쇠고기 원산지 이미지가 소비자 품질지각, 태도 및 구매의도에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Country-of-origin image of Beef on Consumer's Quality Perception, Attitude and Purchase Intention)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 쇠고기 원산지 이미지가 소비자 품질지각, 태도 및 구매 의도의 효과를 조사하는 것이다. 실증 분석 대상자는 서울 지역 소재인 쇠고기를 구매한 경험이 있는 일반인을 대상으로 2010년 12월 27일부터 2011년 1월 10일까지 15일 동안 300부를 배포하여 불성실한 설문 56부를 제외한 244부를 분석 자료로 사용 하였다. 첫째, 쇠고기 원산지 이미지는 소비자들의 품질지각, 태도 및 구매 의도에 유의한 영향 관계를 가진다. 둘째, 소비자들의 품질지각은 소비자 태도 구매의도에 정의 영향 관계를 가진다. 셋째, 소비자의 태도는 구매 의도에 정의 영향 관계를 가진다. 따라서 본 연구의 결과, 쇠고기 원산지에 대한 국가 이미지가 소비자 품질지각, 태도 및 구매의도 모두 유의한 영향 관계가 있는 것으로 판단되며, 아래와 같이 시사점을 제시하고자 한다. 본 연구에서는 쇠고기의 원산지 이미지를 향상시키기 위해서 쇠고기를 친환경적으로 사육하고, 정기적인 검진 통을 통하여 위생적이고 안정적인 제품 생산을 하고 이에 적극적인 홍보 활동을 강화함으로써 쇠고기 이미지를 증대 시킬 수 있는 방안을 마련해야 할 것이다.

Diagnosticity of Product Names and Product Evaluations in M-Shopping

  • With the limited product information available in the m-shopping context, product-naming strategies affect consumer choices by expressing the key product features or the brand's images. Given the increasing dominance of the mobile commerce in consumption across various product categories, few studies have examined the role of product naming in consumer choices in the m-shopping. In filling the research gap, this study empirically analyzes the influence of the perceived diagnosticity of product names in m-shopping on consumer attitude towards the product. Moreover, the study tests the moderating influences of the individual characteristics of consumers (i.e., age, gender, and m-shopping experience) in the dynamics of the perceived diagnosticity impacting the product evaluations. The results of the study using an online survey reveal that the perceived diagnosticity of the product names significantly increases consumer attitude towards the product. Additionally, the moderating effects of gender, age, and m-shopping experience are all found significant: (1) The positive influence of the perceived diagnosticity of the product names is greater for males than for females. (2) The older the respondent, the more statistically significant the positive influence on diagnosticity. (3) The more respondents having m-shopping experience, the more positive the impact of the diagnosticity. Implications and limitations of the study are discussed.

전남지역에서 신뢰, 지식, 낙관성, 위험과 편익이 유전자 변형 음식에 대한 태도에 미치는 효과 측정 (Measuring the Effects of Trust, Knowledge, Optimism, Risk and Benefits on Consumer Attitudes toward Genetically Modified Foods in the Jeonnam Area)

  • The purpose of this study was to measure the effects of trust, knowledge, optimism, risk and benefits on consumer attitudes toward genetically modified foods. A total of 326 questionnaires were completed. Moderated regression analysis was used to measure the relationships among the variables. The analysis results for the data indicated a good model fit in Model 2 rather than Model 1, in which the direct effects of trust, optimism and benefits had statistically significant direct effects on the respondents' attitudes toward genetically modified foods, while the direct effects of knowledge and risk were not statistically significant. As expected, the interaction term of risk and benefit had a significant effect on consumer attitude. Moreover, the effect of risk on consumer's attitude toward genetically modified foods was statistically significant at all levels of benefit, except at the lower benefit level. Finally, the results of this study indicated that genetically modified food developers and marketers should attach importance to the interaction effect of benefits to understand the elements of market demand and customer loyalty.

