With rapid convergence of information technology and expending role of software, many organizations have taken interested in We explore the relationship between the level of change awareness and deployment of software process improvement (SPI) approaches using a competing values framework. To measure awareness level of organization's change, DICE framework which provides means for predicting the outcome of change management initiatives is used. The four factors for organizaton's change: duration, integrity, commitment, and effort are evaluated and a score is calculated. In this paper, we apply the DICE(R) score as an independent variable to predict the outcome of a software process improvement. Our results indicated that the Organization have a higher chance of success have the better outcome in software process improvement.

Our country does not currently have a concrete policy for the management and preservation of the scientific dataset on the national level. The scientists and the research groups that are implementing a research project are not capable of searching or sharing the information about the dataset. In this situation where there is a major increase in the number of researches that use digitalized dataset, being able to share and reuse the scientific data amongst researchers is recognized to be very important. Therefore our country needs a new formulated policy that manages scientific data on the national level. This paper helps to find the implications of the strategic planning in our country by analyzing previous advanced case studies done by foreign countries. We selected Australia as our subject because its intensive government-driven research environment, research infrastructure and information service are very similar to Korea. To be specific, we analyzed ANDS (Australian National Data Service) and drew out the implications that could be applied to our country also. And finally we propose the basic principles that needs to be mirrored when formulating a policy on our country's scientific data.

This study aims to analyse the process of digital switchover in the UK, which is regarded as one of the most successful cases in the world, and to examine efficient plans for the future digital switchover project in Korea through the UK's case. The digital switchover in the UK shows with no doubt the significance of integrated government policies, collaboration between relevant governmental organisations, and the public service broadcaster. Along with this, active and detailed Public Relations (PR) should take place, helping the citizens realise the efficiency of the phased switchover region by region and the measures to resolve the gaps between all social brackets. To sum up, the successful digital transfer is not only achieved by governmental policy and technological preparation from broadcasters, but also by voluntary citizen participation. Government officers and broadcast executives need to realise this and should focus on communicating with citizens.

This case study quantifies the savings that can be realized through integration in National Computing & Information Agency (NCIA) of the Korea Government. It is based on the process of the NCIA development project that consolidating and integrating distributed 24 agencies. And it used the widely accepted Gartner TCO (Total Cost of Ownership) Solution and applies that methodology consistently before and after integration. Specific measurement items for examining the information system integration saving cost are developed pilot test for 2 agencies through compare TCO before integration and TCO after integration. The results of measuring on information system integration in NCIA are showed lots of economic cost reduction in TCO by integrating and consolidating each computing environment in agency. Especially in detail, NCIA realized the most savings in IT Capital Cost including development of hardware, software and recovery system. Also IT Support Cost and IT Administration Cost examined more savings than before IT integration.

After the Pokemon game became popular, the popularity of the Augmented Reality game is higher than ever. Therefore, it is an important choice to use an engine to create an augmented reality game. It explains how to create an augmented reality game using Unity engine, which is one of the most used game engines in game development. We describe a method for implementing augmented reality optimized for games by selecting a MARKERLESS method that does not require a marker among the augmented reality techniques. In this paper, we propose a technique to create MARKERLESS augmented reality game using KUDAN AR engine which supports Unity engine and unity through 'Our Hero' project.

This study focuses on the current state of Smart Grid policy in Japan and its problems while the interest in Smart Grid has been increasing since the March 2011 earthquake in East Japan. As a result of the analysis, Japan introduced the fixed price buying system of new and renewable energy in response to the power supply and demand problem caused by the 2011 earthquake in East Japan, and established a decentralized green electricity trading market in which electricity generated from new and renewable energy is traded Smart Grid-related projects were implemented as a solution to solve energy crisis and environmental problems at the same time. As a result, we achieved visible results such as suppressing peak power, reducing CO2 emissions, and securing stable supply and demand of energy using renewable energy sources. On the other hand, the improvement of current Smart Grid policy operation in Japan and the introduction of stabilization system of power system, promotion of international standards of domestic technology related to smart grid, and support for strengthening security of smart grid.

The purpose of this study is to empirically examine the unethical information sharing by information asymmetry. I will confirm the effect of ethical dilemma, unethical intention and behavior by the information asymmetry. A research method used the structural equations. The analysis showed causal relationship that ethical dilemma and unethical intention and behaviors by the information sharing. In particular, The ethical dilemma by position level showed different from the factor between dilemma and intention. As a result, the organization should manage differently ethical issue according to position level. The contribution in this study has expended an interpretation scope of broken windows theory from social science and explained a discriminative management of the ethical dilemma by position level from the practical view. A Future study should investigate an unethical behavior reduce by information security systems.

Local brand and local branding is becoming one of fast-growing areas in management. Many local governments participate in local branding project like local festival, local product brand, place marketing. The study identified the characteristics and concepts of local brand and local branding and also suggests some categories of local brand. Empirical study showed low awareness and low trustworthiness for Chungnam local product brand. But brand showed high influence on the consumer's buying intention for the agricultural product. This results suggests the implication that brand is the important for consumer's buying behavior in agriculture industry and local brand has some task for marketing communication for its awareness and trustworthiness.

Currently, suggesting directions for strengthening publicity of social services is thinking in the direction of each person's advantage from the stakeholder's perspective. The position of the service provider and the position of the user shows different opinions on the definition and evaluation of publicity of the city or province as the management entity. Therefore, this study combines opinions on publicity focusing on community service, derives consensus on the definition and evaluation of publicity, and evaluates different indicators or factors that cannot be quantified at the same time. The goal is to solve the problem of publicity by applying the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) as a possible technique. In addition, in order to achieve the research objectives according to the designed frame, an empirical study was conducted by conducting a pairwise comparison questionnaire for experts and users. Through the AHP evaluation model" developed in this study, as a result of measuring the relative satisfaction of major factors, service utilization rate (0.470), facility management (0.210), and other project implementations (0.073) appeared in order. Here, the service utilization rate was evaluated as the most important.

We analyzed whether the use of the Bluetooth salinity meter could affect the proper level of salinity in childcare centers. This study was conducted on childcare centers that wish to participate in the sodium reduction project (Bluetooth salinity meter using group, BG) and those that did not participate (Bluetooth salinity meter not using group, NG) among childcare centers registered with Center for Children's Foodservice Management in Anyang from January to December 2019. As a result of comparing the salinity and sodium contents of the soup according to whether or not a Bluetooth salinity meter was used, the salinity and sodium contents of BG was significantly lower than that of NG (p < 0.0001). Salinity and sodium contents in soups tended to decrease as the number of use of the Bluetooth salinity meter increased (p = 0.020). In conclusion, Bluetooth salinity meter can be used as a means to induce voluntary salinity control by cookers regarding sodium reduction education at childcare centers.
