Firstly, this article expounds that business service industry plays an important role in adjusting industrial structure, transforming mode of economic growth, improving people's living standards, enhancing Enterprise's Kernel Competitiveness and promoting the development of service industry. Then it analyzes the development of business services in Shandong from two perspectives. The first perspective, by using methodology for statistical analysis, it will review the development scale, professional level, the number of opening units, quantity of employment, and operating revenue of business services in Shandong. On this basis, the article will summarize its development characteristics, experience and existing shortcomings. The second perspective, by using comparison analysis methodology, to compare the development of Shandong with Jiangsu, Guangdong, Zhejiang and Shanghai's and found the subjective and objective factors that restrict the development of business service industry in Shandong. In the light of restricting factors, countermeasures have been developed based on the experience at home and abroad. These countermeasures will contribute to promoting the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure, improving industrial competitiveness and speeding up the economic development rapidly and stably.

In recent years, "Korean Wave" has entered the life of college students with the carrier of popular culture such as popular music, TV plays and novels, which is unique to South Korea, and has been widely pursued by college students. The Korean wave culture inevitably exerts an important influence on their values. Based on this, on the basis of questionnaire survey, this paper takes Chinese college students as the research object. After understanding the attitude and contact status of contemporary college students towards Korean Wave culture, this paper explores the reasons for the prevalence of Korean Wave culture in China, and then specifically analyzes the influence of Korean Wave culture on Chinese college students from both positive and negative aspects. It also puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to correctly guide college students to face the Korean Wave culture from the four aspects of society, colleges, families and individuals. I hope to guide college students to rationally cope with the Korean wave culture, establish a correct outlook on life, and better integrate into the trend of The Times.

Purpose - Through multinational corporate ethics and environmental, social, and governance (ESG), various policy and strategic countermeasures for transparent management in the management and economic fields are presented. Research design, data, and methodology - A literature review is conducted to find important areas for transparent management and to summarize and present transparent management countermeasures based on simple brainstorming opinions from experts. Result - Issues facing transparent management are presented. In particular, multinational enterprises present cases involving prevention of transfer prices and tax avoidance in relation to Industry 4.0. Additionally, a plan is presented to establish a corruption-free economic system through the practice of ESG transparency, ethical management of social enterprises, and transparent management. Conclusion - According to the brainstorming opinions of experts, ESG management and ethical management should be the cornerstone of transparent management in the future. Therefore, it is necessary to institutionally supplement the imposition of digital taxes on fourth industrial companies.

In June 2016, the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism (MLIT) in Japan delivered countermeasures against long-period ground motions caused by strong earthquakes along the Nankai trough. However, the countermeasures do not cover high-rise buildings equal to or shorter than 60 m in height, which do not require earthquake response analyses in the seismic design. Hence, in the present study, earthquake response analyses for such high-rise reinforced concrete (RC) buildings were performed under artificial ground motions assumed in the OS1 and OS2 regions to determine the base shear coefficients that satisfy a given safety demand. Furthermore, the results from the earthquake response analyses were estimated by the authors' proposed method based on the equivalent linearization method, showing good agreement and inspiring suggestions for more accurate and simplified estimations.

Objectives : To discuss the types of control groups in randomized controlled trials (RCTs) of herbal medicine, and to provide suggestions for improving the design of control group in future clinical trials. Methods : We reviewed the 8 articles about clinical trial design of Chinese herbal preparation which were published from 2005 through 2008. We selected those articles from CNKI(中國知識基礎施設工程(http://www.cnki.net)). Results : It is necessary to have control group in randomized controlled trials(RCTs) of Korean herbal preparation. But there are problems in the selection of appropriate control group drug. This paper lists several problems about the choice of control drug and puts forward some proposals and countermeasures. There are problems such as ethics and manufacturing matching placebo and positive control herbal drug. Conclusion : To improve the quality of control group design, we introduce standard drug plus placebo drug method and add-on research for placebo control group design, double dummy technique, using negative control drug or composite control drug for active control group design.

Purpose - This study presents strategies to overcome the COVID-19-induced crisis in Korea's meetings, incentives, conferences, and exhibitions (MICE) industry. It aims to quantitatively identify the environmental factors affecting the industry and their degree of influence, and derive optimal countermeasures. Design/methodology - The study applied the SWOT-AHP-TOWS framework. An AHP analysis was first performed within the SWOT frame, and then a TOWS analysis was conducted using the results of the SWOT-AHP analysis. In the AHP analysis, the number of pairwise comparison questions was limited to four for each SWOT factor to increase the consistency of responses by reducing the burden on respondents. Findings - The plunge in demand (threats factor) has had an overwhelming impact on the MICE industry, more than any other environmental factor. To overcome the crisis, the ST alternative that takes advantage of dynamic pop culture to minimize the business damage caused by the plunge in demand was the top priority measure. Based on the results, this study presents suggestions for overcoming the crisis in the MICE industry. First, the industry should develop profitable business models to supplement scarce financial resources by exploiting Korea's success with quarantine management. Second, the government must provide emergency relief funds or bailout support to protect MICE facilities and employees. Originality/value - Unlike previous work on the MICE industry, this study utilized the SWOT-AHPTOWS framework to derive quick research results in an abnormal situation. This approach can be expanded to other countries with different industrial environments and situations. Additionally, when applying this method to MICE sub-sectors, countermeasures should be tailored to each field.

The paper analyzes GMO legal system and the problems of its management in China and their suggestions to Korea. GMO has been arising as a principal alternative of grain while grain prices continue to climb. Although there has been concerns about GMO imported from China, it is true that we have not studied on China's legal system and the problems of its management in China. The paper believes that when Chinese government does not manage GMO primarily, we have a high possibility that China's GMO food will access to Korean market at any time, and threaten our health and safety. Hence, it is highly time to analyze how legally China treats GMO and what the problems of its management are. The paper found out problems of China's GMO management in three ways. Firstly, GMO legal system of China is confused and it has limitation of effectiveness. China has no regulations like "a law" to regulate GMO and regulations which exists now are not easy to apply in substance. Secondly, China has no administrative strictness to manage GMO. For example, the regulation which ministry of agriculture in China promulgated in March of 2002 started to use partially since 2003, 7. Thirdly, China, as a nation that administration superiors to, market does not do its roll to control GMO. It relates to the low concerns and care of Chines people about GMO. The paper shows suggestions and countermeasures according to problems of China's GMO management.

Environmental pollution is becoming more and more serious, and people gradually realize the harmfulness of environmental pollution, so they pay more and more attention to environmental problems. Also, the conflict between environmental issues and economic growth, and the renewable energy consumption is increasing. The emergence of renewable energy in China has improved the problem of energy shortages and further protects the environment. This article studied the renewable energy resources and the status quo of development and utilization, examined China's renewable energy development countermeasures and suggestions, and conducted an empirical analysis of the effect of renewable energy on economic growth in China. The empirical research concluded that energy consumption and renewable energy consumption have a positive and significant impact on economic growth, and the driving effect of traditional energy on GDP growth is still greater than the driving effect of renewable energy on GDP growth.

Focusing on China's profound historical/cultural heritage, as well as its favorable environment for the expansion of cultural and creative industries (CCIs), this paper considers the unique attributes of Chinese museum cultural and creative products (MCCPs) from the angle of cross-border development, and summarizes the main forms and effects of cross-border innovation in relation to Chinese MCCPs. It also examines the chief problems of Chinese MCCPs' cross-border growth at three levels - the national policy system, product development, and design and marketing - to explore countermeasures and suggestions for cross-border novelties and the advancement of products.
