소비자 위험인지가 소비자 만족도에 미치는 영향 -이동전화 사용을 중심으로- (The Effect of Perceived Risks on the Consumer Satisfaction in the Use of Cellular Phone)

  • 본 연구는 이동전화 사용시 소비자들이 느끼는 건강 그리고 경제적 측면의 위험인지 정도를 조사하였고, 이에 영향을 미치는 요인을 조사하였다. 또한, 이동전화 사용시 소비자들의 건강 그리고 경제적 측면의 위험인지 및 관련 변수들이 이동전화 사용 후 소비자 만족도에 미치는 영향을 조사하였다. 연구결과를 요약하여 살펴보면, 첫째, 이동전화 사용과 관련한 건강 그리고 경제적 차원의 위험인지는 결혼한 소비자에게 높았다. 소득수준이 높을 수록 경제적 위험인지는 적게 느끼는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 이동전화에 대한 경제적 위험인지 만이 소비자 만족도에 유의한 영향을 미칠 뿐, 건강에 대한 위험인지 수준은 이동전화 사용 후 소비자 만족도에 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 대체로, 객관적인 정보원천을 이용한 소비자, 이동전화 서비스 업체에 대한 신뢰도가 높은 경우, 이동전화 기능 및 서비스 사용방법에 대한 지식이 높을수록 이동전화 사용 후 소비자만족도가 높은 것으로 나타났다.

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze the needs for managerial service for residents in multi-family housing. For the survey and statistical analysis, the questionnaires from 484 residents and 84 housing managers of multi-family housing within the Seoul metropolitan area were used. The analytical methods adopted in this study were frequency, percentage, t-test, and factor analysis. The results of this study are as follow : (1) Basic services within a multi-family housing included management, minimum residential self governance, basic etiquette, and community program. And additional service were categorized by the health and entertainment program, the consumer service program, the residential life services, the information and financial services program, and the children's program. (2) The favorite needs of residents' additional services were the market news and information, the programs related health, the mail services, the health diagnosis service programs etc. But, housing managers' needs were the market news and information, and the flea market. As to the results analyzing the needs for additional service fir residents, it was found there were differences between residents and housing managers.

인구사회학적 특성에 따른 웰빙식품관련정보의 요구도 (Consumer Needs for Well-Being Food Related Information by Sociodemographic Characteristics)

  • Today, consumers need more information of well-being related food with an increase of interests in health. Thus it is important to understand and provide well-being food related information to consumers. This study was performed to investigate consumer needs for well-being food related information. The needs scores (5-point Likert scale) to well-being food related information were high over all. The highest score was observed in 'disease care and diet therapy' (4.05 point). 'Functionality of well-being food' and 'safety and hazard of food' were followed having high scores (individually 4.00, 3.99 point). Female subjects had higher information needs than male subjects for well-being food related information such as 'balance of diet', 'nutrients' and 'recipe of well-being food'. The needs for well-being food related information increased by age, although subjects who were over 50 had a decrease in information needs. There was a significant positive correlation between the majority of well-being food related information and educational level. Information needs were not significantly different by income. Conclusively, well-being food related information should be provided to consumers according to the individual needs and ultimately consumers will improve their efficiency and satisfaction in using well-being food related information.

서울 일부지역 재래시장의 유전자재조합 콩나물의 판매실태 및 상인과 일부 고등학생의 유전자재조합 식품에 대한 인식도 조사 (Monitoring of Genetically Modified Bean Sprouts at Traditional Markets in Seoul and a Survey of Perception of Traditional Market Merchants and High School Students on Genetically Modified Organisms)

  • The purpose of this study is to monitor genetically modified bean sprouts at traditional markets in Seoul and to investigate perception of traditional market merchants and high school students on genetically modified organisms (GMOs). We analyzed 30 bean sprouts that were selected at 11 traditional markets in Seoul using the method of polymerase chain reaction (PCR). Also, we compared perception of GMOs between merchants (n = 30) and students (n = 126). Knowledge test about GMOs was performed by students. The result of PCR, 16.7% of bean sprouts were confirmed as GM bean sprouts (n = 5). Students had significantly more exposure to information about GMOs than merchants (p < 0.05). Major information sources about GMOs were from mass media (television, newspaper and radio). About half of subjects were not aware that they eat GMOs and GMOs are sold to consumers. Only 17.3% of subjects had constant eating intent for GMOs after perceiving foods that he/she usually eats are GMOs. 51.3% of subjects had willingness to purchase GMOs if GMOs have same quality and lower cost than natural foods. 37.2% of subjects thought that GMOs would be harmful to humans. Students had more positive perception of GMOs' side effects than merchants (p < 0.01). There was no merchant who knew labeling of GMOs. 19.1% of students knew labeling of GMOs. Students' mean percentage of correct answers of six questions about GMOs was 45.2%. Therefore, providing adequate information about GMOs is needed for consumer's choice whether to purchase GMOs or not.

