As the paradigm shifts from treatment and provider-centered healthcare to prevention and consumer-centered healthcare, the integration of ICT convergence technology is calling for an era of digital healthcare industry revival in the Fourth Industrial Revolution. It is possible to provide individual customized medical services utilizing various medical data, and it is possible to provide various medical services that transcend time and space through integration with other industries. Such digital healthcare includes health, nutrition, exercise, and patient care, while the digital healthcare industry includes healthcare and IT related to medical devices, medical information systems, and healthcare platforms that can provide personal health and medical information. Due to the social demands of the aging and the increase of chronic diseases, digital healthcare is considered as an important policy in the fourth industrial revolution in Korea. In order for the digital healthcare industry to contribute to the prolongation of human life and the improvement of quality of life, it is urgent to develop related infrastructures, legal institutions, and prepare policies. In addition, it is important to activate convergent education to foster talents who will lead the digital healthcare industry. The purpose of this study was to examine the trends of the digital healthcare industry in the era of the fourth industrial revolution and the direction of government R & D policies, and to derive directions and suggestions for future development.

Healthcare industry is one of the rapidly increasing sphere from high technology IT products and wireless communication. In particular, increase in aging society korea and whole world peoples want to treat whenever and wherever rather than go to the hospital. As a new business concept, machine-to-machine (M2M) communications are born from original telemetry technology with the intrinsic features of automatic data transmissions and measurement from remote sources typically by cable or radio. M2M includes a number of technologies that need to be combined in a compatible manner to enable its deployment over a broad market of consumer electronics. In order to provide better understanding for this emerging concept, the correlations among M2M, wireless sensor networks, cyber-physical systems (CPS), and internet of things are first analyzed in this paper. Then, the basic M2M architecture is introduced and the key elements of the architecture are presented. Furthermore, the progress of global M2M standardization is reviewed, and some representative applications (i.e., smart home, smart grid and health care) are given to show that the M2M technologies are gradually utilized to benefit people's life. Finally, a novel M2M system integrating intelligent road with unmanned vehicle is proposed in the form of CPS, and an example of cyber-transportation systems for improving road safety and efficiency are introduced.

On this research, it were investigated the differences in the well-being trends and the purchase behavior of well-being products by socio-demographic characteristics and other variables. In addition, it were examined the effects of those variables on the satisfaction of life. The following is the summary of the main results. First, female, non-married, consumers living in the southern area of Seoul, and consumers who seek more to well-being information and psychological safety were more likely to follow well-bing trends. In addition, employed, old, and consumers who seek to physical safety, well-being information, and follow well-being trends were more likely to purchase well-being products. Second, the purchase behavior of well-being products impacted the level of life satisfaction, while the well-being trends did not. In addition, married, young, and consumers owing their own house and good health were more likely to show higher level of life satisfaction.

The objectives of the study were to provide the basis for nutrition education for consumers so that they could select nutritious and balanced fast foods and to promote menu items for fast foods franchisers by addressing nutrition and health. Nine franchisers (3 hamburger, 3 noodles and 3 chicken) were surveyed in terms of their nutritional concern for product development, and 360 consumers were interviewed at 36 fast food chains to assess their perceptions of nutrient adequacy of fast foods. The taste of foods was being addressed most when developing menu items in surveyed franchisers but nutrition and variety of menu were being considered least. Hamburger chain franchisers showed greater nutritional concerns in promoting menu items than noodles or chicken chain restaurants. Their nutritional concerns include utilization of nutritional information as promotion of menu item, providing nutrition information of menu item to consumers, and evaluating nutritional balance of their menu items. As a result of INQ evaluation of combined fast food selected by consumers for a meal, the desirable case of both nutritious and adequate in calorie was 14.7%, nutritious but lack in calorie was 44,1%, adequate in calorie was 24.5%, and undernutritious and lack in calories was 21.6%, 45.7% of snack selected by consumers had more calories than needed for a meal.

This paper demonstrates the comparative analysis of the similarity and difference between Medical Subject Headings (MeSH) and social tags. Both types of metadata have the same purpose - that is, succinctly abstracting content of a given document - but are created from heterogeneous viewpoints. The former MeSH terms show the aspects of publication related professionals, whereas the latter social tags are from the perspectives of general readers. When both types of metadata are assigned to the same publications, do they consist of different nomenclatures reflecting the heterogeneous viewpoints or are they similar, since both metadata types describe the same publications? Social tags are also compared with family terms of MeSH terms in the given MeSH hierarchy, so as to understand the specificity of social tags, related to MeSH terms. Lastly, given the fact that readers assign social tags in casual ways without any restricted vocabulary, we tested how many social tags contain consumer health terms, which are familiar to laypeople. Through these comparisons, we ultimately aim to examine how much the highly controlled publication index reflects general readers' cognitive understandings and stress the necessity of general readers' involvement in the publication indexing process.

