In this paper, we analyzed about type of related convergence industry in considering of local area specialization industry, and in center of education contents, reviewed about convergency eduction distinction direction in each university. Also in center of domestic convergency industry policy, it analyzed status of recruitment demand in each convergency area. In addition, we were examined major curriculum of the convergency field.

Although there is an analytical proof of modeling capability of the neural network, the convergency error in nonlinearity modeling is inevitable, since the steepest descent based practical larning algorithms do not guarantee the convergency of modeling error. Therefore, it is difficult to apply the neural network to control system in critical environments under an on-line learning scheme. Although the convergency of modeling error of a neural network is not guatranteed in the practical learning algorithms, the convergency, or boundedness of tracking error of the control system can be achieved if a proper feedback control law is combined with the neural network model to solve the problem of modeling error. In this paper, the neural network is introduced for compensating a system uncertainty to control a nonlinear dynamic system. And for suppressing inevitable modeling error of the neural network, an iterative neural network learning control algorithm is proposed as a virtual on-line realization of the Adaptive Variable Structure Controller. The efficiency of the proposed control scheme is verified from computer simulation on dynamics control of a 2 link robot manipulator.

In Korea SMB's have concentrated on IT convergecy, but have no power to push the detailed policy on IT convergency. So it's necessary to consider the polocies and plans for it. It is most important to add a conventional ideas to the improvement of technical products or enlarge the markets. To develop the SMB's IT convergency, the first, a plan for consilidating R&D capacity of SMB. The second, To prepare the protection solutions of convergency performance and promote the utilization review. The third, to enlarge the SMB's convergency infra-structures.

In this paper, we analysed the absolute and conditional convergency hypothesis and the determinants of productivity in manufacturing industries from 2000 to 2009 with 16 provinces and metro-cities by using panel analysis. In terms of convergency hypothesis test, the results show that both of the convergency hypothesis, the absolute vs. conditional hypothesis, reject the null hypothesis(H0) implying the labor productivity of the 16 province and metro-cities converged to the steady state equilibrium. Also, the speed of the absolute and conditional convergency for the 16 province and metro-cities are average 4.4% and 0.73% respectively. In addition, the results of the determinants of the labor productivity in manufacturing industry show that human capital and manufacturing location coefficient affect to the value- added per capita significantly, but government expenditure per capita doesn't affect to the value- added per capita. As for the total factor productivity, government expenditure per capita and fixed capital per capita are important factors, but research and development doesn't. Hence the government has to revise the balanced regional development policy to develop regional manufacturing industries for the vulnerable regions. Also, it requires more study regarding income disparities and productivity.

In the general manual feeder of an LED lighting assembly system, many workers are needed to supply parts to the main conveyor. The automatic feeder for modern automation lighting assembly systems consists of a completely automated feeding system and a magazine system that supplies the parts automatically. A standardized LED panel and diffusion cover is stacked in the cartridge of the magazine system. The structural safety of the automatic feeding system with regard to handling the load from the panels and covers stored in the cartridge should be guaranteed. LED convergency lighting modules are assembled using two LED panels and one diffusion cover in an automatic feeder. In this study, the structural safety and fatigue life of the automatic feeder and magazine were analyzed by considering the load generated in the automatically assembled LED convergency lighting system. In addition, the dynamic behavior of each auto-feeding system and magazine delivery system was visualized, and the working process was evaluated via dynamic simulation using a virtual engineering method. A tack time table for automatic feeding systems was derived by developing a virtual prototype.

The melt of highly purified Zn was poured by top pouring process into the open green sand mold, that was made by using the 3-plane L-sections pattern. After skin was formed, the unsolified melt was poured out by rolling-over. The thicknesses of skin for each different of castings were investigated with one dimension. The results obtained and could be summerzed as follows: 1) While the 3-plant L-sections castings were solidifying in the mold, solidification blocks of different section modulus in the castings were formed, i.e. 1-dimension divergency block, 2-dimension heat divergency block, 3-dimension heat divergency block, 2-dimension heat convergency block, and 3-dimension heat convergency block. 2) When the chill plate was set up to the mold in order to change section modulus artificially, heat divergency blocks and heat convergency blocks according to the shape of chill plate were revealed.

In this paper, a study of the effenctiveness and convergency of five damage measures for structural damage detection of 2-dimensional truss structure using the extended Kalman filtering algorithm is presented. These damage measures are associated with the change in mode shape and displacement due to structural damage. Damage measures contain the change in natural frequency, mode shape, curvature of mode shape, displacement of static force and curvature of displacement of static force. The effectiveness and convergency of these damage measures by using extended Kalman filtering algorithm are demonstrated with the numerical examples.

기계학습 기반의 자연어처리 모듈에서 중요한 단계 중 하나는 모듈의 입력으로 단어를 표현하는 것이다. 벡터의 사이즈가 크고, 단어 간의 유사성의 개념이 존재하지 않는 One-hot 형태와 대조적으로 유사성을 표현하기 위해서 단어를 벡터로 표현하는 단어 표현 (word representation/embedding) 생성 작업은 자연어 처리 작업의 기계학습 모델의 성능을 개선하고, 몇몇 자연어 처리 분야의 모델에서 성능 향상을 보여 주어 많은 관심을 받고 있다. 본 논문에서는 Word2Vec, CCA, 그리고 GloVe를 사용하여 106,552개의 PubMed의 바이오메디컬 논문의 요약으로 구축된 말뭉치 카테고리의 각 단어 표현 모델의 카테고리 분류 능력을 확인한다. 세부적으로 나눈 카테고리에는 질병의 이름, 질병 증상, 그리고 난소암 마커가 있다. 분류 능력을 확인하기 위해 t-SNE를 이용하여 2차원으로 단어 표현 결과를 맵핑하여 가시화 한다.

The historical consumption of oil dispersant was recorded during the protection plans after huge oil spill occurred in the Gulf of Mexico in 2010. As a well-known oil dispersant, Corexit 9500 was used and continuously blamed for the negative effects on environmental ecology. Nevertheless, US EPA still recognizes Corexit 9500 as a future oil dispersant that might be possibly sprayed again to oil slick. In order to develop alternative oil dispersants, it is important to impel the convergency works mainly from microbiologist, ecologist, environmentalist, chemist, and chemical engineer. In this paper, the major components of Corexit 9500 were introduced by chemical structures and physical properties. Presented were also the biodegradable process of dispersed oils and the possible candidates of biosurfactants.