식품산업체의 위기관리 조직 및 위기대응 절차 (Organization of Crisis Response Teams and Operating Procedures for Crisis Response Activities in the Food Industry)

  • Objectives: Promotion of food safety/eradicating adulterated food has been listed as one of the four major issues recently identified for action by the Korean government. Due to the related seriousness, the food industry has been encouraged to take steps to restore consumer confidence. In order to set guidelines for the creation of manuals for the response to a food safety crisis by the food industry, this study provided a suggested organization for a crisis response team and operating procedures for crisis response activities. Methods: The prototypes of an organizational structure and a set of standard procedures for a crisis response system were provided. Results: The results of the study suggested that a crisis response team should be comprised of four divisions of responsibility: information analysis, site response, communication and operational support. The organization chart and the role and functions for each division of the crisis response team should be indicated. Response activities will be more effective when the team features multi-disciplined staffing, such as public relations, food safety/technology/quality, sales/marketing, purchasing, production, distribution/logistics, regulatory affairs/legal, and consumer service specialists. This study created a flow chart for the total crisis response system, which included crisis and normal situations. A crisis response team should be continuously operated for both crisis and normal conditions. This study also suggested a scenario to explain the procedures for crisis response activities. Conclusion: In order to cope more effectively with a food safety crisis, the organizational structure and its functions should be defined clearly, and a detailed set of standard procedures for response activities should be offered.

건강 어플리케이션 비이용자에 관한 연구: 혁신확산이론을 중심으로 (An Analysis of Non-users of Mobile Healthcare Applications: Based on Diffusion of Innovations Theory)

  • 본 연구는 모바일 건강 어플리케이션의 사용을 방해하는 요인을 혁신확산이론에 따라 분석하고자 하였다. 본 연구는 유의적 표집방법에 따라 비수용자(non-adopters)와 사용 중단자(rejecters)로 구성된 대학생을 모집하였다. 연구 참여자는 총 44명으로 남학생 32명과 여학생 12명으로 구성되었으며 서면인터뷰를 실시하였다. 연구 결과, 상대적 유익성, 복잡성, 시험가능성 및 관찰가능성 등과 같은 속성은 건강 어플리케이션의 채택이나 지속적 이용을 방해하는 심각한 요인으로 작용하지 않았으나, 상대적 불이익과 적합성은 커다란 방해요인으로 작용하는 것으로 파악되었다. 본 연구의 결과는 건강 어플리케이션이라는 혁신을 확산시키고 지속적 이용을 장려하기 위해서는, 상대적 유익성이나 복잡성을 개선하기 보다는, 상대적 불이익에 대한 인식을 재고하고 생활 적합성은 강화해야 한다는 점을 시사한다.

병원 정보시스템 아웃소싱 도입의 촉진 요인과 저해 요인에 관한 연구 (A Study on Facilitators and Inhibitors to the Introduction of Outsourcing in the Hospital Information Systems in Korea)

  • Objectives : This study was conducted to investigate the current status of outsourcing in Korean hospital information systems and the factors influencing its introduction. Methods : The authors surveyed 136 hospitals located in Seoul and its surrounding vicinities from June 7 to June 23, 2006. The facilitators and inhibitors to outsourcing in hospital information systems were derived from literature and expert reviews. Multiple logistic regression analysis was applied to identify the major influencing factors on outsourcing in hospital information systems. Results : Eighty-six (63.2%) of the 136 hospitals surveyed, which were mainly tertiary hospitals, responded to using outsourcing for their hospital information systems. "Hardware and software maintenance and support," "application development," and "management of service and staff" were the major areas of outsourcing. Outsourcing had been employed for $4\sim7$ years by 45.5% of the hospitals and the proportion of the budget used for outsourcing was less than 20%. A need for an extension in outsourcing was agreed on by 76.5% of the hospitals. The multiple logistic regression analysis showed that both consumer satisfaction and security risk have an influence on hospital information system outsourcing. Conclusions : Outsourcing in hospital information systems is expected to increase just as in other industries. One primary facilitator to outsourcing in other industries is consumer satisfaction. We found that this was also a facilitator to outsourcing in hospital information systems. Security risk, which is usually considered an inhibitor to information technology outsourcing, was proven to be an inhibitor here as well. The results of this study may help hospital information systems establish a strategy and management plan for outsourcing.

