of costs, consumers perceived regrets, pressure of holding, and substitution costs highly. Differently from previous studies, consumers perceived searching costs and clipping costs to be less important than other costs. (3) Storing costs, pressure of holding, and uncomfortable feelings were higher in off-line coupons, whereas clipping costs, extra expenses, and substitution costs were higher in on-line coupons. (4) In general, most constructs of costs in using homepage and newspaper/magazine coupons were higher than those of E-mail and DM coupons. (5) Cost perception was negatively related to coupon satisfaction at coupon, except newspaper/magazine coupon which was the least satisfactory coupon, regardless of costs (6) Consumers were more satisfied with direct-distribution coupons such as E-mail and DM coupons than public-distribution coupons such as homepage and newspaper/magazine coupons.

대학생들의 외식 소비 행태 및 쿠폰과 제휴 카드에 대한 태도 조사 (A Study on University Students' Eating-out Behavior and Attitude to Coupons and Alliance Cards)

  • This study was conducted to investigate university students' eating out behavior and attitude to coupons and alliance cards in the food service industry. Self administered questionnaires were collected from 435 students. Statistical data analysis was completed using a SPSS v. 12.0 program. The results were summarized as follows: The average age was 21.24. Korean-style food was the most favorite dish when they ate out. Major sources of restaurant information were friends and acquaintances. The factors of choosing restaurants came 'taste', 'hygienic', 'price' and 'service' in that order. Comparing coupons with alliance cards, they used coupons less frequently than alliance cards. The behavior of using coupons and alliance cards indicated that university students regarded alliance cards as more economically helpful than coupons.

인터넷쇼핑몰의 쿠폰판촉이 소비자의 구매행동에 미치는 영향 (A study on Effects of Promotion of Coupons in Internet Shopping Mall on the Purchase Behavior of Consumers)

  • 본 연구는 온라인 쇼핑몰의 쿠폰판촉이 소비자의 구매행동에 미치는 영향을 검증하였다. 분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 쿠폰 인지정도에 따라서는 F-검증을 실시한 결과 쿠폰의 인지여부에 딸 쿠폰 제공시 사용의사와 쿠폰 제공시 재사용의사에서는 유의미한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 쿠폰의 사용경험에 따른 구매행동의 차이를 전체적으로 살펴보면 쿠폰사용 경험이 있다가 없다보다 높은 평균을 보여 유의미한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 쿠폰 사용경험에 따라 구매행동에 차이가 있음을 시사하고 있다. 셋째, 구매행동과 쿠폰의 비용/편익 자각의 관계를 살펴보면 뚜렷한 정적 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 쿠폰의 비용/편의 자각이 높을수록 구매행동이 높아짐을 의미한다. 넷째, 구매행동은 쿠폰사용을 즐김과 쿠폰 사용습관과 가장 관계가 높음을 발견하였다.

Carbon Fabric/Epoxy 적층판의 인장-압축 피로거동 (Tension-Compression Fatigue Behavior of Carbon Fabric/Epoxy Laminates)

  • In this paper, the tension-compression fatigue test method and the fatigue life characteristics of carbon fabric/epoxy laminate coupon are presented. To avoid the buckling during the compression, a proper design for the test coupons is essential. The critical buckling loads for the coupons are calculated by assuming the coupons as columns under two types of fixed conditions. The first is that both ends of each coupon are perfectly clamped, the second is that both ends of each coupon are simply supported. The strain-load curves are obtained by compressing the representative coupons, on each surface of which a strain gage is attached. The buckling loads obtained from the tests are all between the two calculated critical buckling loads. All the coupons are broken by the compression during the fatigue tests. It is estimated to be the reason that the fatigue load causes delamination before the eventual failure of each coupon, and sequentially the micro-buckling in the delaminated region drives each coupon into fatigue failure during the compression. The S-N curve, the fatigue life characteristics of carbon fabric/epoxy is obtained.

쿠폰의 유효기간이 소비자의 구매 행태에 미치는 영향 : 시장에 3개 이상의 브랜드가 있는 상황 (Influence of Coupon Duration on Consumer's Behavior : Three or Wore Brands in the Market)

  • This research deals with the issues concerning how consumers change their purchase behavior if one of brands in the market prolongs its coupon duration while there are more than two brands. If they extend coupon duration of a brand, consumers increase Purchase of the brand with coupons. But they increase or reduce purchase of competing brands with coupons depending on the condition of the market. increase of purchase of the brand with prolonged coupons stems from reducing purchase of the consumer's most favorite brands with regular price and their less preferred brands with coupons. On the other hand, consumers who prefer the brand at in-between level tend to reduce purchase of competing brands with coupons under certain conditions. Therefore firms which do not have dominant market positions have strong incentive for strategic alliance in terms of coupon duration.

