A Study on the Origination of Backcountry Litter in Moaksan Provincial Park (모악산도립공원의 산쓰레기 발생특성)

  • This study investigated the types, forms, and origination of litter found along one hiking course in Moaksan Provincial Park, 'Jungin-ri Course'(entrance-ridge-valley-peak). In addition, a survey was conducted to understand hikers' litter control awareness in order to determine possible backcountry litter control measures. The following are the results of this study: 1. For the litter Sequency investigation, 199 recyclable pieces of litter were found on the mid-slope(61.6%), 89 by the entrance(27.6%), 19 in the valley(5.9%) and 16 on the peak(4.9%). A total of 323 pieces of litter were found. Paper materials were the most common, followed by plastic containers such as PET bottles and yogurt containers. Of particular interest, 288 papers and cans were found on the mid-slope(46.9%). By the entrance, more plastics and bottles were found. 2. There were 614 pieces of flammable litter collected and only 19 pieces of non-flammable. Most of the flammable litter, including snack pacts, plastic bags, processed lumber, cigarette butts, tissues, cigarette boxes, and fabric was found on the mid-slope. 3. Very little food waste was found throughout the whole site proving that the policy prohibiting hikers from cooking and eating at the designated sites has been effective. However, food waste is difficult to find because it naturally decays with time. 4. $X^2$-test was used to find different types of litter and their verified origination frequency. It was found that recyclable litter, and food waste took about 1%. In addition, recyclable litter, especially bottles, was found relatively frequently by the entrance. Flammable litter was found most often at the peak. 5. The questionnaire results showed that 48.2% of the respondents "shorten their hiking journey and purchase food outside the entrance" and 29.6% said that they "bring a packed meal from home". Only 8.2% said that they "cook something when an appropriate location is found". At the Jungin-ri course, a few hikers brought their own food to eat or cook, but most hikers purchased something to eat onsite. 6. The results of the question about having experience littering while hiking showed that 19.3% litter and 79.2% do not. Those that responded "yes" gave various reasons for littering. 63.6% claimed, "there are no designated trash containers". 15.9% said they litter subconsciously. Finally, 3.2% insist that they litter "because food naturally decomposes". 7. As a result of the overall satisfaction according to the Likert scale and the analysis with an average of 14 variables, it was found that the average "toxic litter control convenience" was 2.41 with very low satisfaction. Thus, the results indicate the importance of providing appropriate back country litter control facilities.

  • This study aims to find out the influence of satisfaction of the product and shopping mall attributes on mall reliability, repurchase intention, and recommendation intention in internet open market. For this purpose, this study surveyed 266 male and female consumers in their 20's~40's for empirical analysis who have ever purchased clothing through internet open markets. Respondents are selected using the convenience sampling through online survey in August 2011. For statistical analysis, descriptive statistics, reliability analysis, factor analysis, t-test, ANOVA, and regression analysis are carried out using SPSS for Windows 12.0. The results are as follows; First, it was identified that there were Significant differences in consumers' satisfaction on product and shopping mall attributes according to purchase price, degree of purchase, and the demographics. Second, it was identified that performance, sewing condition, the stability of the form, texture, harmony with other clothes, the response of people, fashionability, seller, origin, detailed explanation on products, interaction with shopping malls, and ease-of-use have significant influence on the reliability of open market. Third, it was identified that easiness to be active in, the stability of the food, design, suitability to T.P.O, price, origin, detailed explanation on products, product assortment, reputation of shopping malls, ease-of-use, and delivery charge policy have significant influence on the repurchase intention. Fourth, it was identified that easiness to be active in, the stability of the form, design, suitability to T.P.O, price, origin, detailed explanation on products, product assortment, reputation of shopping malls, ease-of-use, and delivery charge policy have significant influence on the intention to recommend.

