This paper presents the IR-Lamp test results of evaluating heat protection performance and measuring of mechanical/thermal properties in the heat protection material of missile external surface. The results showed that increasing the contents of microballoons improved the heat protection performance, but the mechanical properties were deteriorated. Among the kinds of microballoons, Epoxy/Phenolic Microballoons mixture showed the best mechanical properties and low thermal conductivity. Epoxy/Cork mixture showed the best heat protection in the IR-Lamp test, though it has low mechanical properties and high thermal conductivity.

Today, the public assistance program in Korea is provided mainly for the livelihood protection beneficiary in urban area. The fact that the urban community-centered program is also applied to the livelihood protection beneficiary in rural area brings about some problems in fitness and effectiveness of resource distribution. The purpose of my study is to present my opinion that the public assistance program for the rural community should be put in practice after being fully distinguished from the urban program for the effective distribution of limited social welfare resources to insure the minimum standard of living and seek the self-support contribution which is the purpose of the public assistance program. The subject for this study were livelihood protection beneficiaries living in both rural and urban area. And the study was carried out in this parts: first, the way of life in them, second, the contents of 6 main public assistance programs being carried out. Total number of the livelihood protection beneficiaries are 279 case: 143 case from 15 Dong in 5 cities, and 136 case from 15 Myun in 5 counties. And the social worker who are performing the public assistance programare consisted of 50 case: 25 case from 5 Dong in 5 cities, and 25 case from 5 Myun in 5 counties. This research reach the result that the differentiate performance of the public assistance program in rural community would be an effective device for self-support to be freed from the vicious circle of poverty.

As the privacy issues are all around the world, the intrusion into personal privacy is concerning. For that reason, government established the article from the personal information protection law that has to notice the privacy policy to users on the online site. and the matter of privacy invasion make concern toward behavior of online user. Although there are rules to carrying legal binding force in accordance with, because it is full of text and uncomfortable to read so that its readability is low. In the same context, each other has different state of understanding with the policy for personal information has been playing an important role. In this approach, companies and government do not think this over deeply and do just for what their practical use is. That is the reason why this research start, and the result expecting for real. As the result in the participant who cognize the privacy policy display pattern, they have certain type to do. In this article, the certain behavior doing is remarkable with the privacy policy. According to privacy concern, privacy fundamentalist reveals such a compromise reaction to protect their information when they know what information which the privacy manager of service provider collect. This study arrives at the result depending on the gap of privacy group that the group of checking the policy contents, especially the group which has high privacy concern, they move forward to protect their emotion and put a constructive plan into protective action. Otherwise, the group of unchecking the policy contents and following their own thinking of privacy policy are not deemed statistically significant. Therefore, this is considered to support more various implications than the previous issues and alternatives about privacy policy pattern and user protection behavior of privacy.

This research aims at investigating the factors that affects the wearing of the nuclear protection equipment by radiology students. We measured the factors related to the wearing of the nuclear protection equipment based on the theory of planned behavior (TPB). We collected 192 survey records from 230 radiology students in Kwang-ju and Chun-nam providence who finished the clinical training. Based on Logistic Regression analysis, we found that the wearing of the nuclear protection equipment is statistically more probable as the level of study is lower, the scale of practicing hospital is smaller, the attitude rating is lower, and the rating of perceived behavioral control is higher. We argue that the development of educational program considering factors like the perceived behavioral control is required to enhance the degree of wearing the nuclear protection equipment in the clinical training of college students.

The predominant concerns of the study consist of: (1) the direct effects of social work students' evaluation toward connivers of exam-cheating on their evaluation toward connivers of corruptio ns in social welfare organizations; (2) the dual mediation effects of their concerning dysfunction of whistle-blowing and needing of protection arrangement for whistle-blowers. The notable findi ngs are as follows: First, the evaluation toward a person conniving at exam-cheating significantl y has an effect on the evaluation toward connivers committing corruptions in social welfare orga nizations($.211^{***}$). Second, the more positive evaluation for connivers of exam-cheating, the more concerning dysfunction of whistle-blowing, the less needing protection arrangement for whistle-blowers($-.191^{^{\prime}***}$). The students, concerning dysfunction of whistle-blowing more, show less neg ative evaluation toward a person, conniving at corruption in social welfare organizations($.245^{***}$). The more needing protection arrangement for whistle-blowers, the less positive evaluation regar ding whistle-blowers in the organizations($-.122^{***}$). Lastly, both mediating effects of the needing protection arrangement for whistle-blowers and concerning about dysfunction of whistle-blowing are significant so dual mediator are proved. Some practical implications are discussed based on the study's findings.

The purpose of this study is to review the contents of the legislation(2015.5.12.) for shop key money concretely and to find an effective way in making an improvement of practical protection in the process of tenant's shop key money collection. From this point of view, this study tries to make some legislative suggestions as follows. First of all, the code of conflicting definition between 'shop key money' and 'shop key money contract' in the amended Commercial Building Lease Protection Act need to be harmonized with each other because they are likely to face potential problems in the protection of tenant's shop key money collction as well as risks for confusion. In the second place, it requires to strengthen the protection of tenant's shop key money collection by approval of direct opposing power of shop key money itself on condition that it satisfies a certain prerequisites. In addition, the ambiguous codes related to the landlord's disturbance should be distinctly arranged and the distribution principle of demonstration about landlord's disturbance on tenant's shop key money collection also should be made clear. Finally, the standard level of shop key money by region, business district, and category of business should be set and announced by Ministry of Land and Transport.
