자동차 와이어 하네스 피로내구 해석 방법론 및 시험기기 개발 (Development of Analysis Method and Experimental Equipment for Fatigue Durability of Automotive Wire Harness System)

  • 본 논문에서는 와이어 하네스의 피로 내구 수명을 예측하기 위해 와이어, 번들, 실차단계의 유한요소 해석 방법론이 연구되었고 이를 위한 피로 내구 시험 기기가 개발되었다. 와이어 하네스 시스템을 구성하는 5가지 종류의 와이어에 대한 응력-수명 그래프를 얻기 위해 개발된 피로 시험기를 이용하여 반복 굽힘 움직임을 인가하였다. 와이어를 구성하는 도선과 피복의 재료 모델링을 위해 혼합의 법칙이 적용된 등가모델을 이용하였다. 번들 해석과 시험을 통하여 와이어 간의 접촉조건과 번들의 테이핑조건이 정립되었다. 와이어 및 번들 단계의 결과들은 실차 단계의 해석에 적용되었다. 실차단계의 해석을 위해 번들과 그로맷으로 구성된 와이어 하네스 시스템을 수치적으로 모델링 하였으며, 차량 문의 개폐조건이 와이어 간의 접촉조건과 함께 적용되었다. 유한요소 해석을 이용한 실차 모델의 피로 내구 해석을 통해 70만회 이상의 피로 수명이 도출 되었으며, 실차 조건의 시험 결과와비교하여 타당성을 검증하였다.

  • 현재 전차선 높이 및 편위 측정을 위한 측정시스템은 원천기술 자체를 독일, 일본, 프랑스, 이탈리아에서 제품개발 이전에 기술 특허를 출원하여 선점이 되어있어 국내 전차선에 적합하고 정밀도가 높은 기술 개발과 더불어 측정을 위한 원천기술의 자체개발이 필요하다. [1, 2] 따라서, 독자적이고 독립적인 원천기술을 개발하고 객관적 검증을 위해 기초시험과 이미지프로세싱 기법을 이용한 선형화로 원천, 측정기술 확보와 동시에 실질적 기술 검증이 필요하다. 이를 위해 Line Scan Camera 및 시스템 구성 후 시험을 위해 카메라고정과 모의시험을 위해 지그를 제작하였으며 측정된 데이터를 저장하고 Line Scan Camera를 동작하기 위한 프로그램을 개발하여 이를 구현하고자 하였다.

  • GMA용접 공정에서 콘택트팁의 마모가 용접비드에 미치는 영향에 대해서 연구하였다. 콘택트팁과 용접비드 사이의 연관성을 조사하기 위하여 초고속 카메라와 파형분석을 이용하여 용적이행을 관찰하였고, 저 배율의 카메라로 비드의 상태를 관찰하였다. 콘택드팁의 마모는 팁과 용접와이어 사이의 접촉 지점을 변화시켜 결과적으로 불규칙비드를 생성하였다. 이것은 마모된 콘택트팁이 용접시 용접저항의 변화를 초래하여 용접아크 불안정의 원인이 되기 때문이다.

  • In this paper, we introduce the on-line test of the current collection characteristics for HSR 350x(Korea High Speed Train project) that have been performed in the Kyoung-bu high-speed line since 2002. Through the analysis of measured data during on-line test, the variation trend of contact force between pantograph and contact wire of catenary according to the span type, the track conditions and driving patterns is reviewed. In order to analyze the variation trend of contact force, we have checked the span type of catenary in KP 24 - 125 out of Kyoung-bu high speed line and obtained the statistical processing result per each span type. This study shows that the track conditions do not affect on the dynamic performance between pantograph and contact wire catenary, and the span type and the driving pattern are important factors in determining the good interaction between them.

