This paper aims to analyze the status and prospects of chinese e-commerce, review previous literature, and provide future direction for cooperation with far east asian area This study deals with the reform, the open and entering WTO of China economy to suddenly change domestic IT industry, legal regulation of Chinese e-commerce market and cooperation with far east asian area. Especially, Chinese e-commerce market is much developed in recently, but relative legal system is unsatisfactory. Therefore this paper research firstly the present conditions and characteristics of Chinese e-commerce market, secondly Chinese e-commerce policy and legal regulation tendency, thirdly the e-commerce activity between Korea and China, and cooperation with far east asian area.

Purpose: This study aims to understand the potential of destinations, accessibility and accommodation services of Vietnam and India for the purpose of cooperation in tourism development. Research design, data and methodology: The data was mainly based on Tourism statistics at a glance of India Vietnam National Administration of Tourism, and Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Vietnam between the two countries. The qualitative research was supported by a case study methodology. Documentary sources were used as collection instruments, which allowed the characterisation of Vietnam - India as well as interviews applied within a focus group, supported by a semi-structured script. Result: The results of the study indicate that Vietnam - India understand the importance of cooperation to obtain synergies that ensure the development of tourism; Government of two countries recognize and identify a set of benefits associated with cooperation and have a collective awareness of some of the difficulties associated with it, but which do not necessarily prevent their willingness to cooperate. Conclusion: The strength of tourism development between the two countries is great, in which the relationship between "attractive force - propulsive force" is not commensurate with the tourism potential of Vietnam - India.

전 세계적으로 한 국가의 가치사슬이 서로 협력 하에 이루어지고 이에 따라 특히 R&D 분야에서의 국제기술협력은 하나의 기업혁신 전략으로 정착되어가고 있다. 여기에 반해 우리나라의 국제기술협력 연구에 관한 노력은 매우 미흡하다고 할 수 있다. 유럽은 산업기술진보가 가까운 장래에 고용을 창출한다면 과학기술연구는 먼 장래의 고용을 창출한다는 관점에서, 현재의 과학기술연구 추세가 미래 유럽의 고용창출에 부정적 영향을 미칠 것이라는 인식 아래 2020 발전전략을 발표하고 이 발전전략에 토대를 두고 EU회원국들은 기술협력 정책을 모색하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 EU의 2020전략에 토대를 두고 우리 정부가 EU권과의 국제기술협력 분야에서의 정책적 방안을 찾는데 연구의 목적을 두었다. 논문 연구의 결과로는 현재 우리정부가 추진하고 있는 EU FP정책에서 EU 2020발전전략에 토대를 두고 EU 8차 정책과 연관지어서 정책적 합의점을 도출하는 것으로 파악 되었다.

본 논문에서는 네트워크 분석방법을 활용하여 대학 중심의 산학협력 네트워크의 구조적 특성을 분석하였다. 최근 기술협력 및 공동연구가 성과창출에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것이 증명됨에 따라, 혁신성과 창출을 위하여 주요 참여주체(대학 및 공공 등)를 중심으로 다양한 형태의 협력활동 추진과 정부의 정책적 지원이 활발하게 진행되고 있다. 하지만 이러한 노력에도 불구하고 성장동력 창출은 다소 미흡한 상황이기에 대학중심의 산학협력 활동강화를 위한 혁신 네트워크 구축 방안 마련이 필요한 시점이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 산학협력 유형(특허, 논문, 공동연구, 기술이전)에 따른 네트워크를 구축하고, QAP상관분석 및 QAP회귀분석을 실시하여 서로 다른 유형의 산학협력 네트워크간 관련성 및 연관성을 통계적 관점에서 분석하였다. 분석결과 공동연구 네트워크는 논문 네트워크와 밀접한 관련이 있으며, 다른 산학협력 네트워크와도 관련성을 가지고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 대학의 새로운 성장동력 창출에 필요한 산학협력 전략수립 및 협력 파트너 발굴 등과 같은 혁신활동을 지원할 수 있을 것이라 기대한다.

