The number of patients is increasing and their mean age is also increasing. Proper dietary adjustments are necessary to prevent protein-calorie malnutrition or complications but it is difficult for dialysis patients to adapt to diet therapy due to stress or anorexia. Education does not consider the individual characteristics, knowledge, dietary inhabit education demands, and initial education. The purpose of this study was to identify dialysis patient's nutrition knowledge and, dietary practice and compare those with nutrition education or counseling demands for providing basic data of desirable nutrition management. The data were collected by a survey consisting of the general characteristics, disease related characteristics, nutrition education and counsel characteristics, level of nutrition knowledge, diet therapy, and nutrition education and counsel demands from the 28th March to 22th July 2017. The total number of subjects were 33 patients among dialysis patients at two tertiary medical institutions and an artificial kidney room at a private hospital in Incheon Gyeonggi. The data collected were analyzed statistically using the SPSS program 23.0, followed by further analyses using frequency analysis, one-way ANOVA, cross analysis, and correlation analysis. The results of the dialysis patients showed that younger (P<0.05), female (P<0.05), abnormal high school diploma (P<0.001) groups had high nutrition scores. In addition, dietary practice and nutrition education and counsel demands showed a positive correlation (P<0.05, P<0.01). In addition, we would like to see if adolescents can improve their satisfaction with life away from the negative emotions they are currently feeling through physical activities such as hand-help and consolation activities and check if self-esteem has mediating effects in this process. Design: Survey. Methods: The survey was conducted by the surveyor, with a total of 9,041. Results: First, it shows that the higher frequency of adolescents' physical activity leads to higher self-esteem and subjective well-being. Second, it shows that the higher the self-esteem leads to higher subjective well-being felt by adolescents. Third, the level of youth physical activity itself contributes to subjective well-being while also affecting self-esteem, and the self-esteem also affects the subjective well-being that adolescents perceive. Conclusion: It will be necessary to provide programs to enhance subjective well-being for students with poor school life adaptation and satisfaction with life, as well as continuous attention such as organization and counseling of programs in schools to enhance self-esteem. In addition, it is considered that by encouraging and guiding teenagers with low satisfaction with life and low self-esteem to physical activities such as volunteer activities and leisure activities that suit their aptitude, and the adolescents will get away from the negative emotions they are currently feeling and increase their satisfaction with adaptation to school life and life.

Psychotherapy in Korean Medicine is characterized not only by management of mental issues, but also a holistic perspective of the mind and body, which includes physical treatment. In this case report, we describe the efficacy of Korean psychotherapy for couples with physical symptoms of heartache, emotional tension and marital relationships by addressing the challenges at the Mind and Body levels. For the physical treatment of the couple, the wife was treated with a Bunshimgi-Eum and the husband was administered a Cheonwangbosimdan, combined with a psychiatric interview based on Korean Medicine. It involves listening to the couple's story, YiJungBeongi therapy, understanding and learning about vases and defense mechanisms, self-understanding and understanding of the husband through self-understanding and expansion, and husband's understanding of the wife's position, self-interpretation and acceptance. Based on counseling, the couple's personal characteristics and expansion for self-growth, the progress and results of the couple's challenges and relationship improvement in a relatively short period of time are presented. In response, we hope that the evidence based on Korean Psychotherapy supporting the counseling for couples will continue to accumulate. We would like to report and share a few opinions.

This study was a qualitative investigation into the food security and food variety among the rural elderly. For the qualitative data collection, nineteen elderly people who lived in Yangpyeong-gun were interviewed individually. Food security and variety was evaluated based on accessibility and affordability. The participants seemed to have difficulty preparing their own meals and eating with their families or others. The frequency of vegetable intake was found to be high, as vegetables were available through cultivation. However, in terms of diversity, the intake of meat and milk, which are sources of protein and calcium, was found to be significantly low. This has to do with very poor physical accessibility. A lack of nutrition education was identified as the biggest reason for not following dietary therapy despite having a pre-existing disease condition. Therefore, for the elderly in Yangpyeong-gun, it is suggested that a basic nutrition policy for food supply that can increase their actual intake is more essential than education on cooking and nutrients. Moreover, periodic nutrition education or a regular counseling system for dietary therapy through local public health centers may help improve the health of the elderly.
The purpose of study is to provide efficient initial approaches for counseling in social work practice settings. First, it attempts to identify the correlation between the Myers-Brigg's Type Indicator(MBTI), a personality index based on the theory of psychological typology, and Personality Adaptation Types(PAT) models. Second, it attempts to develop a counseling method which can be applied to the initial interview, using the paradigm of door to therapy such as "Open Door", "Target Door", and "Trap Door" based on the PAT theory. The result of the quantitative study showed the correlation between MBTI and PAT as follows: MBTI Extrovert and Feeling(E, F) type was statistically correlated to hysterical PAT. MBTI Extrovert, Intuition and Perceiving(E, N, P) type was statistically correlated to Obsessive-Compulsive PAT. In conclusion, this study finds that when a clinical social worker approaches a client with the client's MBTI personality type and an interventional personality adaptation theory approach such as "Open Door", "Target Door", or "Trap Door", the efficiency of communication is increased significantly.
