외식기업의 사회적 책임활동이 기업이미지, 장기지향성, 긍정적 구전에 미치는 영향 (The Influence of Food-Service's Social Responsibility Activities to Corporate Image, Long-Term Orientation, Positive Word of Mouth)

  • 외식기업의 사회적 책임활동은 기업의 경쟁력을 높여주고 지속적인 기업의 이미지를 향상시켜 소비자의 긍정적 구전으로 인하여 미래를 대비하는 마케팅의 일환으로 활용되고 있으며, 외식기업은 이를 간과해서는 생존의 위협을 받고 경쟁력을 잃을 것이다. 2014년 6월1일부터 6월30일까지 한달간 대구지역의 현대그린푸드, 신세계푸드, CJ푸드빌의 외식기업을 방문하여 이용고객들에게 연구의 목적과 타당성을 설명한 후 배부하여 자기기입법으로 응답한 설문지를 회수하였다 설문 조사결과 배포한 540부 중 532부가 회수되었고, 이중 설문응답이 불성실한 22부를 제외한 510부를 연구의 실증분석 자료로 활용하였다. 제시한 연구가설에 대한 분석을 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 사회적 책임활동(경제적 책임, 자선적 책임, 환경적 책임)이 기업이미지에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 사회적 책임활동(경제적 책임, 자선적 책임, 환경적 책임)이 장기지향성에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 사회적 책임활동(경제적 책임, 자선적 책임, 환경적 책임)이 긍정적 구전에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 외식기업의 사회적 책임활동은 사회적 책임과 의무를 다하는 경영활동으로, 소비자의 특성을 반영한 사회적 책임활동으로 마케팅 수단에 활용할 수 있음을 확인할 수 있었다.

융복합 시대에서 지속가능경영활동이 혁신성에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Effects of Corporate Sustainable Management Activities on Innovation in Convergence era)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 융복합 시대에서 지속가능경영활동(사회적 활동, 경제적 활동, 환경적 활동)과 혁신성(관리혁신, 기술혁신)간의 관계를 규명하는 것이다. 이를 위해 다양한 영역에서 시행된 선행연구들을 바탕으로 지속가능 경영활동과 혁신성간의 관계에 대한 모형을 구성하고 기업에 근무하는 종업원들을 대상으로 설문 조사를 실시하였다. 연구모형의 검정은 기술적 분석, 신뢰성 분석, 요인분석, 상관관계분석, 다중회귀분석 등의 통계적 기법을 활용하여 실시되었다. 다중회귀분석 결과, 지속가능경영활동의 세 가지 측면 모두 혁신성에 통계적으로 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 즉, 지속가능경영활동의 각 활동들이 적절하게 수행된다면 혁신성을 창출할 수 있다는 것을 알 수 있다. 또한, 실행적인 측면에서 기업의 혁신성을 증대시키기 위해서는 기업 구성원들이 지속가능경영활동을 잘 이해할 수 있는 교육이나 실행전략이 필요할 것이다. 따라서 기업은 지속가능경영활동과 혁신성의 적절한 조화를 이루어 수행해 나감에 따라 지속가능한 기업이 될 것으로 기대된다.

Global organization have been suggested Business ethics to solve Capitalism Problem. Nowadays, Global Excellence Enterprise who already use Business ethics, who well know Business ethics are powerful Competitive factor for Enterprise to survive. It is necessary to apply Business ethics which is Appraisal Model for Business ethics. In this paper, we suggest Appraisal Model for Business Ethics Evaluation and apply to real fields.

그린활동이 기업 성과에 미치는 영향 (The impact of green practices on firm's performance)

  • The purpose of this paper is to evaluate the impact of green practice on firm's performances. It focuses on the performance of the firm that already accredited as an excellent green practice firm by the Corporate Governance Service. The regression analysis method was chosen to measure firm performance. This paper also investigate how the performance of green practice are related to some factors such as levels of accredition, R&D cost, and R&D capitalization. This result will give an insight of constructive directions for increasing of firm performance.