IHE(Integrating the Healthcare Enterprise)에서는 환자의 전자진료기록 공유를 위하여 XDS.b(Cross-Enterprise Document Sharing.b) 프로파일을 개발하였다. 그러나 XDS.b 프로파일의 Document Source와 Document Consumer는 모바일 환경에서는 사용하기에는 부적당하기 때문에 모바일 환경에서 XDS.b infrastructure에 쉽게 접근할 수 있는 MHD(Mobile access to Health Documents) 프로파일을 개발하였다. 본 논문에서는 전자진료기록 표준인 HL7 CDA 문서 등록을 위한 XDS.b Document Source의 Provide and Register Document Set-b[ITI-41] 트랜잭션과 MHD Document Source의 Put Document Dossier[ITI-65] 트랜잭션을 모바일 환경에서 구현하고 메시지의 크기를 비교하였다. 구현된 결과를 통하여 MHD ITI-65 트랜잭션의 메시지 크기가 XDS.b ITI-41 트랜잭션 메시지 보다 80% 정도 감소함을 알 수 있었다.

The following research aimed to determine the effect of stress among middle school students on their addiction to the Internet. This research's target was a group of male students who had a high probability of getting addicted to the Internet while playing c/t games. The study distributed 357 questionnaires and used 340 copies, which meant discarding 17 copies that were considered inadequate. The research results are as follows: First, there appeared subordinate factors in the stress suffered by the students. These included stress from their families, from conflicts with their teachers, from the living environment, current schoolwork and future course in college, insecurity over their physical appearance, bullying from other students, and relationships with friends. Among these factors, stress caused by conflicts with teachers and family was the most frequently cited, while stress from their friends was the least cited. The motive in using the Internet was found to be bound with several factors. These include: a form of diversion, a way to communicate with others, a means in coping with loneliness, a source of news and information, a form of passing away time, a kind of habit, and others. Among these motives, passing away time and indulging a habit were cited the most, followed by news and information search, and a form of diversion. Second, as a subordinate factor in Internet addiction, the following were cited: formation of tolerance, health issues, occurrence of problems related to daily life, satisfaction or a pleasant sensation, withdrawal, cover-up on the use of the Internet, and formation of virtual interpersonal relationships, and others. Among these, the formation of tolerance came out the highest, followed by health issues, daily life, and problems related to daily life. Third, in terms of the effects of stress on the motive in using the Internet, the research found that the more the students felt stressed out by conflicts with their teachers and family, the more they tended to use the Internet to communicate with others, to cope with loneliness, to obtain newsI and information, to passawaytime, and to indulge a habit Also, the more they felt stressed out by the living environment, the more they tended to use the Internet to communicate with others, to cope with loneliness, and use news and information. The more they felt stressed out by their schoolwork and future course in college, they tended to use the Internet as a form of diversion and to secure news and information. The more they felt stressed out by their insecurity over their physical appearance and being victimized by bullies, the more they tended to use the Internet to cope with loneliness. Fourth, as for the effect of several variables on student addiction to the Internet, the study found that the more students felt stressed out by their living environment, by schoolwork and future course in college, by their physical appearance, and bullying from other students, the more they used the Internet as a form of diversion, a communication tool, and as a means of passing away time or indulging a habit. The study came up with the finding that the more the students used the computer and the Internet, the probability of their getting addicted to the Internet got higher.

Social development as well as the development of consumer electronic devices due to leakage, electric shock or fire, and many are exposed to the risk of leakage currents. In this paper, circuit breakers and circuit analysis and circuit performance, ZigBee-based premises of consumer electronics devices using sensors to monitor the health of the leakage can be presented on how. Performance analysis, the proposed ELB leakage current control system is built into the appliance leakage circuit breaker for each household appliances because the application can check the status of a short circuit, short circuit, over the existing system can be monitored easily.

The purpose of this study was to understand which factors affect on the leisure constraint and leisure attitude of workers, to observe how the factors of leisure constraints affect on the leisure attitude. The subjects of this study were 267 urban workers who are older than 20 years old and resident in Seoul. The periods of this study was from November 15 to December 5. The modified versions of leisure constraint scale and leisure attitude scale were utilized for this study. The results of this study are as follows : First, as a result to compare the average of leisure constraint factors, intrapersonal constraint, which are individual mental status as interest, self-consciousness, uneasiness et at., was founded generally less than interpersonal constraints as personal relationship for leisure activity, or structural constraints as financial, time, information et at., Secondly, it was found that interpersonal constraint was statistically different in age, and that structural constraint was statistically different in sex, education, health status, marital status, income, and career. Thirdly, there were statistically different in cognitive leisure attitude, feeling leisure attitude, and behavioral leisure attitude according to the average monthly income and career. But, it was found that marital status and the five-day workweek system were not statistically different in 3 leisure attitude factors. Finally, 3 leisure constraint factors(intrapersonal, interpersonal, structural) had statistically significant effect on cognitive leisure attitude. Also, intrapersonal leisure constraint and interpersonal leisure constraint had statistically significant effect on feeling leisure attitude and behavioral leisure attitude
