고령화 사회(An Aging Society)에서의 소방서비스 문제점 및 개선방안 (Improvement and Analysis of Fire-Fighting Service in an Aging Society)

  • 최근 우리나라는 인구 저출산과 의료기술의 발달, 식생활의 향상 등으로 인구의 고령화가 빠르게 진행되고 있다. 인구의 고령화는 노인에 대한 복지정책 경제적 문제 일자리 창출 등 여러 가지 정책적인 문제들을 야기 시킨다. 소방행정에서는 노인들을 위하여 실버구급차의 운행 등 노인의 특성에 맞추어 서비스를 제공하고 있다. 근래에는 IT 기술의 접목으로 먼저 알아서 찾아가는 서비스를 제공하기도 한다. 소방행정에서 노인들에게 제공하는 서비스를 분석하고 이에 대한 개선 방안을 모색하고자 하는데 본 연구의 목적이 있다.

Ovulated female salamander (Hynobius leechii) respond to water currents

  • To determine whether or not the female Korean salamander, Hynobius leechii, responds to water currents and, if so, whether those responses depend on their reproductive conditions, we evaluated the responses of ovulated and oviposited females to 1-Hz water currents generated by a model salamander with and without the placement of a transparent water current blocker between the model and the test females. The ovulated females responded to water currents by turning their heads toward, approaching, and/or making physical contact with the model. When the water current blocker was in place, the number of salamanders that approached the model was reduced significantly. The approaching and touching responses of ovulated females were greater than those of oviposited females, whereas the other measurements evidenced no differences. None of the responses of the oviposited females to water currents was affected by the presence of the blocker. Our results indicate that female H. leechii responds to water currents via a mechanosensory system.

  • The purpose of this study was to improved the durability of a improved movable weir by replacing the improved movable weir's metal gate with a hybrid steel/glass fiber reinforced polymer composites panel gate. Because the metal gate of a improved movable weir is always in contact with water, its service life is shortened by corrosion. This study made four type of hybrid steel/glass fiber reinforced polymer composites panel gate with different steel gate surface deformation (control, sand blast, scratch and hole), flexural. Fracture properties tests were performed depending on the steel gate surface deformation. According to the test results, the flexural behavior, flexural strength and fracture properties of hybrid steel/glass fiber reinforced polymer composites panel gate was affected by the steel panel gate surface deformation. Also, the sand blast type hybrid steel/glass fiber reinforced polymer composites panel gate shows vastly superior flexural and fracture performance compared to other types.

The Customer Attitude to Airline's Color Image -Focused on the Color Image of Airline Cabin Crew's Uniforms-

  • Purpose - This study was intended to provide implications for the importance of color to airlines where the image customers feel about the business is paramount. The importance of colors shown by the airline crew, an important human resource for airlines as contact workers, was investigated. We wanted to present suggestions by investigating and comparing the difference in customer attitude regarding the color of uniforms of the airline crew. Research design, data, and methodology - A survey was conducted to examine differences in perception of airline uniform color, with the research that suggests that the customer's attitude to uniform color will vary. The difference in the perception of passengers according to the colors of the airline uniforms was determined by conducting an empirical analysis. Results - Customers have a different attitude about the color of the uniform of airline's flight attendants' uniform. Full service airlines (FSC) generally have a bright, calm, neat, and heavy-handed feeling, while low-cost carriers (LCC) have a distinctive, dynamic, energetic, and cheerful feeling. Conclusions - An empirical analysis of the study found that customers' attitudes vary by uniform color for each airline. It has also been revealed that Airline's uniform color can communicate the company's goals it wants to convey.

고효율 세라믹 발열체 제작 및 특성 시험에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Fabrication and Characteristics of Ceramic Heater Apparatus with High Efficiency)

  • 도전성 복합체의 최적 설계 요소와 세라믹 제조기법을 찾고 발열체 제작을 위한 기초기반 기술을 확보하였다. 제품 응용시 세라믹 발열체를 하나의 몸체로 제작하여 접촉 저항을 최대한 줄이면 시스 발열체보다 1.1배 느린 초기 상승 온도 속도를 높일 수 있고, 보온력에서는 SiC계 세라믹 발열체가 시스 발열체보다 약 2.7배 높기 때문에 제품의 사용 기간이 길어질수록 에너지 절감 효과를 얻을 수 있어, 경제성 면에서 대단히 유리하게 평가 된다.