전기철도 팬터그래프-전차선간 이선아크 검측 평가 기술 개발 (Development of an Arc Detector Assessment System by Loss of Contact Between Pantograph and Contact Wire in Electric Railway)

  • The objective of this paper is to discuss technologies on assessing reliability of arc detectors by composing a system that generates and simulates occurrence of arc caused by loss of contact between pantographs and contact wires in a laboratory condition. In order to establish the arc simulator, a device that generates light having the bandwidth of arcs that occur between carbon-metal. The simulator was designed under conditions of EN 50317 and simulations were conducted using the developed device. According to the results, it was possible to conduct certification tests following regulations of international standards and the precision of the simulator was satisfactory. The proposed arc detector assessment system is expected to enhance precision of current collection quality performance assessment methods at high-speed lines and conventional lines while being referred as fundamental technologies for development of detectors suiting international conditions.

고속전차선로의 시공 허용오차가 집전성능에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Effects of Construction Tolerances on the Current Collection Performance for High Speed Catenary System)

  • In this paper, analysis of the effects for construction tolerances on the current collection performance of high speed catenary system. The height of the contact wire is the geometrical position of the cantilever directly affects the current collection performance. Contact force when the height of the contact wire exceeds the construction tolerance were analyzed. As a result, the maximum contact force was analyzed to more than 350[N] that are recommended by EN50119. And when the geometrical position of the cantilever to exceeds the construction tolerance, the analysis results of uplift at the mast support points, it becomes 127[mm] that are recommended by UIC 799. If the construction tolerances exceeds the reference value, the current collection performance is deteriorated. Therefore, catenary system require high precision construction. In the future, there is a need for continuing research on the tolerance of catenary system in the actual operating state.

  • This paper deal with technique of tension length calculation for 350km/h high speed catenary system. Tension length affects in facility investment. Possibility of overlap increasing a tension length and the equipment investor decreases in order to decrease. Considers the parameter which specifies and the grudge which is possible long the fact that decides a tension length is the aim which is important plans overhead contact line. The element which decides a tension length with next following; (i) Operating range of tension device, (ii) Change of the horizontal tension which affects possibility of the effect which operates to the line and span, (iii) Tension of wire material the tensile force which is relation, (iv) Wire thermal expantion which relates with a standard temperature, (v) Curve radius, (vi) Wind velocity, (vii) Thermal range of overhead contact wire and mechanical design of tension mechanism etc.

가선계의 동특성 해석 (A Study on the Dynamic Characteristics of Catenary)

  • In this study, dynamic characteristics of catenary that supplies electrical power to high-speed trains is investigated. A particular emphasis is placed on the effect of droppers on the dynamic response of the contact wire, a dropper is an element that connects the contact wire with the messenger wire so as to maintain near uniform compliance, Finite element model compressing 3 spans is constructed. For the linear model, droppers are modeled as linear springs with various stiffness values. Modal analysis is performed to obtain the natural frequencies and modes and the variation in the modal density distribution for changing stiffness values are noted. Impulse response is also obtained through computer simulation. In practice, dropper is a nonlinear element with low stiffness in compression and high stiffness in tension. Hence, dropper can be modeled as a nonlinear spring with hi-directional stiffness values. Impulse and harmonic responses are obtained for the nonlinear model through simulation. The responses aye also compared with the linear cases.

  • Metal bipolar plate applied to Polymer Electrolyte Membrane Fuel Cell is getting most attractive due to their good feasibility of mass production and low cost. But it is one of the immediate causes of performance decline because it is difficult to reduce channel pitch of metal bipolar plate. In this study, mesh was inserted in between bipolar plate and GDL to obtain uniform contact pressure without reducing channel pitch. The section measuring and performance test were carried out to confirm the mesh structure distributes contact pressure equally in reacting area. The performance of 3 type mesh structures developed in this study were higher than the normal cell at all over the current range. Especially, it showed that the mesh cell performance was increased and pressure drop was decreased with diminishing mesh gap size. The Mesh structure was more sensitive to humidification and contact pressure change than the normal cell.
