The purpose of this study is to find what male consumers value in their clothing behaviors, as well as to investigate how the consumers' shopping values and store VM impact on their clothing purchase behaviors. For data collection, research questionnaires were responded by 202 male students living in Busan. The collected data were analyzed according to the frequency-factor analysis using SPSS for win 10.1 Package, the factor analysis using Varimax, reliability analysis, and multi-regression analysis. The results of this study are as follows; First, the shopping values were composed of hedonic, utilitarian, and economic value, and VM was divided into store facility, store image, layout, and fashion information. Second, multi-regression analysis was conducted to find the impact of consumers' shopping values on their clothing purchase behaviors. The result showed that the hedonic shopping value and utilitarian shopping value significantly affected the consumers' clothing purchase behaviors, while economics shopping value did not show any statistical significance. Third, multi-regression analysis was conducted to find the impact of store VM on consumers' clothing purchase behaviors. The result showed that store image, layout, and fashion information had a significant impact on consumers' clothing purchase behaviors.
The purpose of this study were to investigate: 1) The level of information-processing competencies of children consumers. 2) The differences of information-processing competencises of children consumers according to the cognitive development stage, the variables related to social learning and the socio-ecomonic variables. 3) The independent influences of variables related to information-processing competencies of children consumers. 4) The independent influences of variables related to information-processing competencies of children consumers according to the cognitive development stage. For these purposes, a survey was conducted using questionaires. The questionaires consisted of mother's and child's were distributed to children of second and 6th grade and their mothers of 5 elementary schools in Seoul 634 cases were selected for data analysis. Then, these data were analyzed with statistical methods such as Frequency Distribution, Percentile, Mean, One-way Anova, Scheff -Test, T-Test, Pearson's Correlation and Multiple Regression Analysis. From these finding, the follawing suggestions are made. First, to improve information processing competencies of children consumers, children consumers should be offered the consumer information that is suitable to child's cognitive development stage. Second, the consumer education and learning practical discriminatory competencies on TV ads. should be conducted for children consumers and his mothers. Third, children consumers should have the opportunities to practice as a consumer. The last, children consumers in low-income should be offered the specially educational program.

This study was performed to verify the relationships among selection attribute, restaurant trust, experiential value, and recommendation focusing on sport center consumers. The data were collected from visitors who registered more than three months in the sport center in South Korea. Total 500 survey was distributed and 330 participants were used for further statistical analysis. SPSS 23.0 and AMOS 21.0 for Windows were used for statistical analysis. Five factors of selection attribute (menu, interior, exterior, staff, convenience) were extracted, and measured by using 15 questions. According to the results of this study, interior, exterior, and staff factors have positive effects on restaurant trust, and interior and menu were significant predictors of the experiential value. In addition, present study confirmed the theoretical relationship among trust, experiential value, and recommend intention as perceived by sport center visitors. Although there are many studies which demonstrated the relationships among selection attribute and other outcome variables, little research explained the relationships among the variables from sport center consumers. Therefore, this study will contribute to provide meaningful results and some practical implications for both academia and the related foodservice industry.
Purpose - This study was conducted to present a study on the perception and satisfaction with the brand agricultural products targeted at consumers who use a lot of local products. According to the data of 2011, the total number of the brand agricultural products of Korea is 5,291 with various kinds. Research design, data and methodology - The survey shows that the brand agricultural products are being used by some specific people. However, it can be a useful idea which can help the consumption of brand agricultural products to be expanded if we understand how consumers' recognitions are different between various groups. For an empirical Analysis, the response data of 110 adult patients residing in the metropolitan area were used and conducted with a factor analysis, frequency analysis in order to ensure the validity and conducted a regression analysis and correlation analysis using SPSS statistical program. Results - According to the analysis, it showed consumers with an interest in brand agricultural products are 40-50 age housewives and the middle class of about 5 million won in monthly income more than 3 million won with a college education. As for consumers' purchasing status, all the subjects said that they had experienced buying brand agricultural products and the level of satisfaction for them was very high. Relatively, consumers' satisfaction level with high income and education is high. And recognition of the brand agricultural products was found mainly goes through word of mouth. The age and income are very important factors in customers' repurchase for brand agricultural products. The result of the analysis for the influences on brand agricultural products of customer satisfaction suggests even if the recognitions for safety, quality, and value are vital factors, the recognition of quality doesn't influence on brand agricultural products statistically and significantly. It was analysed if there were any differences between recognitions by group to brand agricultural products, that is to say recognition of safety, quality and value and the result can be summarized as follows. There are all statistical significant differences depending on their age, educational background and income. In the case of 30 or 40 aged, as they got the education level of college and graduate school and earned relatively high income, most customers have positive recognition on the brand agricultural products. This implies the group which can buy and consume the brand agricultural more easily has much more positive recognition. Conclusion - The results of this study shows consumers' brand awareness and satisfaction with brand agricultural products are affected by their age and income level. The purpose of this study is to find the information that can help brand agricultural products markets to be expanded by understanding the factors which encourage consumers to behave repurchase as well as customers' various levels of recognition to the brand agricultural products. The survey says that brand agricultural products are being used by some specific people.