  • Purpose: We consider export of Korea for Muslim population of Cairo residents in Egypt. Product instant cup noodle and yuzu tea are mainly focused on Kano model and Timko's customer satisfaction factor (CS - Coefficient) analysis and conjoint analysis. Methods: Based on the evaluation and conjoint analysis, cluster analysis was additionally applied to further exploratory research as to what kind of population the target customer has. A total of 120 people, each 60 people each, were prosecuted for Muslim women, middle middle class who had over 3,000 Korean won annual income for that study, and in Cairo in August 18. Results: The Kano analysis result Instant cup noodles act as attractive elements for packaging state, cooking method, smell and convenience, and Yuzu tea acted as an attractive element of taste, eating method, raw materials, efficacy, packaging form. Customer satisfaction factor, instant cup noodles, capacity and noodle thickness was a factor of indifference in Kano analysis, but acted as an attractive factor, the way to eat citron tea was classified as a factor of indifference. Conclusion: In the case of instant cup noodles, we first set up the taste of chicken-based soup with high appreciation as a whole, a group that likes chicken-based soup taste and oil noodles for each market segment, a taste of beef based soup And popular group that likes raw noodles Appears that diversification is necessary, and it has been found that it is necessary to develop a product type by hierarchy and marketing with different size priority from group packaging container. A Study on Awareness of Traditional Food and Dietary Life Behaviors of Married Women in Parts of Seoul and Kyongki Area (서울ㆍ경기 일부 지역에 거주하는 주부들의 전통음식에 대한 인식과 식생활 행동에 관한 연구)

  • This study was conducted to provide data on awareness and use of traditional foods, suggesting the desirable ways to succeed and develop traditional foods, and the possible direction of policies and applications for food industry. The study also aimed to figure out awareness of traditional food and dietary life behaviors of married women in order to offer or draw attention to new information for better healthy life styles. Five hundred and ten married women in parts of Seoul and Kyongki area were surveyed to figure out their awareness and use of traditional foods including some of fermented foods, such as Kimchi, Doenjang(soybean paste), and Gochujang(hot pepper paste). The results were summarized as follows. First the overall satisfaction degree with traditional foods reached as high as 74.4%. They preferred traditional foods because they are healthy(38.8%), seasonally celebrated(29.9%), and well known for a variety of fermented foods(28%). Second, Kimchi, Doenjang and Gochujang, home-made or factory manufactured in an old-fashioned way, were preferred. Third, the most frequently cooked traditional foods were Kimchi Chigae and Doenjang Chigae. The most preferred cooking methods using Gochujang were Jorim(stewing) and Bokkeum(roasting). These results showed that Kimchi, Doenjang, and Gochujang were still used in cooking by married women in parts of Seoul and kyongki area, which says those are still the traditional foods most of women think as important and essential. The producers of traditional foods have to consider the safety and improvement of taste and quality of ingredients in addition to the convenience in cooking, More researches should be conducted to enhance these aspects and to develop functional foods to satisfy various needs of consumers and to improve their health.

  • Recently, as retro restaurants began to appear nationwide, including Seoul, consumers are aware of the importance and use them according to the important factors of Servicescape and the use of SNS. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of Retro Restaurant's Servicescape and Customer Satisfaction, and the effect of SNS Trust in their relationship. Convenience sampling was used for customers with experience of using Retro Restaurant, which was recently created mainly in Seoul. The survey period lasted about one month from July 1, 2020, and the final 289 copies were used for analysis. The SPSS 21.0 statistical package program was used to verify the hypothesis. As a result of analysis, among the Servicescape factors of Hypothesis 1, attractiveness (β=.442, p<.001) and human service (β=.516, p<.001) had a significant effect on customer satisfaction. In the moderating effect of Servicescape and SNS Trust of Retro Restaurant in Hypothesis 2, attractiveness⁎SNS trust had a significant positive (+) influence. Accessibility⁎SNS trust had a significant negative (-) influence. Lastly, in the fierce food service industry environment, it aims to achieve a competitive advantage in the food service market through a differentiated servicescape such as Retro Restaurant. Through the SNS marketing strategy, the loyalty and re-visiting of customers visiting the restaurant is checked, and it is intended to be provided as useful data for establishing a customer-oriented marketing strategy.

