The progressive in English is taken to be an operator which takes a non-stative predicate and returns a predicate which denotes a process with a temporal frame around some definite time or event. When, it is combined with a predicate which has a culmination in the event, the sentence means that the culmination has not come yet. So the event denoted by the base predicate is not true at the current time. On the other hand, when it is combined with a predicate which has no culmination in the event, the event denoted by the base predicate is taken to be true. In this paper, this is explained by the semantics of the progressive based on the notion of contributiveness. I propose that a progressive sentence is verified by some subevents which are contributive to the current situation and the progress of the event beyond the threshold level of the event denoted by the base predicate. A sub-situation is contributive if the addition of it to the previous situation is more likely to lead to the whole situation than the previous situation.

In this paper, I show how oyey 'except' and pakkey 'but' in Korean are semantically different from but/except in English. The exceptive oyey is attached only to a definite NP and shows no restriction on the NP that it is associated with. The referent of the NP is removed from either the restrictor, or nuclear scope, of the associated NP, also giving rise to two different inferences about the exception phrase. The inferences are based on the condition that an expression should make a non-trivial meaning contribution in a sentence. The complement of oyey is really taken to be an exception in one interpretation, but not in the other. The exceptive pakkey is assumed to be a NPI. It does not require a phrase that a pakkey-phrase is associated with. It can be attached to any type of phrases, including a NP. Attached to a full phrase, it is interpreted as a scalar item. Its core meaning contribution is to remove weaker alternatives from the scalar set locally. For a general interpretation, the other meanings are captured globally. A pakkey-phrase with a demonstrative has a conjunctive meaning, and it can be analyzed like oyey in one of the two interpretations.

Objectives : This study was to analyse the reasons for the early termination of our clinical trials that were to know the influences of Tai-chi on non-motor symptoms of Parkinson's disease. Methods : We stopped the primary study of Tai-chi to observe the changes of non-motor symptoms of Parkinson's disease. So we carried out the survey to our participants of clinical trials. We conducted the survey about the patient's characteristics of usual exercise, experience of Tai-chi, appropriate time allocation, difficulties of proceeding the program and patient's opinion for the improvement of education. And the 4 questions about the contributiveness of Tai-chi for the Parkinson's disease, usability of supplied references, difficulties and time allocation of education were using the questionaries form of 5-point scale(Likert scale). Results : The results of survey showed that the benefits of Tai-chi program for the improvement of symptoms was $3.15{\pm}0.89$ and difficulty of lecture was $3.76{\pm}1.09$. 41% of participants answered that the motions of the Tai-chi is difficult to follow and 17% of participants felt the imbalance during the motion of Tai-chi. Conclusions : Participants replied that the Tai-chi is hard for the patients of Parkinson's disease and the time for the education was too short to keep doing exercise. Thus we have plan to educate the patients of Parkinson's disease with Tai-chi program consists of easier motion by developing ourselves or searching previous studies.

특정 연구 분야에 대한 전문성을 가진 연구자를 찾기 위해서는 객관적인 전문가 판별 방법이 필요하다. 기존에는 전문가 판별을 위해 인용 그래프 기반의 판별 기법과 수식 기반의 판별 기법이 존재한다. 본 논문에서는 기존 수식 기반 판별에서 고려하지 못하였던 다양한 특성들을 반영한 효율적인 전문가 판별 기법을 제안한다. 연구자의 전문성을 판별하기 위해 품질, 생산성, 기여도, 최신성, 정확성, 지속성을 고려한 전문성 지수를 제안한다. 또한, 학술 검색 사이트만의 특성을 반영하기 위해 소셜 인용 수를 추가로 고려한다. 다양한 학술 사이트 기반의 논문 수집 및 성능 평가 결과를 제시하고 제안하는 기법의 타당성과 실현성을 입증한다.

