Sharp has developed industry's largest high-definition LC TV, Aquos LC-45GDI. In this paper, we discuss its 10-bit signal processing as one important enabler of its excellent picture quality. Utilizing 10 bits signal processing, in combination with full-spec High-Definition panel and "Intelligent Environment Illumination Sensor", we have succeeded to realize a beautiful gigantic LC TV.

This research aims to find the legal classification of non-profit corporation, to check the pattern of non-profit corporation, to examine thoroughly the present condition of non-profit corporation, and to make a good solution of the problems of non-profit corporation. The findings of this study about the present condition of non-profit corporation are as follows. First, there is an unclear understanding of non-profit corporation and an public fund, Second, a board of directors and a founder control an aim of non-profit corporation freely, Third, there is an unclear management of activity and accounts of non-profit corporation, forth, there is an vague mission of foundation, fifth, some of non-profit corporation supported social welfare project for marketing strategy. and the last non-profit corporation made an competition unnecessarily. On the basis of study result, the researcher make some suggestion for an revitalizing of non-profit corporation. First, it is very important of making a clear mission to manage the non-profit corporation. Second, there is an autonomy and neutrality of non-profit corporation. Third, we make an irrational law better, forth, we make a settled the donation culture. and the last it is necessary of make an foundation for international society.

We developed the laser annealing system using green laser of 261W(5kHz) and 75.5mJ/pulse(2kHz). We confirmed that this system makes it possible to form two kinds(large or uniformed grain) of poly-Si by changing its polarized directions. By using ${\mu}-crystal-Si$ as irradiated films, grain size uniformity is better than that using a-Si.

We have developed the technique of fabricating triode structure with simple stacking method using a polymer insulator that is suitable for large panel and the activation method after the fabrication. By the techniques, a test panel was manufactured and proves good emission property and uniformity.

High efficacy white OLEDs with low voltage, high quantum efficiency and outcoupling fixtures achieve total power efficacies of 89 lm/W to 102 lm/W, operating voltages between 2.8 V and 3.5 V at correlated color temperatures of 2,800 - 3,900 K and color rendering ~70, at 1,000 nits.