  • Many franchise stores are in the surrounding. These stores offer many membership services. But, small traders do not provide much customer management service. For example, non-franchised cafes provide the services through paper coupons. However, most of paper coupons are available only in one store that issued the coupon. Besides, these coupons are in stamp format. Due to the absence of customers' management service, it is hard for small traders to attract customers compared to the franchise. Therefore, in this paper, We had implemented a mobile application, and applied to new customer management service in order to increase the price competitiveness of small traders. This service issues electronic coupon through a mobile app. customers can receive a relatively large amount of discount, and a deadline of coupons are short. When customers use coupons, new coupons are issued at the same time. This structure can be powerful means to lead customers' frequent visit. Small traders can gain a lot of regular customers by using this service.

원공결함을 갖는 SM45C 인장시험편의 강도해석과 음향방출에 관한 사례연구 (Case Study on the Load-Deflection and Acoustic Emission Analysis of SM45C Coupons with a Circular Hole Defect under Tensile Loading)

  • The SM45C metallic coupons have been tested under static tensile loading with acoustic emission (AE) as the load-deflection curve mainly. In this study, we used AE to detect the yielding of material and AE techniques was applied to rapidly estimate the mechanical characteristics of a material. First, coupons without an artificial defect were tested at different cross-head speed. For all cases in this analysis, yielding point of SM45C coupons did not appear definitely compared to mild steel, whereas coupons start to generate AE counts upon yielding. So all cases are normalized to know the possibility of accelerated life test of a material. And next, coupons with different from sizes of circular hole defects were tested at the same cross-head speed of 5 mm/min. Results were classified into 3 classes and analyzed by AE amplitude & signal strength as a function of time. Summarizing the specific conclusions, we need to additional research considering plate with width-ratio in order to estimate the fracture mechanism.

모바일 쿠폰서비스의 특성이 소비자의 쿠폰이용의도에 미치는 영향과 자기해석의 조절효과에 관한 연구 (The Effects of Characteristics of Mobile Coupon Service on Consumers' Intention of Using Mobile Coupons )

  • 본 연구는 고객들이 중요하게 생각하는 모바일 쿠폰의 사용 요인을 파악하기 위해 혁신기술수용모델(TAM: Davis 1989)을 이용하였다. 기존 종이매체 쿠폰의 할인율에 따르는 쿠폰의 경제적 특성은 모바일 쿠폰도 가지고 있지만 모바일로 다운받아 저장하는 모바일 쿠폰의 보관 편리성은 기존 종이 쿠폰이 가지고 있지 않는 경제적 가치 특성이다. 또한 기존 종이쿠폰 이용시 발생하는 부끄러움, 인색함, 체면 민감성과 같은 심리적 불편함을 모바일 쿠폰이 감소시켜 줄 뿐만 아니라 심리적 가치를 높이는 역할을 하게 되므로 본 연구는 모바일 쿠폰의 경제적 가치뿐만 아니라 심리적 가치의 중요성을 제시하였다. 이와 더불어 본 연구는 소비자의 지각된 모바일 쿠폰가치가 쿠폰이용의도에 미치는 과정에서 소비자의 개인적 특성인 자기해석이 조절역할을 할 것이라 제시하였다. 이를 통해 모바일 쿠폰서비스의 특성 및 모바일 쿠폰을 통해서 얻게 되는 가치의 결합을 통해 모바일 쿠폰이용 의도를 높일 수 있는 변수들의 영향을 실증적으로 분석하였다. 분석결과 모바일쿠폰 서비스의 특성 중 즉시 연결성과 상황적 제공성이 용이성과 유용성에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 지각된 용이성과 유용성이 경제적 가치와 심리적 가치 모두 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며 이러한 가치들은 모바일 이용의도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 자기해석의 조절효과 검증결과 지각된 모바일 쿠폰가치가 모바일쿠폰 이용의도에 미치는 영향정도는 상호의존적 자기해석 이용자가 독립적 자기해석 이용자보다 더 크게 나타났다.

사용자 선호도를 반영한 FUZZY-AHP 기반 맞춤형 쿠폰 추천 모델 (Customized Coupon Recommendation Model based on Fuzzy AHP Reflecting User Preference)

  • 소셜 네트워크 서비스가 보편화되면서 사용자들은 소셜 커머스를 통해 상품을 저렴하게 구입할 수 있는 할인 쿠폰서비스를 많이 이용하고 있다. 현재 소셜 커머스에서 제공되는 쿠폰의 양은 크게 증가하고 있으나, 사용자의 선호도를 반영한 맞춤형 쿠폰 서비스는 이루어지지 않고 있다. 본 논문에서는 소셜 커머스를 위한 맞춤형 쿠폰 서비스를 제공하기 위하여 음식 쿠폰을 대상으로 사용자의 주관적 성향을 반영한 쿠폰 서비스 방법을 제안한다. 이를 위하여 음식 종류, 가격, 할인율, 구매자수 등과 같은 쿠폰을 선택하는 기준이 되는 요소를 계층화하고, 주관적 성향을 반영한 의사결정 지원 방법인 Fuzzy-AHP를 이용하여 쿠폰을 분류하고 추출하여 제공하였다. 추출된 쿠폰에 대한 사용자의 만족도를 조사한 결과, 매우 만족은 45%, 만족 33%, 보통 22%로 대체적으로 만족스러웠으며 불만족하는 실험자는 없었다.