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify the knowledge structure of health information (HI) for chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Methods: Keywords or meaningful morphemes from HI presented on five health-related websites (HRWs) of one national HI institute and four hospitals, as well as HI needs among patients presented in nine literature, were reviewed, refined, and analyzed using text network analysis and their co-occurrence matrix was generated. Two networks of 61 and 35 keywords, respectively, were analyzed for degree, closeness, and betweenness centrality, as well as betweenness community analysis. Results: The most common keywords pertaining to HI on HRWs were lung, inhaler, smoking, dyspnea, and infection, focusing COPD treatment. In contrast, HI needs among patients were lung, medication, support, symptom, and smoking cessation, expanding to disease management. Two common sub-topic groups in HI on HRWs were COPD overview and medication administration, whereas three common sub-topic groups in HI needs among patients in the literature were COPD overview, self-management, and emotional management. Conclusion: The knowledge structure of HI on HRWs is medically oriented, while patients need supportive information. Thus, the support system for self-management and emotional management on HRWs must be informed according to the structure of patients' needs for HI. Healthcare providers should consider presenting COPD patient-centered information on HRWs.

고령친화 용품의 소비와 관련된 노인 소비자 행태 특성 -대구시를 중심으로- (The Characteristics of Elderly Consumer Behaviors in the Consumption of Aging friendly products)

  • 본 연구는 노인소비자 특성을 인구사회학적 기준에 따라 실증적으로 분석함으로써 고령친화 산업을 준비하는 기관과 기업체에 유익한 정보를 제공하고자 한다. 이 연구에서는 노인들의 제품 선호도, 제품 선택 기준, 제품 구입자, 선호하는 매체를 연령, 성별, 월 소득수준, 교육수준을 기준으로 설문조사하였다. 1차 조사는 2008년 5월27일부터 6월 5일까지 노인 600명을 대상으로 조사하였다. 1차 조사 후 노인들과 젊은 층과 비교해보기 위해 동년 7월 27일부터 8월 7일까지 400명을 대상으로 2차 조사를 추가로 실시하였다. 1차조사결과 노인소비자들이 제품을 선택하는 기준은 기능적인 면을 가장 많이 고려하였고 제품 구입은 본인이 직접하는 경향이 높았으며 가장 선호하는 매체는 TV였다. 노인소비자들은 건강에 관련된 제품에 높은 관심을 가지고 있었다. 남성노인들은 여성노인들에 비해 레저스포츠 및 여행 상품을 많이 선호하였다. 2차 조사에서는 노인과 비노인을 비교하였는데 제품선호도, 선택 기준에서 연령에 따라 차이가 있었다. 연구 결과를 통하여 노인소비자들의 특성을 분석하면 첫째, 노인소비자들을 위한 제품은 기능적인 면을 갖추어야 한다. 둘째, 노인소비자들은 경제적인 면에서 주도적이고 능동적이며 사회적인 면에서 독립성이 강한 경향이 있다. 셋째, 노인들은 건강관련 제품을 선호하였고 노인소비자에 대한 마케팅 계획에는 성별, 교육수준, 월소득 수준과 같은 배경정보에 대한 사전 조사가 필요하다. 앞으로 노인소비행태에 영향을 주는 다양한 변인에 대한 연구가 지속적이고 심도 있게 이루어지는 것이 필요하고 노인소비자 시장을 겨냥한 중장기적인 계획이 필요하리라 판단한다.

  • 스마트폰의 급격하나 보급과 사용으로 인해 모바일 결제 시스템에 대한 사용자의 소비 수요가 발생하였다. 이에 발맞추어 IT 기업들이 모바일 결제 시스템 사업에 참여하므로써 새로운 시장이 확장되고 있다. 뿐만 아니라 모바일 결제 시스템은 결제 뿐만 아니라 단말기의 다양한 앱과 연동되어 더 나은 서비스를 지원하게 되어 사용자로 하여금 사용의 편의성을 극대화하고 있다. 하지만 모바일 결제 시스템으로 인해 결제의 편리성은 증대되었지만 그에 비례하여 보안의 취약점도 증대되고, 스마트폰 사용자들이 모바일 결제 시스템을 사용하는데 두려움을 갖고 있다. 본 논문에서는 모바일 결제 시스템인 삼성페이와 애플페이의 결제 기술을 살펴보고, 각 모바일 결제 시스템의 보안 취약점을 소개하고, 그 대안을 제시하고자 한다.
