『상한변류(傷寒辨類)』의 편제(編制)와 내용(內容)에 대한 연구 - 『상한명리론(傷寒明理論)』, 『의학입문(醫學入門)·상한(傷寒)』과 비교(比較) - (The Organization and Contents of 『Sanghanbyeollyu(傷寒辨類)』)

  • Objectives : I investigated the organization and contents of "Sanghanbyeollyu(傷寒辨類)" in order to grasp its bibliographical points. Methods : I compared "Sanghanbyeollyu(傷寒辨類)" with "Sanghanmyeongniron(傷寒明理論)", "Uihagimmun(醫學入門) Sanghan(傷寒)" in side of their organization and contents. Results : The first volume in "Sanghanbyeollyu" is composed of various theories, the second volume in it is composed of many symptoms. The second volume include 49 symptoms in "Sanghanmyeongniron" excepting 1 symptom, its organization is similar to the organization in "Uihagimmun Sanghan". Besides the frequency of prescription quoted in both "Sanghanbyeollyu" and "Uihagimmun Sanghan" is 251, the frequency of prescription quoted only in "Sanghanbyeollyu" is 617, the frequency of prescription quoted only in "Uihagimmun Sanghan" is 622. Thus, "Sanghanbyeollyu" is not a duplicate of "Uihagimmun Sanghan" because of the frequency of prescription quoted. Conclusions : I have found out that "Sanghanbyeollyu" does not only adopt the merits from "Sanghanmyeongniron", but also fills its organization and contents with "Uihagimmun Sanghan".

The New Paradigm of Management in Design Organization: The Reality of Bottom-line Effectiveness in Design Organization's Management Needs

  • This study identifies how management theory and philosophy work in conjunction with and support one another as both are critical to understanding leadership concepts and viewing the design organization holistically in terms of organizational behavior and performance. This paper analyses data from an in-depth single-case study at management in interior design organization in Korea. Two new 'most efficient and effective way' to achieve the goals of the design organization has been launched. The first was organizational behavior and performance, and the second a needed new paradigm of management skills. Organizational culture affects organizational effectiveness in design because it can (a) provide an organization with a competitive advantage, (b) improve the way an organizational structure works, and (c) increase the motivation of designers to pursue organizational interests. Moreover, the result of research creates paradigm of thinking that how leaders in the design organization need to focus on innovative and strategic systems to gain competitive advantage and enter global markets; a key inter-organizational cooperation strategy to achieve a targeted goal.

카지노 딜러의 여가유형이 조직신뢰, 고객지향성, 조직몰입에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (Research on the Effect of Leisure Types of Casino Dealer on Organization Trust, Customer Orientation and Organization Commitment)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 카지노 딜러의 여가유형이 조직신뢰, 고객지향성, 조직몰입에 미치는 영향을 살펴보는 것이다. 본 연구는 서울과 강원도의 카지노 딜러들을 중심으로 설문조사가 실시되었다. 연구목적을 달성하기 위하여 분석방법으로 단순회귀분석과 다중회귀분석이 사용되었다. 연구 분석 결과 첫째, 여가유형은 조직신뢰에 유의한 영향을 주었다. 둘째, 여가유형은 고객지향성과 조직몰입에 유의한 영향을 주었고, 셋째, 조직신뢰는 조직몰입에 유의한 영향을 주었으며, 마지막으로 고객지향성은 조직몰입에 유의한 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과는 카지노 조직이 딜러의 여가활동에 대한 지원방안과 여가유형과 관련해서 효율적인 인적자원관리 방안에 관한 시사점을 제시했다.

세무공무원의 조직문화와 조직유효성 (Organization Culture and Organization Effectiveness of Tax Officials)

  • 본 연구는 세무행정조직의 조직문화와 조직유효성이 높을수록 세무공무원들의 조직몰입과 구성원으로서의 조직 동일시가 높아진다는 것을 실증적으로 분석한 연구로서, 세무공무원을 대상으로 실증적으로 분석한 연구라는 점에서 본 연구의 의의가 있다고 하겠다. 분석결과, 조직문화와 조직유효성은 조직몰입과 조직 동일시에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 세무행정조직의 조직문화가 높을수록 세무공무원들의 조직에 대한 정서적 애착이 높으며, 조직유효성이 높을수록 조직몰입과 조직 동일시가 높아져 납세자들의 서비스만족도를 높이는데도 긍정적인 효과가 있음을 알 수 있었다.

  • 본 연구는 급변하는 환경 속에서 조직의 생존과 조직성과를 향상시키기 위하여 학습조직을 통한 조직유효성의 증대를 추구하기 위해 학습조직의 선행요인으로 조직문화를 선정하여 검증하였다. 분석결과 첫째, 학습조직수준이 높을수록 직무만족은 높게 나타났는데, 조직학습을 통한 학습조직수준의 향상으로 축적된 경험과 지식을 바탕으로 직무를 수행하기 때문에 직무만족을 증가시키는 것이다. 둘째, 학습조직수준향상에 조직문화 중 변화지향문화, 과업지향문화가 유의한 영향을 미치며, 관계지향문화, 위계지향문화는 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 그러므로 조직학습을 통한 학습조직수준을 향상하기 위해서는 변화지향 문화와 과업지향문화의 특성을 고려하여야 새로운 조직으로의 조직변화가 있을 때 조직유효성이 크게 나타남을 의미한다.

