In order to reduce the spread of illegal digital contents, many studies have been focusing on how to stop it through laws and regulations. Only few of the studies tried to explain the illegal behaviors from individual's viewpoints. This paper aims to examine the intention of sharing illegal digital contents over the Internet and proposes a theoretical model based on the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) along with the introduction of two outcome expectations. We also argue that the individuals' cognition of online copyright will influence individuals' illegal contents sharing on the Internet. We have collected data from online survey and offline interview. By empirical study, the results support the theoretical model except the subjective norm which has no effect on individuals' behavior. This is a different finding from the previous researches revealing that the subjective norm has no effect on individuals' unethical actions. Overall, the findings provide strong confirmation that attitude, self-efficacy and outcome expectations impact on individual's intention of sharing illegal contents. In addition, this study proposed an improved cognition of online copyright through education and standard of new media management will reduce illegal contents sharing on Internet.

음원, 웹툰 등 라이선스를 체계적으로 관리하는 콘텐츠는 유료이용이 점차 정착화 되어가고 있으나, 여전히 광고수익에 의존하는 무료사이트 등이 난무하여 이러한 디지털콘텐츠를 대다수 콘텐츠 창작자들은 합당한 권리를 보호받지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 반면 다양한 형태의 디지털 디바이스의 보급, 콘텐츠 업로드 플랫폼의 확대 및 업로드 편리성, SNS 등을 통한 신속한 정보공유 등의 환경변화에 따라, 최근에는 장르를 불문하고 디지털콘텐츠를 제작하여 창작활동을 하는 개인들이 급격하게 늘어나고 있다. 따라서 콘텐츠 사용자의 니즈를 바탕으로 한 라이선스 다양화(사용자의 저작물 사용목적, 사용범위 및 활용수준, 이용기간 등에 따라 저작권자가 사용권한을 차등화 하는 것)와 디지털 저작물 유통편리성의 필요성이 대두되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 개인 간 디지털콘텐츠 저작물의 거래 활성화를 위한 사용자의 니즈 및 수용도를 파악하고 개인간 저작물 유통 플랫폼을 구현하는데 그 가이드를 제시하고자 한다.

The purpose This study was conducted to explore the procedures and plans to establish a university-based lifelong education support system for the individuals with disabilities at Chosun University. The research method consisted of expert consultation. Chosun University not only has various units of major(department) that can deepen and integrate knowledge and technology related to lifelong education for the individuals with disabilities, but also has various leadership and various infrastructures that can lead the practice of lifelong education for the individuals with disabilities in Gwangju and Jeonnam areas. The contents of this study were presented five procedures and plans such as the establishment of maintenance and convergence of majors (departments) units, the development and operation of department-led regional-linked education programs through extracurricular education, the introduction of majors in connection with extracurricular education program-linked courses, the selection of core departments, the establishment of cooperative courses between university and graduate schools, and the establishment and operation of lifelong education programs for the individuals with disabilities centered on lifelong education centers. As a result of the study, it was analyzed that the academic foundation of lifelong education for the individuals with disabilities, the guarantee of educational opportunities for the individuals with disabilities, and the lead of linkage between local related organizations can be expected through the establishment of the support system for lifelong education for the individuals with disabilities at Chosun University.

The purpose of this study is to explore the application structure of customized "lifelong education: (versus) higher education" for individuals with developmental disabilities in two types.As for the research method, expert consultation was composed secondary with literature analysis as the primary procedure.The contents of the study were presented by classifying the application structure of customized lifelong education versus higher education for individuals with developmental disabilities into two types. Accordingly, the first research content is a school type-centered structure, which can be understood as a type that focuses on higher education while linking aspects of lifelong education. And the second research content is a structure centered on the type of independent life of individuals with developmental disabilities, which can be understood as a type that focuses on lifelong education while linking with the aspects of higher education. As a result of the study, the aspect that the research contents considered above can be gradually realized through the currently established infrastructure at Daegu University in the current situation in Korea has been improved.

This study aimed to pilot test a newly developed bilateral upper limb rehabilitation training program for improving the upper limb function of individuals with chronic stroke using a visual feedback method. The double-group pretest-posttest design pilot study included 10 individuals with chronic stroke (age >50 years). The intervention (four weekly meetings) consisted of five upper limb training protocols (wrist extension; forearm supination and pronation; elbow extension and shoulder flexion; weight-bearing shift; and shoulder, elbow, and wrist complex movements). Upper limb movement function recovery was assessed with the FuglMeyer Assessment of the Upper Extremity, the Wolf Motor Function Test, the Trunk Control Test, the modified Ashworth Scale, and the visual analog scale at baseline, immediately after, and four weeks after the intervention. The Fatigue Severity Scale was also employed. The Fugl-Meyer Assessment of the Upper Extremity and Wolf Motor Function Test showed significant improvement in upper limb motor function. The Trunk Control Test results increased slightly, and the modified Ashworth Scale decreased slightly, without statistical significance. The visual analog scale scores showed a significant decrease and the Fatigue Severity Scale scores were moderate or low. The bilateral upper limb training program using the visual feedback method could result in slight upper limb function improvements in individuals with chronic stroke.

