  • Generally, Fixed Quantity ordering system (Q-system) uses linear model in inventory decrease. This paper focuses on that Fixed Quantity ordering system (Q-system) is based on a continuous review system. To use a continuous review system is because of an inventory decrease ration is not constant. Therefore, this paper introduces a method to select a model which is proper to virtual data under conditions which are inconstant.

  • In this paper we establish some new explicit solutions for impulsive linear fractional differential equations with impulses at fixed times, which provides a handy tool in deriving singular integral-sum inequalities and an impulsive fractional comparison principle. Thus we study the Mittag-Leffler stability of impulsive differential equations with the Caputo fractional derivative by using the impulsive fractional comparison principle and piecewise continuous functions of Lyapunov's method. Also, we give some examples to illustrate our results.

  • In electrochemical glucose sensing, the enhancement of the sensitivity and the response time is essential in developing stable and reliable sensors, especially for continuous glucose monitoring. We developed a method to increase the sensitivity and to shorten the response time for the sensing upon the appropriate addition of single wall carbon nanotube onto the osmium polymer-based hydrogel electrode. Also, the background stabilization is dramatically enhanced.

  • In this paper we study the semilinear first order evolution problems of Volterra type with Lipschitz continuous nonlinearities. Using the variational formulation of problems due to Dautray and Lions [6], we have proved the fundamental results on existence, uniqueness and continuous dependence of solutions. Especially in the proof of the regularity we have used the double regularization method. Applications to nonlinear partial integro-differential equations are given.

  • In this paper, a three-span continuous box girder is analysed by using elastic equation based on energy method, concerning the behaviour with the effects of bending and pure torsional moment. The statically indeterminate forces of a three-span continuous curved box girder are calculated by applying the principle of least work to this elastic equation. The influence line of shear force, bending moment, pure torsion, displacement and angle of rotation due to unit vortical load and unit torque for curved box girder are obtained. The internal forces of the curved box girder which the actual load is applied can be calculated using the influence line obtained from this study.

  • In this paper, we present an efficient decoding method that performs in real time for 20k word continuous speech recognition task. Basic search method is a one-pass Viterbi decoder on the search space constructed from the novel language model network. With the consistent search space representation derived from various language models by the LM network, we incorporate basic pruning strategies, from which tokens alive constitute a dynamic search space. To facilitate post-processing, it produces a word graph and a N-best list subsequently. The decoder is tested on the database of 20k words and evaluated with respect to accuracy and RTF.

  • A real-time, continuous-scale image interpolation method is proposed based on bi-linear interpolation with directionally adaptive low-pass filtering. The proposed algorithm has been optimized for hardware implementation. The original bi-linear interpolation method has blocking artifact. The proposed algorithm solves this problem using directionally adaptive low-pass filtering. It can also solve the severely problem by selection choosing low-pass filter coefficients. Therefore the proposed interpolation algorithm can realize a high-quality image scaler for various imaging systems, such as digital camera, CCTV and digital flat panel display, to name a few.

  • The analysis of Rader signal that have non-linearity variable phase is signal that contact easily in several fields such as radar, telecommunication, seismic, sonar and biomedical applications. In generally, Non-stationary signal means that spectral characteristics are varying with time and instantaneous frequency is only one frequency or narrow range of frequencies varying as a function of time. Therefore, Instantaneous frequency is vary important variable that understanding physical characteristic of signal. This paper was describes continuous wavelet transform to determine instantaneous frequency at non-staionary signal and compare to existing method. When white noise or various frequency is overlapped each other in sign, existing method was can not decide corrected instantaneous frequency, but when used continuous wavelet transform, very well decide correctly frequency regardless of component of signal.

  • In this paper, the vibration characteristics of a linear stepping motor(LSM) are analyzed using the ACSL. A magnetic equivalent circuit is based on the structure of the LSM, and then the electric equivalent circuit of the LSM is derived by solving equations for the magnetic equivalent circuit. A normal force is calculated using finite element method(FEM). And the vibration characteristics(continuous vibration) of the LSM are simulated by the ACSL(Advanced Continuous Simulation language) with the voltage equations, the thrust equation, the normal force equation and the kinetic equation.

  • Power quality promotion has received increasing attention because of the wide use of semiconductor devices in recent decades. Reactive power regulation is crucial to ensuring the stable operation of power systems. In this study, a continuous reactive power controller, which is referred to as a parallel-connected magnetic energy recovery switch (MERS), is developed to regulate voltage or power factor in power grids. First, the operating principle is introduced, and a mathematical model is built. Second, a new control method for restraining current harmonics and the peak voltages of capacitors is presented. Using the proposed method, the MERS shows a wide range in terms of reactive power compensation. Finally, the performance of the proposed controller is demonstrated through computer simulations and experiments. Unlike STATCOMs, the proposed controller entails low losses, adopts a small dc capacitor, and offers ease of use.
