계통분식 코드인 RELAP5/MOD3와 격납용기 분석 코드인 CONTEMPT4/MOD5의 통합코드를 구성하였다. 두 코드는 process제어의 개념을 이용하여 가능한 한 코드의 수정을 최소화하고 각 코드의 특성을 유지시키면서 explicit coupling되게 하였다. 통합코드를 간단한 피동형 계통 분석에 적용시켜 계통과 격납용기의 계산을 동시에 수행함으로써 얻을 수 있는 격납용기-계통 간의 열수력 현상을 파악 할 수 있게 하여줌으로써 피동형 원전의 열수력 분석도구로서 사용할 수 있음을 검증하였다.

This study focused on violent act, such as verbal offensive and other acts of violence such as cyber bullying, personal information infringement. Online bullying is seriously taking place online, as juvenile violence is seriously debated due to recent school violence. In particular, it is necessary to seek countermeasures by considering the nature of cyber violence in cyberspace, particularly when stalking victims in cyberspace have died from stalking. The study examines the problem of defamation and defamation of character and tries to identify problems. Measures were taken to enact cyber defamation laws. To this end, the Commission analyzed cases of defamation and defamation of character and considered legal precedents. The study intends to study cyber defamation and defamation of character. First, I want to differentiate between cyber libel and defamation of character. Second, I intend to raise the need for cyber defamation of cybercrime and consider the offence of contempt for the criminal justice system. Third, seek ways to protect against cyber defamation and defamation of character.

A novel is a conversation between self and the real world. They are not only sensitive act to the real world, but also a pattern of the real through the converse between self and the real world without making the real his own. This analysis on the works of Son and his essence shows that he tried to express his self-denial aesthetics and human-denial aesthetics as well as self-closing aesthetics.

피동형 격납용기 냉각계통 해석을 위하여 격납용기 압력, 온도 과도현상 분석 코드인 CONTEMPT4/MOD5 전산코드에 피동형 격납용기 열전달 모델을 추가하였다. 외부공기의 순환에 의한 철제 격납용기와 차폐건물 사이의 환형 공간의 냉각모델은 자연대류 및 혼합 대류의 기존 실험적 상관식을 사용하였고 상부에서 분사된 물의 증발에 의한 열전달 현상은 analogy 개념을 적용한 질량전달 모델을 도입하였다. 개선된 전산코드로 1000Mwe급 원전의 피동형 격납용기에 대하여 각 실험적 상관식의 차이, 물막의 형성비율, 습식냉각 지연시간 등의 민감도 분석을 수행하였다.

The containment pressure and temperature transient analysis computer code CONTEMPT4/MOD5 is modified to incorporate the passive containment cooling models. The correlations are selected from the existing experimental heat transfer correlations to model the natural and mixed convection in annular space between the containment shell and the shield building. The evaporative heat transfer of the water film on the outer shell of the containment is modeled using the correlations derived from the analogy between the heat and mass transfer. The modified code is applied to the Ap600 containment transient analysis for the model verification and the results are compared to the results of GOTHIC calculation done by Westinghouse. Also, d series of parametric sensitivity studies of heat transfer correlations, water film ratio and delay time of the wet cooling on the containment peak pressure and temperature following LOCA are performed for the containment of 1000MWe passive plant, KP1000.

In contemporary society, shipping and fishery industry tend to use Japanese language or Japanese style terminology extravagantly. It becomes a reason of preventing the communications between crews who have been working for many years and the beginners in the ships. Also the crews cannot easily understand the contents of the manuals that is explained in only Korean language. For this reason, the foreign employee have to study Japanese style terminology before begin start their work. I strongly believe that this is one of the major national contempt. It is reasonable to expel Japanese style terminology from the vessel if possible to enable free communications to each other. I inspected and examined about purification of 125 Japanese style terminology that is already examined in the fishing vessels 11 years ago. So, I expect this paper is a research for the eradication of the Japanese style terminology in the Korean fishing vessels.

According to Kant, morality is an institution that preserves and promotes humanity. However, some pathologies can be found in morality. Nietzsche is the one who severely criticized pathologies of morality, especially in terms of the phenomenon of "self-deception". Those who support Kantian tradition, can also learn from Nietzsche's criticism. But they regard "respect" as the fundamental moral attitude. This is different from Nietzsche's "pathos of distance", which is based on disrespect and contempt.

This paper discusses the late nineteenth-century Korean intellectuals' understanding of Japanese customs on the basis of Ki-Su Kim(金綺秀)'s records. Ki-Su Kim was conservative on his inspection and observation trip to Japan Even though he was loyal to Chinese philosophy, he expressed his great interest when he was reluctant to see the Western technology flowered in Japan because it is not mentioned in Confucianism(朱子學). However, he, like mordern scholars in the later period of the Chosun dynasty, took an objective view of the military matters, such as the military training of soldiers, weapons, and others. On the one hand, he appreciated the western garment in that it, fitting the human body perfectly, makes people comfortable. In the later period of the Chosun dynasty, the Koreans had a sense of their superiority to the Japanese and held them in contempt, which had been rooted in the Japanese invasion of Chosun in the year of Imjin(AD 1592). Even around AD 1870, the Koreans regarded the Japanese as a barbarian or a savage, even though the Japanese had attempted to modernize their country with the introduction of the Western civilization since the renovation of Meizi(明治).

Purpose: This study aims to develop a Korean version of a tool to measure uncivil behavior in clinical training to examine the experiences of nursing students. Methods: The "Uncivil Behavior in Clinical Nursing Education Scale" was developed by Anthony and Yastik in 2011. This study procedure was based on DeVellis' instrument development guidelines. Data were collected from 220 senior-year nursing students from four different universities in four different locations. Two hundreds surveys were analyzed using SPSS software and AMOS. Results: Out of 20 questions, 13 were selected after reviewing the content validity, face validity, construct validity, and reliability. The factors of the Korean version scale were specified as "exclusion", "contempt", and "refusal." The general characteristics of the subjects that showed significant differences in the occurrence of incivility were gender, age, transfer student status, level of satisfaction with clinical training, and level of satisfaction with the clinical training environment. Conclusion: The "Korean-Uncivil Behavior in Clinical Nursing Education Scale" was partially modified to account for differences in language and culture, but its validity and reliability were verified. We suggest that nurse educators and supervisors will be able to better understand the relationship between nurses and nursing students in clinical training.