스마트폰 기반 멀티스크리닝과 모바일 비디오 광고태도: 매개효과 검증 (Untangling the Way Smartphone-based Multiscreening Influences Attitude toward Mobile Video Advertising)

  • 본 연구는 스마트폰 기반 멀티스크리닝(multiscreening)이 모바일 비디오 광고태도에 미치는 영향과 더불어 관련 작용기제를 탐색하는 것을 주요 목적으로 한다. 작용기제의 탐색을 위해서 모바일 비디오 광고태도에 미치는 스마트폰 기반 멀티스크링의 영향력이 소비자의 지각된 광고정보성과 광고침입성에 의해 매개되는지를 검증하였다. 온라인 설문(n=155) 결과는 스마트폰 기반 멀티스크리닝이 모바일 비디오 광고태도에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤으며, 두 변인의 관계성은 모바일 비디오 광고에 대한 소비자의 정보성 인식을 통해 부분매개(partial mediation)되는 것으로 나타났다. 예상과 달리 지각된 침입성의 매개효과는 검증되지 않았다.

The Influence of Experience in Well-being branding on Brand Attitude and Repurchase Intent

  • In Korea, where the residential environment of well-being has been especially developed, marketing using well-being brands has been actively carried out, and more recently, there has been a growing interest in the well-being brand experience and the correct understanding of consumers' perceptions and attitudes. This study was intended to reveal that the experience of well-being brands increases the attitude and confidence of brands, and consequently positively acts on the intention and loyalty of purchasing them. First of all, the well-being brand experience not only works positively on brand trust and attitude, but also raises the intention of buying again. Second, well-being brand trust is showing a positive effect on brand attitudes and intent to buy back. Third, the well-being brand attitude turned out to have a positive effect on the intention of repurchase. Unlike conventional well-being brand-related research, this study focuses on brand experience, so it provides a new understanding of well-being brand experience and consumer psychology and behavior in well-being brand marketing. Thus, adding a new perspective to existing well-being brand research, the company's perspective provides practical implications that should be considered for successful well-being marketing.

소비자의 保險에대한 태도와 만족, 불만족에 관한 연구 (Consumer's Evaluating Attributes and Satisfaction/ Dissatisfaction of Life - insurance)

  • The purposes of this study are 1) to explore the evaluating attribute of family life- insurance 2) to examine the relationship between evaluation attribute variables and level of consumer satisfaction/ dissatisfaction (CS/D), and 3) to investigate the sociodemographic variables and psychological variables which influence the purchase of life-insurance. The data used in this study include 432 households of 208 life-insurance purchasers and 224 non-purchasers Statistics used for the data analysis are x2, factor analysis, multiple regression and a discriminant analysis. The resulting major findings are as follows; 1) The evaluating attributes are saving function, convenience. economic payoff, safety for future accident, agreement of insurance, and reputation of brand. 2) Among these factors. the most important factors. in CS/D of life-insurance are saving function, and reputation of brand. 3) the purchase of life-insurance has been influenced by such sociodemographic variables as husband's age , family income, and family life-cycle. Psychological variables such as attitude of life, perceived risk, consumer attitude about insurance business did not influence the purchase of life -insurance significantly. As mentioned above, we can conclude that Korean purchasers of life-insurance are using irrational evaluating attributes. Therefore more education of the consumers and more information about life-insurance purchases are necessary. Especially low-income households and first step of family life-cycle families are turned out to need more education as well as more information.