  • 유용한 이메일은 소비자 구매행동에 긍정적 영향을 미치며, 온라인 상점에서 소비자를 구매로 유인하는 수단이 된다. 또한 이메일을 통해 소비자와 정기적인 접촉을 갖게 되면 고객의 충성도가 개선된다. 그러나 이메일에도 한계점이 있다. 통계에 의하면, 이메일의 절반 이상이 스팸이다. 이메일 사용자가 증가함에 따라 과거 몇 년 동안에 스팸이 급속도로 증가하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 그러한 이메일 마케팅의 한계점을 극복하기 위해 온톨로지 접근법을 제안하였다. 본 연구에서 제안한 방법은 스팸 메일을 제거하는데 온톨로지를 활용하는 것이 아니라 개인의 특성과 흥미를 고려하여 개인화 콘텐트를 서비스하는데 온톨로지를 적용하였다. 본 연구에서는 도메인 온톨로지를 개발하였고 기존의 FOAF도 활용하였다. 본 연구의 제안 시스템을 시나리오를 통해 검증하였다.

  • 인터넷을 통한 남북한의 교류협력은 정보화시대에 부응하는 새로운 남북관계의 토대를 마련해 줄 가능성을 내포하고 있다. 인터넷을 통한 교류협력은 직접접촉에 의할 때 수반되는 여러 불편함이 감소되어 교류가 용이하고 비용이 절감됨으로써 남북간 교류협력의 틀을 마련하는데 기여 할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 정보통신부문의 남북 교류협력 동향을 인터넷, 소프트웨어, 통신서비스 중심으로 살펴보고, 이를 토대로 남북한의 교류협력을 위한 Cyber Network 구축방안을 제시하고자 한다.

무선통신을 이용한 위치인식 시스템 개발 (Development of Position Recognition System by Wireless Communication)

  • 본 논문에서는 ZigBee를 기반으로 하는 무선 통신기술을 이용한 위치인식 시스템을 구현하였다. 무선 통신 기술을 이용하여 보다 정밀한 위치정보를 산출하고 위치정보를 서비스하기 위하여 관련 H/W와 S/W를 개발하였다. 위치인식 시스템을 구현하기 위해 스마트 태그(위치단말기), 수신기, 중계기를 개발하였고, 스마트 태그에는 120~130KHz, 13~14MHz, 2.0~3.0GHz의 무선주파수용 태그를 내장하였으며, 수신기 및 중계기는 태그 인식용 무선신호를 송출하여 위치단말기의 액티브 RFID 태그를 인식하는 태그 모듈을 적용하였다. 공동현관 관제기는 스마트 태그를 공동현관 관제기에 가져가면 LAN을 통해 출입통제 서버로 태그 값을 전송하도록 시스템을 구현하였다.

Software-Defined Cloud-based Vehicular Networks with Task Computation Management

  • Cloud vehicular networks are a promising paradigm to improve vehicular through distributing computation tasks between remote clouds and local vehicular terminals. Software-Defined Network(SDN) can bring advantages to Intelligent Transportation System(ITS) through its ability to provide flexibility and programmability through a logically centralized controlled cluster that has a full comprehension of view of the network. However, as the SDN paradigm is currently studied in vehicular ad hoc networks(VANETs), adapting it to work on cloud-based vehicular network requires some changes to address particular computation features such as task computation of applications of cloud-based vehicular networks. There has been initial work on briging SDN concepts to vehicular networks to reduce the latency by using the fog computing technology, but most of these studies do not directly tackle the issue of task computation. This paper proposes a Software-Defined Cloud-based vehicular Network called SDCVN framework. In this framework, we study the effectiveness of task computation of applications of cloud-based vehicular networks with vehicular cloud and roadside edge cloud. Considering the edge cloud service migration due to the vehicle mobility, we present an efficient roadside cloud based controller entity scheme where the tasks are adaptively computed through vehicular cloud mode or roadside computing predictive trajectory decision mode. Simulation results show that our proposal demonstrates a stable and low route setup time in case of installing the forwarding rules of the routing applications because the source node needs to contact the controller once to setup the route.