The purpose of this study is to examine the academic foundation of developmental rehabilitation, and the main context and criteria of the review were based on lifelong education for individuals with disabilities. As for the research method, expert consultation was formed based on literature analysis. The contents of the study presented structuring career roadmaps for individuals with developmental disabilities, establishing subject-extracurricular standards for lifelong education curriculum, adult-centered teaching and learning evidence-based practices, job majors, and data-based ILEP document certification. As a result of the study, developmental rehabilitation was valuable as an academic basis for establishing a major foundation for lifelong education for individuals with disabilities, and could be understood as a field deeply applied by convergent nature through special education, rehabilitation science, and social welfare.

Current internet has evolved from the sharing and efficiency aspects of information, it is still vulnerable to the fact that the Internet is not secure in terms of security and is not safe to secure of security mechanism. Repeating patches on continuous hacking are continuously demanding additional resources for network or system equipment, and consequently the costs continue to increase. Businesses and individuals alike are speeding up the damage caused by crime like of ransomware, not jusy simple attacks, and businesses and individuals need to respond to cyber security. In addition, the ongoing introduce of security device, and separate of networks for secure transmission of contents in the existing TCP/IP system, but it is still lacking in security. To complement the security implications of this existing TCP/IP Internet Protocol, we intend to propose a Secure Contents Transport System (SCTS) on the network using the CCN concept.

본 연구는 뇌병변장애인의 고용특성 및 취업 영향요인을 확인하는데 목적이 있다. 연구대상은 317명이다. 분석자료는 한국장애인고용공단의 장애인 고용패널조사 자료를 활용하여 카이스퀘어, 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 변수는 장애건강 요인, 취업관련 요인, 가구관련 요인으로 구성된다. 첫째, 뇌병변장애인 취업집단은 미취업집단에 비해 중증장애, 건강상태가 좋은 경우, 일상생활 도움제공자가 없는 경우, 보조도구가 없는 경우, 고학력, 유자격증, 공공취업서비스 경험이 있는 경우, 주변인 취업알선 받은 경우, 직접 구직 문의 경험이 있는 경우, 유배우자, 비수급자, 가족 취업지지가 높은 경우가 유의미하게 나타났다. 둘째, 뇌병변장애인 취업에 영향을 미치는 요인은 일상생활 도움제공자, 학력, 주변인 취업알선 경험, 배우자, 기초생활보장수급으로 나타났다. 결과를 바탕으로 뇌병변장애인의 취업 활성화를 위하여 일상생활, 교육제도, 사회관계망의 강화와 기초생활보장수급제도의 수정에 대해 제시하였다.

한국 기업과 사회에서 변화하는 문화적 흐름에 따라 유머는 유용한 인상관리 기법이 될 수 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 유머를 성공적인 인상관리 기법으로 활용하기 위하여 이해해야 되는 요소들을 확인하는 것에 있다. 본 연구는 참여적 관찰(participant observation) 과 인터뷰(semi-structured interviews) 를 통한 질적 연구를 진행하였다. 참여자들은 유머를 통한 인상관리가 대부분 유교문화에 기반을 둔 상대적 역할에 맞춰 사용되며, 상급자(superior) 가 더 적극적이고 다양하게 사용한다고 인식하였다. 그러나 상대적으로 젊은 참여자들은 유머가 기업의 역할에서 벗어날 수 있는 독창적인 인상관리 기법이 될 수 있으며, 이 과정에서 유머가 다양한 해석 및 결과를 나타낼 수 있다는 인식이 참여자들에게 불안감과 스트레스를 주는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 유머를 사용할 때 환경과 소통하는 대상의 문화적 성향을 고려하고, 기업들은 효과적인 인상관리 기법에 대한 교육을 도입해야 의도하지 않은 결과를 피하여 긍정적인 결과를 얻을 것이다.

본 연구에서는 현재 우리나라의 지적장애인 대상의 디지털 성교육 콘텐츠 프로그램과 현황을 살펴보고, 이에 따른 디지털 성교육 콘텐츠 구성에 대한 연령별 제안과 피셔의 성교육에 관한 정보 동기 행동 스킬 모형을 인적자원 개발에서 흔히 논의되는 역량(competency)이라는 개념의 모형을 적용 확장하여 성적역량(sexual competency) 이라는 목표 하에서 모형을 제시해 보았다. 또한 이러한 모형과 현황조사를 바탕으로 적절한 디지털 성교육 프로그램 개발을 위한 과제를 제시해 보았다.