의료기관의 사회적 책임활동에 대한 종사자의 수용태도에 관한 연구 (A study on the hospital employee's attitude towards CSR)

  • The researches on corporate social responsibility(CSR) focused mostly on its effects on financial performance or consumer's behavior. However relatively few studies have dealt with employee's attitude towards CSR. The purpose of this study is to analyze determinants of hospital employee's attitude towards CSR. The data were collected from 163 employees at a general hospital in Gyeonggi-do from June 18 to July 18 in 2012. For the statistical analysis of data, t-test, ANOVA, and hierarchical multiple regression analysis were implemented. The result of hierarchical multiple regression analysis shows that first, perceived management support and direct benefits were positively related to the attitude towards the acceptance of CSR while interruption of work was negatively related. Second, as interruption of work was controlled, the statistically significant relationship between clinical department and attitude towards the acceptance of CSR was disappeared. In order to accommodate CSR in hospitals, first, the enterprise-wide support is more effective rather than expecting the action of each employee. Second, hospitals should provide the education about CSR to let employees expect direct benefits such as improving of their moral sense. Third, the burden of work causing interruption needs to be managed to cause employees to accept CSR.

성인여성의 쇼핑성향과 샵마스터의 태도에 대한 반응 연구 (A Study on Adult Women′s Clothing Shopping Orientation and Response to the Shop-master s Attitude)

  • The study is designed to classify consumer groups based on their clothing shopping orientation and to examine the relationship among clothing shopping orientation, satisfaction to the shop-master, and factors of the shop-master's nature to understand clothing shopping orientation of women from 18 to 35. The final analysis was performed with 447 (consumers) ailed 336 (shop-masters) pieces of questionnaire. The data was analysed with SAS statistics package. The results of this study are as follows : 1. Clothing shopping orientation were composed of four dimensions : recreational shopping orientation, convenience/economic shopping orientation, store/brand loyalty shopping orientation, and shopping confidence. 2. In the satisfaction to the shop-master, the consumer was not satisfied by the appearance, product-presentation, and consumer-management of the shop-master but kindness, trust, and product-explanation by the shop-master. The shop-master guessed that consumers were completely satisfied. 3. The consumer had an influence on product-understanding, response, and consumer-understanding of the shop-master, and the shop-master guessed that consumers had an influence on every thing of shop-master. 4. The more consumers were store/brand loyal, the more they were satisfied with tole shop-master, and had an influence on the factors of the shop-master's nature. But consumers were confident on the shopping, were not shown to be significantly different in the satisfaction of the shop-master and the factors of the shop-master's nature.

포스트 모더니즘 의류광고에 대한 소비자 반응연구 (A Study on Consumer's Response for Post-modernism Fashion Advertisement)

  • The fashion advertisement is communication method between clothing and consumer. The development of mass communication accelerated that In modern society Post-modernism advertisement is a specialized and separated from so it confuses the consumers who are used in traditional AD. The peculiarities (non-form, destruction of description, compound of genre, mixing of reality and fiction) are more reflected in fashion advertisement. The sample consisted of 425 mail and female and the results were analyzed using frequency and percentage calculation Close tabs T-Test Oneway Anova Factor analysis Chi-square Test, Regression, Correlation Analysis. The result of this study were as follows: The post-modernism fashion ad is the separated and reflected from for young age's favorite. By the factor analysis of consumer response in each 5 emotional factors proved to be valid ones(fine, negative, sexual, stimulative, constructive aspects.) The fine and negative aspects of the factors are very concerned with the consumer's favorite attitude of fashion ad. There is no significant difference in age job but sex has a significant difference. In according to the method of the ad expression consumer's acceptance is difference in sex. There were no significant concern with excess effects and purchase intend in fashion advertisement.

  • The purpose of this study was designed to investigate if self-monitoring variable among various individual trait theories and demographic variable would be variables which can explain about the importance differences of consumer service level of retailing in the garment product. The survey was conducted from Feb, 6 to 16, 2002. For this survey, the 118 data were analysed with spss window 9.0 version and Cronbach's, Factor analysis, one-way ANOVA, Duncan test, Frequency, mean, percentage were applied. The results of this study were as follows; 1. Consumer service was classified in attitude/confidence/expert knowledge of salesperson, product display, product information, product assortment, shopping environment, lighting setup. 2. As a result of analyzing the importance differences per consumer service dimension depending on self-monitoring levels, it was not significant differences. 3. As a result of analyzing the importance differences per consumer service dimension depending on demographic variables, it was not significant differences.