Purpose - The objective of the paper is to explain the economy and trade development between South Korea and Shandong, strengthening logistics Industry cooperation of both sides increasingly important. Research design, data, methodology - The study conducted a survey on Shandong is the earliest economy and trade exchanges with South Korea in China. Shandong and South Korea share the similar geopolitical, the same culture and long exchange history etc. Results - This study explores current situation and existing problems the logistics cooperation between Korea and Shandong, and recommendations so as to further trade between two sides. Conclusions - Logistics cooperation of China and South Korea is an important part of the international logistics cooperation in Northeast Asian Economic Circle, and the logistics cooperation between Shandong and South Korea occupies an important position in logistics cooperation of China and South Korea.

With a dramatically increased demand from technology and software industries for higher competence, university-industry cooperation is becoming an increasingly important subject. This cooperation has previously been shown to be for advantage of the industries as well as a suitable tactics to in early stage recruit students. This paper has investigated the relationship and cooperation between universities and industries trough exploratory research (case studies) and comprehensive interviews with relevant contacts at different IT (Information Technology) companies and Universities in Kazakhstan. From the information collected from these interviews, we'll examine and conclude what makes this cooperation beneficial for both parties as well as the issues that arose. Based on these interview results, recommendation for industries as well as universities to improve their cooperation will be presented. Concerning these recommendations of investigated practices and case studies, this document identifies a range of actions to enhance the relationship between universities and industries as well as identify a number of examples of good practice which universities and industries may wish to consider in their cooperation planning.

This research attempts to provide an in-depth analysis of the public perceptions of inter-Korean economic cooperation. KDI survey data with a sample size of 1,000 were subjected to empirical analyses. By means of ordered logit estimations, we derive the following results. First, there is a significant effect of age on economic cooperation perceptions, where younger generations tend to be more negative. Second, the group who has positive view on the economic cooperation tends to prefer large-scale, domestic-entity-funded cooperation projects, whereas the group who has negative view tends to prefer small-scale projects and projects funded by international organizations. According to these results, prioritizing trade with the involvement of international organizations is likely to be an effective measure to alleviate potential political constraints and to achieve sustainable long-run economic cooperation systems when pursuing the economic cooperation.

Fifteen years have passed since the enactment of the Industrial Technology Innovation Promotion Act, which promoted industry cooperation activities for universities. Therefore, the study analyzes the relationship between the university's industrial cooperation activities and the college graduates' starting salaries and provides policy suggestions on improving the direction of university-industry cooperation. The study used nine-year panel data from Graduates Occupational Mobility Survey (GOMS) to conduct an empirical analysis and found that starting salaries of college graduates were not significantly higher if the university only participated in basic industry cooperation activities. On the other hand, when the quality of university-industry cooperation activities was higher, such as job search support, the starting salary of college graduates was higher. The findings suggest that university-industry cooperation activities must focus on qualitative performances rather than quantitative approaches.

There were many attempts to increase the level of environmental cooperation in Northeast Asia. However, intergovernmental cooperation has not brought a substantial effects so far. This article aims to provide a model for multilateral joint research of environmental technologies. Each field of environmental problem requires a Consortium of joint research team and R & D mechanism. This model emphasizes joint-funding, tax-break for environmental investment and the importance of multilateral contract.

This research emphasizes the necessity of the understanding and cooperation among focal governments to preserve the water quality of the Nak-dong river that runs through four local governments. First, this research considers the status of water-pollution in the Nakdong river, describes and finds problems within the central government's. "Clean Water Supply Plan" and local governments' water quality-related policies. Second, it deals with the conflict among local governments concerning the planning and building of "Wicheon Industrial Complex" in the middle-upstream of the Nakdong river which has triggered the opposition movement of the local governments and residents of the river's downstream area. With stressing the necessity of the understanding and cooperation among local governments, this research emphasizes roles of central government, of academic experts, and of local news-media in preserving the water quality. Key words : the Nakdong river, water quality policy, the conflict among local governments, the activation of local autonomy, Wicheon Industrial Complex, the cooperation among local governments.