초등 교사의 과학 교육 과정의 구성에 대한 인식과 과학의 본성에 대한 관점과의 상관 (The Relation of Elementary School Teachers' Point of Views about the Organization of Science Curriculum and the Nature of Science)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationships between elementary school teachers' points of view about the organization of the science curriculum and their views on the nature of science (NOS). We surveyed 132 elementary school teachers' view points about these two kinds of views, analyzed the data by their variables, and compared the two viewpoints with their personal details. The elementary school teachers thought the science curriculum should be emphasized through the process more than contents. They thought the contents of the science curriculum should be integrated rather than separated. As teachers' career progressed, they focused on the contents more than the process. On the other hands, because elementary school teachers showed the NOS views as relativism, deductivism, decontextualism, content, and instrumentalism, when we plotted sub-viewpoints of NOS in process-content dimension, we thought it would be similar distributions with point of views on the organization of science curriculum. However, there was no meaningful relation. This showed that teachers' views on the organization of the curriculum and the NOS are totally different. These findings suggest further research is needed to find how factors influence elementary school teachers' views on the organization of the science curriculum and what inclinations can occur in science classes with their different views.

소비자단체 사이트의 평가 (Evaluation of a Consumer Organization Site)

  • This study, systematically evaluated the services provided by consumer organization site in order to improve the possessing problems or deficient aspects and present a desirable direction for instituting the planning of a new consumer group site. An evaluation of the level with respect to contents of consumer organization site showed that communication had the lowest grade while design had the highest. There were some technical errors related to accessibility of the site. An examination of the quality of consultation showed that success rate was low and the contents of the consultation were inadequate. However, compared with service quality of the consumer organization site estimated in the year of 2000, the current service showed significant improvements in terms of the overall quantity of information.

『요산당신집의방금낭지보(樂山堂新集醫方錦囊至寶)』의 편제에 대한 연구 (A Study on the Organization of the 『Yosandangsinjipeuibangkeumnangjibo』)

  • Objectives : This paper aims to examine the overall form of the 『Yosandangsinjipeuibangkeumnangjibo』 (『Yosandang』). Methods : The table of contents, organization of the body, citations in the 『Yosandang』 were examined, then compared to the organization of 『Donguibogam』 (『Bogam』) and 『Jejungsinpyeon』 (『Jejung』). Results & Conclusions : Based on the organization of the body, it could be determined that Byun Gwangwon referenced 『Bogam』 and 『Jejung』. However, it was found that 『Yosandang』 strived to be more faithful to the 『Bogam』 than the 『Jejung』 while it also tried to minimize the complicatedness of 『Bogam』. Its organization was unique in that it created new chapters and added contents. Also, through examination of the citations, it could be assumed that those in the 『Yosandang』 were secondary citations of the 『Bogam』 and 『Jejung』. Despite these features, it also cited the 『Zhengzhizhunsheng』 and showed efforts to include new knowledge with citation labels such as '新增[newly added]' '自述[original writing]' and 'Yosan(樂山)'. Discussion : The findings of the comparison and examination process of the organization and citations of the book revealed that the uniqueness of the organization of 『Yosandang』 is most obvious in the pediatrics chapter. This indicates that the author's intention was to deal with pediatric diseases professionally.

산업별 연구조직특성에 의한 기술지식관리시스템의 설계 (On the Design of Technological Knowledge Management System Based on Sectoral Characteristics of R&D Organization)

  • Recently, knowledge management(KM) has attracted increasing attention from academicians and practitioners alike. Amongst others, technological knowledge(TK) is considered principal asset of KM and R,&D organization of private firms selves as primary actor of KM. It is also noted that the notion of sectoral pattern of innovation highlights idiosyncratic differences across industrial sectors in terms of TK management. That is, knowledge contents, knowledge generation and How pattern are considerably different among industries. This paper first analyzes the correlation between structural of R&D organization and industrial(sectoral) type to identify the dominant structure of R&D organization for each industry. Second, sector-specific architectures of TK management system are proposed. According to structural characteristic of R&D-organization type, test-practice forms of TK management system are suggested in terms of such factors as knowledge contents(technology information), knowledge generation activities, and knowledge storage/retrieval modes.

세무공무원의 조직에 대한 자긍심 분석 (Analysis on Taxation Public Servant's Pride in Organization)

  • 본 연구는 세무공무원들의 조직 동일시와 조직몰입, 자긍심의 관계를 실증적으로 규명하는데 그 목적이 있었다. 분석결과, 첫째, 조직 동일시와 조직몰입에 영향을 미치는 개인적 특성변수는 성별과 근무연수가 조직 동일시에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 세무공무원으로서의 자긍심은 조직 동일시에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 자긍심이 낮은 집단이 높은 집단보다 조직 동일시에 더 많은 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 세무공무원의 자긍심이 높을수록 조직몰입이 높아지는 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 자긍심이 높은 집단이 낮은 집단보다 조직몰입에 더 많은 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 조직구성원으로서의 높은 자긍심은 조직 동일시와 조직몰입을 증가시킬 수 있다는 것을 알 수 있다.