  • The purpose of this study is to verify the effects of service quality and usage review of smartphone Maiib application(apps) on satisfaction, and reuse intention, convenience sampling method was employed and survey was conducted during the 15th of September, 2015 to the 30th on October as perceived by smartphone Maiib app users. Total of 312 responses were collected, and 295 usable data were used for statistical analysis excluding missing data. Descriptive analysis, factor analysis, and SEM were used to verify the hypothesis. The results from this study are as follows: first, reliability, empathy, usefulness of service quality significantly impact on Majib app satisfaction except informativeness and mobility; second, review assentation of the usage review characteristics significantly impact on Majib app satisfaction but review usefulness of the usage review characteristics significantly did not influence on Majib app satisfaction; third, smartphone Majib app satisfaction critically influences on reuse intention. Based on these results, current study can contribute to verify useful information is very important antecedent to construct the effective marketing strategy by smartphone app.

  • The purpose of this study is to examine festival visit motivation, satisfaction, loyalty the differences between festival local residents and visitors. Data were collected with a structures questionnaire at the Jun Nam Yeosu-city of Geobuksun of festival during 10$\sim$15 apr. 2007, 430 sample were used for statistical analysis SPSS. Data analysis method were used to Crombach's $\alpha$, reliability, kaiser measurement sample adequacy, factor analysis, t-test, regression analysis. As the results of this research, first, festival visitor's motivation were composed of five factors: a new & escape, exciting & enjoy, socialization, family togetherness, local culture understand and satisfaction were composed of three factors: event program & service, convenience facilities, enjoy, shopping & food, transportation. And second, local residents were found satisfied with the interesting & enjoy. Otherwise, Visitors were satisfied with new & escape. And third, local residents of satisfaction factor were affected interesting & enjoy, Otherwise, visitors of satisfaction factor were affected interesting & enjoy, family togetherness. And fourth, local residents of event program & service factor were affected re-visit, Otherwise, visitors of satisfaction factor were affected event program, enjoy, transportation. The final local residents of event & service factor were affected recommend intension, Otherwise, visitors of event program & service, transportation were affected recommend intension. The result of this paper may help local festival planner and marketers for festival marketing strategy.

An Assessment and Comparative Analysis of Culture and Tourism Festival Service Quality, Satisfaction and Revisit (Focusing on 2013-2014 Cheonan World Dance Festival) (문화관광축제 서비스품질과 만족 및 재방문 평가 비교분석 (2013-2014년 천안흥타령 춤 축제를 대상으로))

  • It was intended to enhance the quality of festival and contribute as image of refined local festival by making an empirical and cross-sectional analysis of effect that the overall quality of service provided in the local festival had on users' satisfaction and revisit intention by using 2013-2014 two-year data for visitors who had enjoyed "Cheonan Heungtaryeong Dance Festival", best festival designated by Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism after 2012. The results of analyzing a difference for 2 years are as follows. 1) Among social quality factors, both cultural effect and image effect showed a significant difference with p=.001 and p=.004. 2) Among process quality factors, food and souvenir showed a significant difference with p=.27. 3) Among physical quality factors, both convenience in connection with the visitors' enjoying the festival and facility arrangement didn't show difference between groups with p=.130 and .408. Finally, in the item of whether the overall service quality of festival had an effect on visitor satisfaction and whether visitor satisfaction with festival had an effect on revisit intention, each of these had p=.000. So, it was shown that there was statistically significant difference. In other words, it is proved that the enhancement of service quality lead to high satisfaction, and this arouses revisit intention and produces word of mouth effect.

Influence of the Consumer-Brand Relationship Quality on the Customer Satisfaction in the Family Restaurant (패밀리 레스토랑의 소비자-브랜드 관계의 질이 고객 만족도에 미치는 영향)

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of the consumer-brand relationship quality on the customer satisfaction in the family restaurant. The questionnaires were distributed to 320 students in the K University located in Masan, who were sampled by convenience-sampling method. The surveys were conducted from November 10 to 24, 2005. The 287 questionnaires responded, and 15 unusable questionnaires were excluded, then 272 were used for the final analysis (response rate: 85.0%). For the statistical analysis, SPSS (12.0) was used to conduct the descriptive analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, Pearson correlation and multiple regression analysis. The result of this study showed that 2 constructs (trust and intimacy) of consumer-brand relationship quality have significant positive effects on the customer satisfaction in the family restaurant (p < .001). It meant that as consumer-brand relationship quality becomes stronger, the customer satisfaction becomes greater. As a conclusion, the foodservice manager in the family restaurant should focus on the marketing strategy to strengthen the quality of consumer-brand relationship in order to increase the satisfaction of customers.