The study investigated the effect of shopping orientations of male and female consumers on the attitude toward sales clerk's service and shopping environments. The subjects of the study were male and female consumers who were residents in Seoul. Among the 400 distributed questionnaires, 364 questionnaires were used for data analysis. Statistical analyses used for the study were cluster analysis, t-test, ANOVA, Duncan's multiple range test, and $X^2-test$. The results showed that shopping orientations of male and female consumers had 6 factors: pleasure, economic, store loyal, planned, convenience, and impulsive. These 6 factors were classified into 5 groups by cluster analysis: pleasure/impulsive group, planned group, economic/ convenient group, planned/store loyal group, and low interest group. In regard to the differences among the five shopping orientation groups, the result showed that the groups were significantly different concerning the attitude toward sales clerk's service and shopping environments. In addition, male and female consumers were significantly different in shopping orientations, and the attitude toward sales clerk's service and shopping environment. For example, female consumers sought more pleasurable shopping while male consumers sought more store loyal shopping. Based on the findings of this study, the marketing strategies can be developed fur the specific segmented groups.
The purpose of this study is to analyze silver consumers' life style, and whether silver consumers ’ life style have an effect on purchase satisfaction and repurchase intention of the health functional foods. To this end, a survey was conducted from May 28 to June 20 in 2007, among silver consumer aged in over 50s, on their purchase experience of the health functional foods. The survey was conducted with 326 subjects, and the statistical analysis methods were frequency analysis, factor analysis, and multiple regression analysis. According to the result of this study, First, the silver consumers' life style factors were determined to be health and leisure pursuit, material pursuit, family pursuit, and outgoing challenge pursuit. And purchase satisfaction factors of the health functional foods were determined to be taking after dosage and service, function and purchase, appearance of health functional foods. Second, silver consumers' family pursuit life style and outgoing challenge life style had an effect on taking and service satisfaction, appearance and products satisfaction of the health functional foods. Third, purchase satisfaction had an effect on repurchase intention of the health functional foods. Therefore, this study is significant in that it clarifies the relation of silver consumers' life style and purchase satisfaction and repurchase intention of the health functional foods.

This study investigated service quality perception, purchase satisfaction, recommendation intention, and switching intention of fashion consumers according to the types of internet shopping malls. The survey was conducted from February 7 to 21 in 2011, and 294 responses were used in the data analysis. The statistical analysis methods were frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, ANOVA, and regression analysis. The result of the service quality perception of internet fashion consumers was classified by site characteristics, reliability, enjoyment, product diversity, responsibility, security, and order convenience. There were significant differences in the site characteristics, reliability, enjoyment, responsibility, and security of service quality perception by the types of internet shopping malls. In addition, the factors of service quality perception that could affect the purchase satisfaction of fashion consumers showed differently according to the types of internet shopping malls. The purchase satisfaction of fashion consumers influenced the recommendation intention in all types of internet shopping malls and the purchase satisfaction influenced the switching intention in fashion specialized internet shopping malls.
In this paper, we estimate consumers' preferences for the key attributes of the future mobile telecommunication terminal using conjoint analysis. For statistical model, we estimate the mixed legit model which can reflect the heterogeneity of consumers' preferences, using the Bayesian approach with Gibbs sampling. The results show that there are large variations in consumers' preferences for the attributes of the future mobile telecommunication terminal, which justifies our using of mixed logit model. Also, the results show that most consumers prefer the medium size display and keyboard as input equipment. Additionally, far from general prediction, the results show that many consumers are indifferent to whether the future mobile telecommunication terminal is able to provide high quality internet service or not, and to operate many application programs and programs originally designed for PC. From those results, we can obtain some important implications for the R&D strategies. Additionally, the results on the heterogeneity of consumers' preferences reveal that it is possible that the complete device convergence may not happen.
This study investigated if there are differences between the effects of lifestyle and personality on consumer complaining behavior between Korea and China. Sample subjects of this study were female college students of Korea(Jeollabuk-do and Jeollanam-do) and China(Yunnan). The questionnaire data from 780 college students were analyzed through the following statistical analyses: a reliability analysis, factor analysis, frequency, mean, and multiple regression analysis. The results of the study was as follows. First, the complaining behavior types of college students were divided into 4 factors: third party, breakaway behavior, compensation claim, and negative word of mouth. Second, significant differences were revealed between the dissatisfaction and the conditions of complaining behavior between Korean and Chinese consumers. Third, significant differences were found which were related to the effects of lifestyle and personality on types of consumer complaining behavior between Korea and China. Fourth, the complaining behavior factors of 'third party' and 'compensation claims' of Chinese consumers were higher than those of Korean consumers; however, the 'negative WOM' of Korean consumers were higher than those of Chinese consumers. Fifth, the lifestyle factors of 'fashion orientation, 'rational orientation' and 'activity orientation' of Chinese consumers were higher than those of Korean consumers. The 'achievement orientation' of Korean consumers was higher than that of Chinese consumers. And the personality factors of 'sense of responsibility' of Chinese consumers were higher than Korean consumers. Finally, 'openness' of Korean consumers were higher than Chinese consumers.
Purpose - This study aims to investigate domestic wine consumption behavior and make future sales strategies and marketing plans. Research design, data, and methodology - To achieve the purpose of the study, the surveys were conducted targeting 350 wine customers in Jeju and Seoul. 331 responses were collected, and out of them, 21 responses were deleted because they lacked the proper information fill in. A descriptive statistical analysis was applied to the remaining 310 responses. The statistical techniques used for carrying out hypothesis-testing are EFA_(exploratory factor analysis), multiple-regression analysis, and moderating effect in SPSS 18.0. Results - The results indicate that fashion oriented, sociality aspiration and rationality seeking lifestyles had significant influence upon internal attributes. However, well-being oriented and having enjoyment oriented lifestyle had no significant influence upon internal attributes. Furthermore, all the types of lifestyles except social aspiration lifestyles had a positive influence upon external attributes, whereas internal or external attributes had positive influence on customer satisfaction. Conclusions - The consumers who experienced wine purchases think wine selection attributes differ before and after experiencing wine drinking, and it shows that the circumstantial variables as purchase situations prove to be important predicted variables in the behavior field of wine consumers. It implies appropriate wine education according to the consuming trend about wine for wine consumers are needed.
