Recently there are increasing needs for Internet and various kinds of contents. These traffics for various contents need more amount of data to provide high-quality information and require various QoS depending on the characteristics of contents. However, current Internet service supports BE (Best Effort) service only, therefore IntServ (Integrated Service) scheme and DiffServ (Differentiated Service) scheme are represented to support QoS in IP layer. This paper describes new scheme that provides QoS taking into account the traffic characteristics over Mobile IPv6 network based on IEEE 802.11e by decreasing signal process time using traffic class of DiffServ and MAC and evaluates the performance through computer simulation.

Baotu Spring Park, a must-visit place in Jinan, China, has been rated as the country's highest-level scenic spot by the Chinese government. However, social media that highly reflects public opinions tends to express a lower evaluation of Baotu Spring Park. Thus, this paper employs service design thinking methods to identify the problems of Baotu Spring Park and provide solutions from the perspective of visitors. Based on desk research, tourist behavior tracking, contextual interviews, and a customer journey map, it was found that the service gap of Baotu Spring Park lacks a unified and effective instruction system. Also, the activities, parking, and high-quality tourist souvenirs are deficient, and there is no online information delivery platform. Finally, five suggestions are made,-respectively:,- redesign the sign system, enhance the participation of tourists, redesign the tourist souvenirs and display space, offer parking areas and shuttle buses, as well as set up a dedicated application.

In this paper, we investigated economic viability of UCA (Ubiquitous Contents Access) technologies from user adoption perspective. UCA technologies are expected to 9et embedded into media and telecom merging services. Embracing new technologies such as UCA technologies, forged through an industry convergence, means opting for a technological innovation that will have technological as well as economic and strategic implications. As such, we adopted user perspective innovation adoption theories to explore key antecedents affecting consumer acceptance of these emerging technologies. Subsequently. using QFD (Quality Function Deployment) method, the impacts of UCA technical functions on user's perceived value enhancements are estimated. The QFD analysis result indicates that the new UCA service technologies could achieve about 42% enhancement on user perceived adoption intention compared to existing digital contents service technologies. The proposed analysis framework and findings suggests significant insights for further research.

In this paper, we design and develop a personalized advertisement and information services system based on mobile RFID using RFID virtual tag. It is a system to perform the use of the contents information or the commercial transaction on the contents products through internet server connection by using RFID tag information with a mobile according as transmitting immediately to a cell phone after a tag generator derived RFID tag information to be substituted for the contents information being output at present, after being transmitted from a cell phone the information request signal on the contents information being output from video media. This service system provides a mechanism for gathering advertisement information left behind by many clients visiting advertisement sites for analysis of customers property, service model for selecting personalized services, and mechanism for providing them to customers who visited in a advertisement mall joined to the shopping site.

Contents are the critical factors for website success. It is important to give the right information to each customer. For this, not only systematic classification but also management of contents is necessary. With regard In the former, some studies are found, but not for the latter. This paper proposes some methods of efficient contents management, which include customized service, push service of technology information, and real-time offering service. For each of them, the process of management is defined focusing on the B2B under make-to-order environment. The methodology is applied to the case of a marine engine manufacturing company.

AR/VR 기술을 활용한 어학교육을 위한 콘텐츠 개발은 5G 상용화에 맞추어 필연적으로 추진해야할 과제이며, 이를 체계적으로 관리하고 서비스를 위한 서비스 플랫폼에 대한 연구는 현재 글로벌 기업들이 경쟁적으로 참여하고 있으나, 아시아 문화권의 독특한 영역에 대한 독창적인 언어교육 서비스 모델은 한국과 중국이 공동협력으로 연구개발을 추진해야할 당위성을 가지고 있다. 본 연구에서는 기 개발된 "이러닝 기반의 중국인을 위한 한국어교육 서비스 플랫폼"을 AR/VR 콘텐츠의 수용이 가능하도록 개선하여 적용하고, 동영상 기반의 어학교육 콘텐츠를 AR/VR 기술을 적용하여 상호작용이 가능하도록 콘텐츠를 구성하여 어학교육의 새로운 패러다임을 제시하고자 한다. 콘텐츠의 개발은 AR 기반의 단어학습이 가능한 서비스를 완성하고, VR기반의 단계별 상황에 맞는 체험학습 콘텐츠를 개발하여 초급/중급/고급에 이르는 어학교육 서비스가 가능하도록 단계적으로 콘텐츠를 개발한다. 서비스 플랫폼은 학습관리와 학습 콘텐츠에 대한 관리가 가능하도록 하며, 메타데이터 속성을 보완하여 대용량 AR/VR 콘텐츠의 수용이 가능한 플랫폼을 완성하도록 한다. 향후 혼합현실 기술이 적용된 다양한 콘텐츠 개발을 통하여 교육서비스 포탈로서 발전이 가능하도록 체계적인 연구를 수행하도록 한다.

분산 컴퓨팅 기술이 발전하면서, 기존의 클라이언트/서버 기능을 기존의 개념에서 벗어나, 이 기종 환경사이에도 원하는 정보를 공유하기 위해 서비스 지향 아키텍처의 개념이 등장하였다. SOA가 성공하기 위해서는 비즈니스 계층의 서비스와 애플리케이션을 연결하는 기술이 중요한 이슈 중의 하나이다. 본 논문에서는 서비스를 종적 그리고 횡적으로 분류하고, 이에 따라 계층 사이의 서비스를 매칭하는 기법을 소개한다.

This study focused on realizing the UX pattern elements for Wordpress service, and applying the UX pattern approach to enhance UX consideration in Wordpress theme service. The Wordpress UX pattern system was developed based on web UX pattern analysis, and on characteristics of Wordpress components and theme filtering tags. The Wordpress UX pattern system was further analyzed in 22 popular Wordpress themes and 20 web UX scenarios, to evaluate its working by defining theme UX as a case study. The Wordpress theme filtering service GUI was designed based on the Wordpress UX pattern system as a design suggestion. Web technology is evolving rapidly, and web design has become a ready-made service with less user experience consideration, or design creativity. This study directs to keep track of UX value in an emerging web service paradigm.
