The purpose of this paper is to provide a convenient platform for bus users and a platform to provide tourist services suitable for bus tourism as integrated services. Recently, the number of FIT tourists for recreational purposes using public transportation is increasing as the bus use environment is improved. Accordingly, we need a tourist platform that meets the needs of tourists. In particular, a bus information providing algorithm is implemented using a bus information public API to more conveniently use the bus information providing system, and a user use behavior data collection module and a data mining module To develop a contents platform based on a bus stop for bus tourism services to FIT tourists using public transportation.

With the saturation of the local market, the domestic media industry is searching for new growth drivers by crossing over to other industries, but due to the limited size of the market, results fail to meet expectations. Despite its strengths in cultural contents, as verified by the Korean Wave Hallyu, and advanced platform services, the industry feels threatened by the entry of global foreign media businesses in the domestic arena. This and the stagnated growth in the local media market are challenges we are facing today. On the other hand, it could prove to be a timely opportunity to transform the existing media industry structure where exporting hardware and terminals is at the heart of a globalized business into a structure based on software and contents exports. Based on such critical thinking, this study examines the current status of media markets, home and abroad, and aims to come up with strategic measures through a discussion on the issues and methods proposed for the globalization of local media businesses from a holistic viewpoint based on ecosystem, M&A and contents.

The rapid growth and dissemination of touch-based mobile devices such as smart phones and tablet PCs, gives numerous benefits to people using a variety of multimedia contents. Due to its portability, it enables users to watch a soccer game, search video from YouTube, and sometimes tag on contents on the road. However, the limited screen size of mobile devices and touch-based character input methods based on this, are still major problems of searching and tagging multimedia contents. In this paper, we propose WalkieTagging, which provides a much more intuitive way than that of previous one. Just like any other previous video tagging services, WalkieTagging, as a voice-based annotation service, supports inserting detailed annotation data including start time, duration, tags, with little effort of users. To evaluate our methods, we developed the Android-based WalkieTagging application and performed user study via a two-week. Through our experiments by a total of 46 people, we observed that experiment participator think our system is more convenient and useful than that of touch-based one. Consequently, we found out that voice-based annotation methods can provide users with much convenience and satisfaction than that of touch-based methods in the mobile environments.

The objective of this study is to investigate and compare the situation of the informationization of public libraries between 2012 and 2014. Data were collected two times in both 2012 and 2014 using Internet survey. Survey contents were general information situation, softwares, digital service room, RFID, digital contents, mobile service, integrated digital services. Results show that library informationization went for demonstration effect for local residents, staff for library informationization was insufficient, KOLAS was still needed to be upgraded, and most of public libraries were insufficient for future digital services. As improvement plans, there are the development of next generation integrated system, expansion of mobile web and app service, and increasing digital contents. For further study, it provides a study of the use of digital contents and equipment on public libraries.

This study measures the effectiveness of 39 Korean Government websites in providing equitable and appropriate government information to the public. 39 government web sites were divided into two groups, 21 "departments or ministries" and 18 "offices". Five evaluation criteria were information contents of services, fluent operation of services, feedback mechanism, easiness of access, and design. The study showed that there are some different results between 21 "departments or ministries" and 18 "offices". Most information services provided by Government websites were slightly moderately appreciated by the researchers. Some problems and resolutions for the improvement of government websites are provided. Also, some suggestions for the government website designers and administrators are made.

This paper implemented speech-library and the Web Services that conversion the Web page for the speech recognition. The system is consisted of Web services consumer and Web services providers. The Web services consumer has libraries that Speech-library and proxy-library. The Speech -library has functions as follows from the user's speech extracted speech-data and searching the URL in link-table that is mapped with user's speech. The proxy-library calls two web services and is received the returning result. The Web services provider consisted of Parsing Web Services and Speech-Recognition Web Services. Parsing Web Services adds ActiveX control and reconstructs web page using the speech recognition. The speech recognizer is the web service providers that implemented in the previous study. As the result of experiment, we show that reconstructs web page and creates link-Table. Also searching the URL in link-table that is mapped with user's speech. Also confirmed returning the web page to user by searching URL in link-table that is mapped with the result of speech recognition web services.

The study aims at providing alternative strategies for the National Assembly's archival information services. In this context, it conducts a literature review and discusses current status of the National Assembly's archival information services. Furthermore, this study draws six critical problems of the National Assembly's archival information services, ranging from a lack of comprehensive archival information services to a deficiency of value-added contents. As a case study, it reviews legislative archival institutions in the US and the UK, and classifies their legislative records management services into 3 different types, including retrieval assistant services, contents services, and extensive services. Base on the case study, as a result, it provides 5 strategies for the development of the National Assembly's archival information services.

As cellular network technologies continue to evolve, various network standards coexist in most CDMA-based cellular networks. This means that mobile device users access mobile services over different network bandwidths according to the users' positions or the mobile devices' network access capabilities. Such differences of network bandwidths cause big differences in service response times. To address this problem, we present a framework called CANS (Context-Aware framework for mobile Navigation Services), which takes into account the user's network profile to adapt the contents for CDRG(Centrally Determined Route Guidance) navigation services for cellular phones. To the best of the authors' knowledge, CANS is the first context-aware framework to make mobile navigation services more feasible. The experimental results under commercial CDMA network show that CANS is able to provide similar service response times regardless of type of wireless network to which users connect by adapting the contents to network bandwidths.

To examine the possibility of ear mushroom (EM) as a source of natural vitamin D, the UVB (ultraviolet B) was treated according to sample drying status, drying methods before UVB treatment and harvest time. And then, vitamin D₂ and ergosterol contents were investigated. According to the sample drying status, the vitamin D₂ contents of fresh and freeze-dried EM (whole) increased to 4,634.4~4,780.9 ㎍/100 g D.W. (dry weight) under UVB dose 52.5~70.0 kJ/㎡ and above 18,693.1 ㎍/100 g D.W. under above 105 kJ/㎡, respectively. By drying methods before UVB treatment, vitamin D₂ contents of EM powder (below 500 ㎛) that dried in the vinyl house and freeze-dryer increased to 4,886.2~5,132.9 ㎍/100 g D.W. under above 105 kJ/㎡ and 17,103.7 ㎍/100 g D.W. under 70 kJ/㎡, respectively. Ergosterol content decreased with increasing UVB dose in all experiments. According to the harvest time, vitamin D₂ content under UVB dose 210 kJ/㎡ showed marked difference and in order of June, July, August, October and April. As for the results, the optimum harvest time, drying method before UVB treatment, sample size, UVB dose for the EM contained high vitamin D₂ content were June, freeze-drying, whole, and 105 kJ/㎡, respectively.

Due to the high digital technology, various devices such as TV, PC, smartphone, and pad computer are connected to each other using internet and under the circumstance internet services of which the running platforms are mainly PC become "N-screenlized" by extending their service platform to non-PC devices. As a digital TV has outstanding features of being the most influential device in the living room and having the wide spectrum of users, several internet services has been ported on the digital TV platform (in the form of data services) in order to enhance their brand powers. Most of the services, however, failed to get a satisfactory results as the data services are defeated by the broadcasting contents in the competition for the viewer's interests. In the paper, the design guidelines that make data services not to compete with the broadcasting contents are proposed and a prototype of a data service that accommodates the guidelines is introduced. The prototype, called "TV ideal-type world-cup", does not disturb a viewer's watching broadcast contents and channel-changing behavior while it is running and its service flow is designed for a viewer to achieve the goal of service in a few minutes so that the viewer can enjoy the service in a commercial period.
