The international trade is basically founded on the contract of international sale of goods and backed up by the contract of international carriage of goods and the contract of insurance in the goods carried. For the efficient development of international trade, it is essential to incorporate the above three fields closely together. Economic growth has developed international trade which has accelerated the development of international carriage of goods. As a result of rapid expansion of international carriage of goods, rationalization of transport was required, which has brought about the International Multimodal Transport System(herein after referred to as 'IMT') through containerization. International multimodal transport system has affected international trade a lot, especially the field of insurance a great deal. The aim of this paper is to analyze contents of Multimodal Transport Operator's(MTO's) liability system in the UN Convention on International Multimodal Transport of Goods, 1980 and FIATA Bill of Lading(FBL) as one of current Multimodal Transport Documents. The analysis of MTO's liability system will be a good introductory concept for the further study of insurance problems for the development of IMT.

This paper presents a system called a Cash-flow based Construction Schedule Optimization system(CfSO). The existing CPM effectively handles schedule and cost management. However, funding strategy should be considered to obtain maximum profit and to progress a project favorably. One of measures is to coordinate the contract terms between owner and subcontractors (or suppliers). Contractor may decrease the interest cost attributed to project financing by adjusting the timing of cash-inflows and cash-outflows. It is an excellent method maximizing profits. This paper presents a method to estimate the amount of a cash-flow occurred periodically by integrating the terms of contract into scheduling. The proposed method is implemented as a system prototype in Microsoft Excel. This system provides a user an automated tool that identifies an optimal schedule that secures maximum profit by adjusting start and finish times of non-critical activities' free-floats without affecting on the project completion time. This system supports a project manager to establish an optimum project schedule and identifies profitable contractual conditions against to a construction owner.

The current contract awarding process regulated by laws and ordinances is analyzed and more reasonable processes are suggested. To this end, the principle of economic analysis is described with emphasis on the cost-effectiveness analysis, and the laws and ordinances regulating the process are thoroughly examined. The current contract awarding rule is based on the weighted sum of effectiveness score and cost score. This may not conform to the framework of economic analysis where effectiveness is supposed to be measured as an output and cost measured as an input. An improvement is attempted to the defense acquisition system and it is recognized that the economic analysis and policy consideration should be performed separately. Concept of statistical testing is introduced to see if the results of the cost effectiveness analyses show the significant difference between the alternatives. It is suggested that the contract awarding process can be improved by performing significance test followed by the aggregation of the two analyses. A minor improvement is also suggested on the application of current rules.

최근 우리나라 도로 관련 국가 예산 편성을 살펴보면 신규 도로 건설에 대한 투자 보다는 유지관리에 대한 투자가 늘어가고 있는 것을 알 수 있다. 이로 인해 도로시설물에 대한 유지관리의 중요성이 점차 강조되고 있고 보다 효율적인 유지관리를 위해 해외의 도로 관련 정책이나 시스템을 도입해 가고 있다. 해외의 경우 도로 유지관리의 많은 부분은 민간업체와의 장기 계약을 통해 수행되고 있고 우리나라의 경우도 1년 단위 단기 유지관리계약에서 장기 계약으로 바꾸려고 하는 실정이다. 장기 유지관리 계약 확대를 위해 가장 중요한 요구사항은 정확한 유지관리비용 예측에 기반 한 계약금액의 산정과 계약당사자들의 위험 분배를 위한 제도적 장치이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 고속도로 유지관리 장기 계약의 정착을 위해 합리적인 계약 금액의 산정 방법을 제안하고 실물옵션을 활용하여 계약당사자들의 투자 위험을 적절히 분배할 수 있는 계약 체계를 제안하고자 한다. 제안된 계약체계를 20년 20km의 고속도로 유지관리 계약에 적용 시켜본 결과 각각 약 457억 원의 계약금액 그리고 600억 원과 423억 원의 실링과 플로어 조건을 산정할 수 있었다.

본 연구는 간호사의 심리적 계약이 발언행동에 미치는 영향을 확인하여 조직의 인적자원관리와 효율적 병원 경영을 위한 기초자료를 제공하고자 하였다. 연구 참여에 동의한 간호사를 대상으로 실시한 서술적 조사연구이다. 연구결과 심리적 계약의 조직의무 이행 인식정도에서 거래적 계약과 관계적 계약 모두 낮게 나타났으며 발언행동은 지지적 발언, 건설적 발언, 저항적 발언, 부정적 발언 순으로 나타났다. 심리적 계약과 발언 행동의 하위 영역 관계를 보면 거래적 계약과 건설적 발언은 양의 상관관계가 있었으며(p<.05), 관계적 계약과 부정적 발언은 음의 상관관계가 있었다(p<.05). 따라서 의료기관은 새로운 정책, 조직 변화를 수행하고자 할 때 간호사의 역할 변화에 따른 내적 외적 보상이 이루어질 수 있는 시스템을 구축하는 것이 필요하다. 또한 간호사가 정책이나 조직변화에 적극 참여할 수 있도록 조직문화를 개선시키는 것이 필요하다.