국제 환경규제의 강화 등으로 항만의 경영수지는 지속적으로 악화되고 있으며, 이에 대비한 항만 분야의 대응이 중요시되고 있다. 국제해사기구(IMO)는 선박 및 해양 분야의 환경규제를 강화하고있는 실정이다. 발틱해를 시작으로 배출통제지역(ECA)이 설정되고 확대되고 있는 상황에서 향후 한국 연안 해역이 ECA지역으로 지정된다면 우리나라는 IMO의 규제에 따라 선박의 규제를 강화해야 한다. 이러한 상황과 맞물려 LNG연료 추진선박의 운항이 확대될 것이고, 선박의 대형화 추세를 감안한다면 LNG 벙커링 분야에 선제적으로 대응해야할 필요성이 제기된다. 그리고 LNG 벙커링의 효율성, 활용도, 항만의 환경, 지역민원 등을 고려한다면 부유식(floating type)이 적절할 것이다. 본 연구의 목적은 선행연구를 바탕으로 해상부유식 LNG 벙커링 시스템의 개념에 대해서 살펴보고 해상부유식 LNG 벙커리 시스템의 경제적 타당성을 분석을 통해 확인하는 것이다. 분석을 위해 2013년 "해상부유식 LNG 벙커링 시스템 기술개발 기획연구"에서 제안된 기본 개념 및 기초정보를 바탕으로 "연구개발부문 사업의 예비타당성조서 표준지침 연구(제1판)" 연구보고서의 내용을 참고하여 사업의 타당성 여부를 검토하였다. 분석결과 시장점유율과 R&D기여도에 따라 B/C값이 0.679~2.516인 것으로 나타났다. R&D 기여도가 10.9%일 경우 전체 시장규모에서 해상부유식 LNG 벙커링 시스템이 차지하는 시장점유율이 50% 혹은 60%이면 B/C 값이 각각 0.697 그리고 0.837로 경제성이 낮은 것으로 분석되었다. 사업의 불확실성을 감안하여 민감도 분석(sensitivity analysis)을 실시하였다. 본 분석에서는 비용을 20%까지 10% 단위로 증가하는 경우를 분석하였다. 결과 비용이 각각 10%, 20% 증가할 경우 R&D 기여도가 10.9%인 경우 경제적 타당성을 확보하지 못하는 것으로 분석되었다. 일부 시나리오에서 경제성이 미흡한 것으로 분석되어 사업의 추진과정에서 비용이 증가하지 않게 관리하고 시장점유율 및 R&D 기여도를 정상적인 시나리오 수준으로 유지하는 전략이 필요할 것으로 사료된다.

Investigated kinds and utilization frequency for traditional food and Particular food to systematize Gwangju city and Chollanamdo area traditional food culture. Awareness for traditional food had pride because taste is various, and did that must use much when was festive day. Investigation subject were feeling necessity about accession, development of traditional food, and manufacture of traditional food, succession did that must take charge in home. Characteristic of taste for Gwangju city, Chollanamdo food was deep taste. Difference between variable was significant that age, religion that have pride about traditional food, attainments in scholarship, monthly income that used time much traditional food, degree that give from traditional food to snack is age, attainments in scholarship, years of married life, religion, reason that give snack to traditional food is daughter-in-law order, kind of traditional food that give to snack is age, monthly income mouth, opinion about accession and development of traditional food is age, religion, daughter-in-law order, reason that must inherit and develop traditional food is attainments in scholarship, time that eat much traditional food is attainments in scholarship, a person, medium that learn cuisine of traditional food is age, opportunity that is been interested to traditional food is age, attainments in scholarship, years of married life. By utilization rate of food-tasting food subdivisions of the season, used much by rice-cake soup, fermented rice punch, order of cake made from glutinous rice New Year's Day, by herbs, Gimgui, Ogokbap's order January Full Moon Day on the lunar calendar. By a cake made in the shape of a flower, azalea honeyed juice mixed with fruits as a punch order to Samjitnal, by beans panbroiling, dropwort raw order Buddha's Birthday, Tano Festival uses Charyunbyeong and used Tteoksudan in Yudu and used much by young chicken soup with ginseng and other fruits, watermelon order period of midsummer heat. Used songpyon and fermented rice punch in Full-moon Harvest Day, and Junggujeol used Chrysanthemum griddle cakes made in flower Pattern, and red-bean gruel taken on the winter solstice, and Nappyeongjeolsik was utilizing Goldongban. Pyebaek food utilization ratio was high the utilization rate by chestnut, jujube, chicken, wine order. The contributiveness food utilization rate was high the utilization rate by rice cake, dried croaker, fruit, oil-and-honey pastry order. The large table food utilization rate was high the utilization rate by fermented rice punch, fruit, steamed short-ribs order.