  • In this study, a methodology is investigated for the development of social responsibility program employed by major domestic companies under social pressure. It is true, however, that its infancy in history and lack of experience makes it difficult to run novel programs for the companies on their own and it naturally leads to copying and/or slight modification of what others do. Utilizing widely accepted SWOT analysis, stakeholders analysis and PDCA Cycle, a methodology for the successful programs with sustainability is proposed by reflecting business nature and strategic direction. Three real cases are analyzed. In addition, relationship and position with social welfare organizations is elucidated.

  • Reduction of $CO_2$ emission is one of major issues in the whole industries, especially transport system. Railroad companies in the advanced countries such as EU, Japan, etc. have made great efforts on the improvement of their systems including energy sources, operational efficiency and PR of achievement resulted. Recently, to emphasize the environment-friendly characteristics of the railroad as public transport, the importance of PR is emerging. The achievements were listed in annual, sustainability and corporate responsibility reports. And the superiority of railroad in $CO_2$ emission can be confirmed in web sites and simple advertizing materials. In this study, we proposed the PR programs of achievement and ongoing works in Korean railroad through the case studies on web-based and off-line programs of railroad companies in EU and Japan.

The Effect of Organizational Culture on Innovation Activities and Organizational Effectiveness

  • The purpose of this study is to empirically analyze the mediating effect of innovation activities on the effect of organizational culture perceived by organizational members on organizational effectiveness. The main results are as follows. First, Hypothesis 1, organizational culture, was adopted as it showed a positive influence on innovation activities. Second, since organizational culture showed statistically significant effect on organizational effectiveness, Hypothesis 2 was adopted. Third, the innovation activity, which is hypothesis 3, was analyzed to have a positive influence on organizational effectiveness. Therefore, hypothesis 3 was accepted. Fourth, the innovation activity, hypothesis 4, showed a mediating effect between organizational culture and organizational effectiveness. As shown in the results of this study, it is indicated that organizations should improve organizational effectiveness for growth and development through the advancement of the sustainability management system in the rapidly changing business environment. To this end, it was necessary to systematically build and activate an organizational culture and innovation activities suitable for the characteristics of the organization. In other words, organizational effectiveness can be improved when constructing and implementing advanced innovation activities based on measures to revitalize organizational culture according to changes in the business environment.

The effect of Adversity Index Perceived by Organizational Members on Entrepreneurial Orientation and Organizational Learning Competency

  • We study confirmed the relationship between the adversity index, entrepreneurial orientation, and organizational learning competency perceived by organizational members as follows. First, the adversity index showed a positive (+) effect on entrepreneurial orientation (hypothesis 1) and organizational learning competency (hypothesis 2). Second, the entrepreneurial orientation was statistically significant in organizational learning competency (hypothesis 3). Third, the partial mediating role of entrepreneurial orientation (Hypothesis 4) was confirmed in the process of the adversity index affecting organizational learning competency. Meanwhile, the main implications of this study are as follows. First, it is the aspect that provides additional theoretical implications in the reality that studies on the adversity index and entrepreneurial orientation that affect organizational learning competency are lacking. Second, it is the aspect that the importance of adversity index and start-up orientation was confirmed in improving organizational learning competency based on securing differentiated competitiveness for the advancement of the organization's sustainability management system. In addition, it is the aspect of drawing practical implications for strategic human resource management and human resource development to systematically improve it.

The Effect of manager's Communication Type on Organizational Culture and Innovative Behavior

  • This study confirmed the effect of manager's communication type perceived by organizational members on innovative behavior and the mediating effect of organizational culture. In other words, the manager's communication type was statistically positive for organizational members' innovation behavior (Hypothesis 1) and organizational culture (Hypothesis 2). Organizational culture improved innovative behavior of organizational members (Hypothesis 3). In addition, organizational culture played a mediating role between the manager's communication type and organizational members' innovative behavior (Hypothesis 4). In other words, the importance of improving the innovative behavior of organizational members, which is a key factor for advancing organizational sustainability management, was confirmed. It was confirmed that the manager's communication type and organizational culture act as a key factor for the advancement of innovative behavior. Therefore, executives and managers confirmed the importance of systematic managers' communication-type competency development and organizational culture revitalization plans and the necessity of implementing them in order to improve innovative behavior.
