This paper is purposed to study on the Influence of Working Condition and Job Satisfaction on the change of occupation of Cosmetologist(Hair & Skin Care) to reduce cosmetologist change of occupation. The research methods are surveying with 250 persons & doing statistics analysis such as frequency, factor, regression analysis, using SPSS V.14. The results are as belows; 1. working conditions are reduced by two factors (1) welfare working condition, (2) basic working condition, and job satisfactions are reduced by one factor job satisfaction. 2. There is a relationship demographic characteristics, such as years, income/month, number of colleague in working area, working time/day, day off/month, with change of occupation. 3. There is a relationship working condition with change of occupation. 4. There is a relationship job satisfaction with change of occupation.

This thesis aimed examine the relationship between the health characteristics (musculoskeletal, respiratory, skin, digestive, nervous mental system) of cosmetologists and their demographic, health management, and working environment characteristics to help cosmetologists maintain a healthy work life while solving health problems. These research was carried out via survey and statistics analysis. A total of 279 cosmetologists living in Seoul, Kyeongkido, and Choongchungdo from 8 July to 30 August, 2014 were surveyed. Frequency, mean, factor, and regression analysis were carried out on the data with SPSS(V. 14). The results were as follows; (1) a relationship between health & the demographic characteristics of gender was found;- (2) health and the health management characteristics of interest in health problem prevention, active exterior health support, muscular exercise, interior health support, and stress management were found to be related;- (3) health and working the environment characteristics of working time per day, and work days per week were related.

본 연구는 미용사(메이크업) 국가기술자격증 응시 경험자 및 취득자 220명을 대상으로 자격증 취득을 위한 교육인식 하위요인(필요성, 효용성, 가치, 비용, 적절성)이 현장활용성 및 만족도에 미치는 영향과 각 요인간의 상관관계를 분석하였다. 메이크업자격증 실기 과정 중 활용도 높은 종목은 뷰티메이크업으로 선택하였다. 자격증 교육인식에서 필요성이 높게 나타났고 비용, 연간 시험 횟수에 대한 인식이 낮게 나타나 개선이 필요한 것을 알 수 있었다. 현장활용성에서 뷰티메이크업 활용을 높게 인식하였고 자격증 취득에 대해서 높게 만족하였으며 급여에 대해서는 낮게 인식되었다. 국가기술자격증 교육인식 하위요인 중 필요성, 비용, 적절성이 현장활용성과 만족도에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤고 그 중 적절성이 현장활용성에, 비용이 만족도에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 메이크업 자격증 분야의 세분화 및 전문화와 취득을 위한 비용 절감 및 활용성이 높은 이론 및 테크닉 개선을 위한 노력이 필요하다.

This thesis aimed to determine the effecting factors(eating pattern, working condition, stress, health care) that help maintain the health of the cosmetologists' digestive system and the diseases involved (acid reflux, indigestion, gastritis, constipation & diarrhea). The research methods included survey and statistical analysis. The survey was conducted on 242 cosmetologists from August 30 to October 30 2014. The data analysis included frequency, cross table, ${\chi}^2$-test, and regression with SPSS(V. 14). The results were as follows ; (1) The cosmetologists' health of digestive system and eating pattern are related. Regular and enough meal times cause less digestive disease. Acid reflux, indigestion, gastritis, constipation and diarrhea are differently related with the type of usual eating pattern, especially, instant food is not good for digestive health. (2) The cosmetologists' health of digestive system and working condition are related. Longer daily working hours and exposure time to chemical odors are more likely to be associated with digestive diseases; whereas, longer time of standing and talking with colleagues are less likely to be associated with digestive diseases. (3) The cosmetologists' health of digestive system and stress are related. Headache, boredom, conflict of pay and compensation, and insomnia are not good for digestive health. (4) The cosmetologists' health of digestive system and health care are related. Periodical medical examination and usual body stretching are correlated with digestive diseases; whereas, people who do regular exercise and bowel movement are less likely to have digestive diseases.
