• we investigate the n-fold convolution of the uniform distributions. First, we are concerned with the explicit distribution function of the partial sum ${\zeta}_n$ when the random variables are independent and has identically uniform distribution, next, we determine the n-fold convolution distribution of ${\zeta}_n$ when the identically distributed condition is not satisfied.

 • The main purpose and motivation of this work is to investigate and provide some new results for coefficients derived from eta quotients related to 3. The result of this paper involve some restricted divisor numbers and their convolution sums. Also, our results give relation between the coefficients derived from infinite product, infinite sum and the convolution sum of restricted divisor functions.

 • Let ${\sigma}_s(N)$ denote the sum of the sth powers of the positive divisors of a positive integer N and let $\tilde{\sigma}_s(N)={\sum}_{d|N}(-1)^{d-1}d^s$ with $d$, N, and s positive integers. Hahn [12] proved that $$16\sum_{k. In this paper, we give a generalization of Hahn's result. Furthermore, we find the formula ${\sum}_{k=1}^{N-1}\tilde{\sigma}_1(2^{n-m}k)\tilde{\sigma}_3(2^nN-2^nk)$ for $m(0{\leq}m{\leq}n)$.

 • The distribution of the sum of n independent random variables having exponential distributions with different parameters ${\beta}_i$ ($i=1,2,{\ldots},n$) is given in [2], [3], [4] and [6]. In [1], by using Laplace transform, Jasiulewicz and Kordecki generalized the results obtained by Sen and Balakrishnan in [6] and established a formula for the distribution of this sum without conditions on the parameters ${\beta}_i$. The aim of this note is to present a method to find the distribution of the sum of n independent exponentially distributed random variables with different parameters. Our method can also be used to handle the case when all ${\beta}_i$ are the same.

 • Let $$S^{\pm}_{(n,k)}\;:=\{(a,b,x,y){\in}\mathbb{N}^4:ax+by=n,x{\equiv}{\pm}y\;(mod\;k)\}$$. From the formula $\sum_{(a,b,x,y){\in}S^{\pm}_{(n,k)}}\;ab=4\sum_{^{m{\in}\mathbb{N}}_{m<n/k}}\;{\sigma}_1(m){\sigma}_1(n-km)+\frac{1}{6}{\sigma}_3(n)-\frac{1}{6}{\sigma}_1(n)-{\sigma}_3(\frac{n}{k})+n{\sigma}_1(\frac{n}{k})$, we find the Diophantine solutions for modulo $2^{m^{\prime}}$ and $3^{m^{\prime}}$, where $m^{\prime}{\in}\mathbb{N}$.

 • Let ${\sigma}_s(N)$ denote the sum of the s-th power of the positive divisors of N and ${\sigma}_{s,r}(N;m)={\sum_{d{\mid}N\\d{\equiv}r\;mod\;m}}\;d^s$ with $N,m,r,s,d{\in}\mathbb{Z}$, $d,s$ > 0 and $r{\geq}0$. In a celebrated paper [33], Ramanuja proved $\sum_{k=1}^{N-1}{\sigma}_1(k){\sigma}_1(N-k)=\frac{5}{12}{\sigma}_3(N)+\frac{1}{12}{\sigma}_1(N)-\frac{6}{12}N{\sigma}_1(N)$ using elementary arguments. The coefficients' relation in this identity ($\frac{5}{12}+\frac{1}{12}-\frac{6}{12}=0$) motivated us to write this article. In this article, we found the convolution sums $\sum_{k<N/m}{\sigma}_{1,i}(dk;2){\sigma}_{1,j}(N-mk;2)$ for odd and even divisor functions with $i,j=0,1$, $m=1,2,4$, and $d{\mid}m$. If N is an odd positive integer, $i,j=0,1$, $m=1,2,4$, $s=0,1,2$, and $d{\mid}m{\mid}2^s$, then there exist $u,a,b,c{\in}\mathbb{Z}$ satisfying $\sum_{k& lt;2^sN/m}{\sigma}_{1,i}(dk;2){\sigma}_{1,j}(2^sN-mk;2)=\frac{1}{u}[a{\sigma}_3(N)+bN{\sigma}_1(N)+c{\sigma}_1(N)]$ with $a+b+c=0$ and ($u,a,b,c$) = 1(Theorem 1.1). We also give an elementary problem (O) and solve special cases of them in (O) (Corollary 3.27).

 • In this paper, we consider several convolution sums, namely, $\mathcal{A}_i(m,n;N)$ ($i=1,2,3,4$), $\mathcal{B}_j(m,n;N)$ ($j=1,2,3$), and $\mathcal{C}_k(m,n;N)$ ($k=1,2,3,{\cdots},12$), and establish certain identities involving their finite products. Then we extend these types of product convolution identities to products involving Faulhaber sums. As an application, an identity involving the Weierstrass ${\wp}$-function, its derivative and certain linear combination of Eisenstein series is established.

 • Using the theory of combinatoric convolution sums, we establish some arithmetic identities involving Liouville functions and restricted divisor functions. We also prove some relations involving restricted divisor functions and Stirling numbers of the first kind for divisor functions.

 • It is known that certain convolution sums can be expressed as a combination of divisor functions and Bernoulli formula. In this article, we consider relationship between fifth-order combinatoric convolution sums of divisor functions and Bernoulli polynomials. As applications of these identities, we give a concrete interpretation in terms of the procedural modeling method.
