  • 경찰은 2015년 '범죄피해자 보호 원년'을 선포하고 전국 경찰서에 피해자전담경찰관을 배치하는 등 지속적인 보호조치를 실시하였고, 2018년에는 경찰법과 경찰관직무집행법의 경찰 임무와 경찰관 직무 범위에 '범죄피해자 보호'를 명시해서 범죄피해자 보호를 강화하고 있지만, 강력사건에 피해자전담경찰관이 현장 출동자와 동행하도록하는 등 현재보다 경찰의 범죄피해자 보호제도가 더 확충되어야 하며, 사건의 가해자에 대한 철저한 수사도 필요하다. 경찰은 범죄가 발생하지 않도록 예방하여야 하고, 범죄가 발생한 경우에는 수사 전과정에서 범죄피해자 보호중심으로 수사하여야 국민의 신뢰도 얻고 실체진실발견에도 도움이 될 것이다.

  • 콘텐츠 제작의 특성상, 타인의 저작물을 이용해야만 하는 경우가 많다. 그러나 기술이 급격히 발전하는 현대사회에서 저작권법에 모든 상황을 예측하여 예외조항 등에 명시하기에는 무리기 있다. 나아가 경우에 따라서 원저작자의 허락을 받지 못하는 경우가 분명히 존재할 것인데, 이러한 경우에까지 권리자의 권리보호를 이유로 그 저작물의 사용을 금지하는 것은 문화산업의 발전을 저해하는 요소로 작용할 것이 자명하다. 이러한 경우를 대비하여 만든 공정이용 제도는 문화산업 발전에 크게 이바지할 수 있을 것으로 보인다.

  • Digitalized multimedia contents is changing active digital contents in form passed from manufacturer directly to consumer though digital network of high speed, also face with big problem that is protection of rights to protect digital contents, to protect those and effort to active digital contents process height. Also, in situation that require change to more efficient system, the efficiency of rights document that is basic intermediate to be used in business of digital contents field is emphasized. Therefore, the design of common business model to share contents that have same purpose without depending on specific system to offer contents with another system is required. This paper designed adaptable rights business model to general digital contents, and designed and implemented rights document editing system to editable document for Right management according to designed business model.

  • This paper presents a multiple-watermarking scheme for copyright protection and the prevention of illegal copying of mobile 3D contents with low resolution. The proposed scheme embeds a unique watermark and a watermark certification authority (WCA) watermark into the spatial and encryption domains of a mobile 3D content based on the buyer-seller watermarking protocol. The seller generates a unique watermark and embeds it into the local maximum curvedness of a 3D object. After receiving the encrypted watermark from the WCA, the seller embeds it into the encrypted vertex data using an operator that satisfies the privacy homomorphic property. The proposed method was implemented using a mobile content tool, and the experimental results verify its capability in terms of copyright protection and the prevention of illegal copying.

  • High-quality digital broadcasting contents are susceptible to illegal copy and unauthorized redistribution, which makes broadcasters difficult to protect valuable media assets. So, broadcasters and content providers need the technology for copyright protection of professional digital content. Digital watermarking technology is one of the most actively developed solutions for the copyright protection. This paper suggests the requirements of watermarking technology in DTV(Digital TV) environment for copyright protection and shows the developed real-time watermark embedding/detecting system for HD(High Definition)/SD(Standard Definition) video and experimental results of the system against watermark attack tests. Our watermarking system meets the watermarking requirements of invisibility, robustness and security of DTV environment.

  • The use of digital imaging technique and digital contents based on internet has grown rapidly for last several years, and the needs of digital image protection become more important. For the purpose of copyright protection on digital image, the verification of authentication techniques like content authentication, ownership authentication, illegal copy and etc are needed. Digital watermarking, the invisible encryption technique to insert digital watermark into image, the sophisticated perceptual information should be used for providing transparency and robustness of images on watermarking process. In this paper, we implement the algorithm for preventing forged attack, ownership protection and authentication by transforming the wavelet algorithms in frequency domain in terms of human visual system.

  • The increase of illegal usage and conflict in digital content market would diminish motivation of creators for their work, furthermore break down digital content market on cyber-space. Watermarking technology support to the legal users by the protection technique based on the digital content copyright protection method(DRM). Most of previous digital watermarking have embeded to the content. In this paper, we propose a wavelet based watermarking method which is used for implementing in the frequency domain.

  • With the development and rapid growth of cloud computing, lots of application services based on cloud computing have been developed. In addition, cloud-based DRM systems have been developed to support those services' copyright and privacy protection. In this paper, we propose a new cloud-based user-friendly DRM system, which allows users to execute the same contents bought at most n times at any devices with license enforcement, which checks the validation of licenses before every execution, having no smart card, which has to carry a smart card reader that seems troublesome to a user, and providing the copyright and privacy protection.
