Rapid increasing of smartphones has changed people's lifestyles, and location-based services are providing a platform to provide various conveniences in accordance with these changes. In particular, it may provide convenience to many users if location-based services are provided in an indoor area such as subway station. However, it is still a difficult task to ensure accurate positioning result for guiding routes in subway stations. This study proposes a KAI-R system that allows all processes to be performed in one system for indoor navigation in subway stations. The proposed system includes a new pedestrian step detection method for continuous positioning along with an improved fusion positioning algorithm.

As digital media technology continues to evolve, media arts are being created using new technologies. Among them, interactive media provides new experience and interest to the audience in that the audience is completed only by participating in the works. The use of these characteristics as a marketing strategy has led to an increase in sales and a positive image of the company. Through this study, we analyze the case of interactive media contents and infer the usage plan and elements. In addition, we propose a prototype of interactive media contents that can be used as a strategic marketing element by exploring ways to utilize interactive media as a marketing element of the film industry. This suggests the development direction of interactive media that provides a continuous and new sense of immersion to the audience, and suggests subsequent research on effective use of the industry as well as movie marketing.

The development of the knowledge information system is increasing the symptoms that people refuse to remember. There is also a growing debate about whether to remember knowledge. This study investigated the preference of memorizing knowledge and finding knowledge. We predicted the use, effect, and expectation of ease of use of knowledge utilization that will appear in the future among preference groups. We analyzed whether there is a difference between the predicted expectations of knowledge utilization in the future. The first study was conducted in October 2014. This is the second study. We studied what changes were made in comparison with the first study. As a result, it was found that 1) there is no difference in broadening the diversity of knowledge utilization at future time, 2) expectation of the effect of knowledge utilization, and 3) ease of continuous knowledge creation. The results of this study suggest that it is important to provide a basis for discussing whether it is good to remember knowledge.

This study was conducted to identify the trends in newspaper articles related to nurses reported after the COVID-19 pandemic, and analyze the image of nurses in newspaper articles. The target of analysis is 199 articles related to nurses reported in four major domestic newspapers for 10 months from January 2020 to October 2020, when the domestic COVID-19 pandemic in full swing. As a result of the analysis, compared to the past, the volume of reports of articles related to nurses increased, and there were many articles on the topic of nurses being treated poorly compared to work, having a sense of vocation and caring for patients. There were many reports of articles that were favorable or neutral, and most of them were reporters, but few were written by professional reporters or medical personnel including nurses. Unlike previous studies, the proportion of nurses in nurse-related articles was often treated as the main character. Both the nursing and the media should make systematic and continuous efforts to ensure that accurate descriptions of the various roles and activities of nurses appear in the newspaper.

Due to the recent proliferation of video contents, previous contents expressed as the character or the picture are being replaced to video and growth of video contents is being boosted because of emerging new platforms. As this accelerated growth has a great impact on the process of universalization of technology for ordinary people, video production and editing technologies that were classified as expert's areas can be easily accessed and used from ordinary people. Due to the development of these technologies, tasks like that recording and adjusting that depends on human's manual involvement could be automated through object tracking technology. Also, the process for situating the object in the center of the screen after finding the object to record could have been automated. Because the task of setting the object to be tracked is still remaining as human's responsibility, the delay or mistake can be made in the process of setting the object which has to be tracked through a human. Therefore, we propose a novel object tracking technique of CMT combining the face detection technique utilizing Haar cascade classifier. The proposed system can be applied to an effective and robust image tracking system for continuous object tracking on the smartphone in real time.

In this paper, a university curriculum of Automation Robotics Process(RPA) among several goals for digital transformation of companies was developed. In the process of the development of ICT technology and the 4th industrial revolution, the existing analog information has changed through the stages of digitization, digitalization, and digital transformation. Recently, digital transformation has been cited as an essential survival strategy following a disruptive revolution that changes the paradigm of existing industrial systems and business. It is defined as a continuous process by which a company adapts to or promotes disruptive changes in customers and markets by using digital capabilities to create new business models, products and services. To this end, process automation in companies or organizations is an important factor. Accordingly, the need for a curriculum of robotics processes automation in universities has been raised according to these changes, and the related education contents, which have been centered on companies, have been redesigned to introduce the curriculum for universities. Education contents are composed to help students to attain certificates of essential or advanced of AA.

In this paper, the writer studies the lighting technology and types used in urban night lighting performance. With the continuous change and innovation of life style in today's society, the multiple functions of the city continue to develop. At present, urban night lighting is not limited to lighting the landscape in the daytime by lighting tools. It uses new digital lighting technology to deduce innovative and constantly changes digital nightscape. In this way, through the integration of urban nighttime lighting and modern digital art, the city's brand image can be improved and its economic development will also be affected. In this study, from a long-term perspective, we tried to find and present a plan to apply the results of transformation of cadastral coordinates to the world geodetic system in stages for cadastral records of graphical and digital cadastral area. There was a case where the difference in area before and after the transformation occurred irregularly in the transformation result of the cadastral coordinate system currently being promoted. In addition, it was found that transformation errors in cadastral non-coincidence areas occurred accumulatively, and the period for acquiring world geodetic results for cadastral reference points was insufficient. In order to solve this problem, the study proposed a plan to provide spatial information and related fields through advancement of continuous cadastral maps, etc. for maps that have been primarily transformed by the end of 2020. In addition, the maps used for cadastral surveying purposes were presented in the direction of applying them to cadastral records in numerical form in the long term to conform to the characteristics of graphical and digital cadastral area. It is expected that more stable cadastral record will be reflected by applying the world coordinate transformation performance by dividing the graphical and digital cadastral area.

This study examines 3D scanning and how it is used in the construction field. 3D scanning technology was applied to a real space and compared with drawings in the planning and construction stages. 3D scanning technology has been widely applied in the field of construction, design, construction, and safety. The results of comparing 3D scanning data with drawings are as follows. First, the external shape and dimensions do not show much difference. Second, the internal shape and dimensions are different. Third, indoor lighting layouts are different in all buildings. 3D scanning should be an essential element in the construction stage before completion and should be used for supervision tasks such as material management, improving the efficiency of construction, and safety management through continuous 3D scanning using automation and robots. Follow-up studies in the field of architecture, such as BIM and process management, will be needed.

Recently, community welfare centers including the elderly welfare centers are also interested in the issue of loneliness and are attempting a comprehensive approach to care for the elderly in the community.The problem is that there is a need for volunteers who are sustainable, but trained semi-professionals rather than non-professionals.Therefore, ways to provide education programs that can be based on continuous supplementation and specialization of manpower and to apply them to the field are being sought.The purpose of this study is to present a plan through examples with the aim of linking college students majoring in social welfare as a major resource for preventing loneliness of elderly people living alone in local communities through volunteer activities. It was suggested that volunteer activities of college students majoring in social welfare should be provided more systematically to the elderly living alone in the community.