This research consists of (1) building (or molding) the Dynamics Simulation Model on Return Policy mainly used in publications, phonographs, and computer industry; which are seen used in supply chain contract known as effective control mechanism under the varied supply chain situations, and (2) analyzing the effects that return rates and seller's contract parameters have in the outcome of the model and (3) observing how the effectiveness of Return Policy changes under such circumstances where the buyer's sales ability and the seller's risk inclination are taken into account. Thus, the main purpose of this research lies in analyzing what exactly are the effects (and or outcome) that sales ability and risk inclination have in Return Policy, and additionally by conducting comprehensive research on Supply Chain Policy Dynamics Simulation Model, we will try to prove that not only the Systems Dynamics approach is highly contributive in supply chain management but also that it will serve as a foothold in future research. As a result of the research, supply chain achievement level turned out to be high when Return Policy is enforced, and the achievement level was even higher when seller's sales ability was taken into consideration along with the Return Policy. On the other hand, the achievement level decreased when the seller had risk aversive tendencies.

This study was performed to inquire demand for indroducing certification on contract foodservice management company(CFMC) and review about the system in a related field. The methodology was practiced an in-depth interview for grasping demand on certification of CFMC and composition on an appraiser group. Content analysis was reviewed about the system in a related field. Large enterprises and small and medium-sized enterprises were positive opinion on a certification of CFMC and they suggested that education and research institution, industry, government, association will be included in appraiser group. The review about the system of a related industry was investigated by field such as similar product and service with restaurant industry, similar service with hotel and tourism industry. And similar purpose with a certification of CFMC was put in operation as PQ(pre-qualification) and selecting an adequate corporation in architecture industry. Therefore, a certification of CFMC should be tried to scientific introduction by objective verification.

블록체인의 참여가 증가하면서 생태계 유지를 위한 거버넌스가 활성화되고 있다. 거버넌스는 블록체인을 유지하고 발전시키기 위해 관리/감독이 이루어져야 한다. 하지만 블록체인의 사용량이 증가함에 따라 사람이 일일이 관리하기엔 한계가 존재한다. 또한, 이더리움부터 적용된 스마트 컨트랙트라는 새로운 거래 형태가 가능함에 따라 상태 값에 따라 결정되는 거래에 대해 검증이 필요하다. 본 연구는 거버넌스의 블록체인 생태계 유지와 발전을 위한 도구로 블록체인 스마트 컨트랙트의 상태 모니터링을 기반으로 하는 관제시스템(Blockchain Watchdog)을 제안하며, 관제시스템의 구현 및 실험을 진행하였다. 사례 연구로 Ropsten과 Ganache를 활용한 사설 네트워크에서 실험을 진행하였으며, 실시간 정보수집과 대시보드와 그래프, 차트를 활용한 시각화를 볼 수 있었다. 우리는 Blockchain Watchdog을 통해 블록체인 거버넌스의 생태계 유지와 발전에 기여할 것이라 기대한다.

본 연구는 뉴질랜드에 기반을 둔 초국적 유통업체 제스프리사와 제주도 서귀포시 농가 간 제스프리 골드키위 계약생산에 주목하고, 계약생산의 목적과 실제를 고찰하여 지역농가가 초국적 농식품 체계에 어떻게 통합되고 있는지를 밝혀보고자 하였다. 지역농가는 계약생산을 통해 제스프리사의 글로벌 수급 전략에서 로컬 시장의 수요를 충당하는 역할을 수행함에 따라 제스프리사가 주도하는 초국적 농식품 체계에 통합되고 있다. 이 과정에서 계약기업은 생산요소 공급에서 제한적인 역할만을 담당하고, 생산기술의 현장 적용에 있어서도 현지 생산자와 협력을 통해 진행하고 있다. 이로 인해 지역농업에 대한 계약기업의 통제력은 제한되고, 지역농가와 기업 간 관계는 농가가 능동적으로 생산에 참여함에 따라 수평적인 관계를 형성하고 있다.

블록체인 생태계에는 다양한 이해관계자들이 존재한다. 이더리움이 등장한 이후 스마트 컨트랙트를 활용한 거래가 많이 이루어지게 되었고 개발자뿐만 아니라 투자자, 은행, 기업, 일반 사용자 등등 더욱 폭넓은 이해관계자들이 참여하고 활동하고 있다. 하지만 다양한 이해관계자가 스마트 컨트랙트의 상태를 확인하기 위해서는 어렵고 복잡한 과정을 거쳐야 한다는 문제점을 가지고 있다. 상태 확인이 어렵게 된다면 스마트 컨트랙트에 대한 신뢰도가 낮아지게 되어 활용도가 낮아질 것이다. 개발자에게 있어서도 상태 확인이 어렵고 복잡하다면 자신이 개발한 스마트 컨트랙트의 테스팅과 디버깅을 하는데 어려움을 겪어 높은 품질을 제공하기 힘들 것이다. 본 연구에서는 다양한 이해관계자와 개발자들이 스마트 컨트랙트의 상태를 쉽고 지속적으로 확인할 수 있으며 히스토리 데이터를 활용하여 분석할 수 있도록하는 이더리움 스마트 컨트랙트 상태 모니터링 시스템의 설계 및 구현 방법을 제안한다.
