Usually, processing whole project or a part of frame work delays due to acceleration, changing orders, management, characters of project. overtime, worker crowding, early occupation in the field of construction. Through a whole project, these factors cause decreasing construction labor-productivity which is the most dependent in business of construction. These kind of decreasing of construction labor-productivity cause many negative effects, just as extension of time, increasing cost in project of construction. Regardless of characters of construction or decreasing labor-productivity, extension of time is a incident which needs acceleration, also it cause a high possibility of claim and dispute. The productivity has just a broad meaning in business of construction. That's why it's difficult to apply in the field of construction. Especially, factors increasing or decreasing labor-productivity is defined by analysis of working as qualitative and outlined evaluation. However, study of the each factor decreasing construction labor-productivity analysis has not researched, because of difficulty of systematic measurement and management. The existed studies about management of productivity are just focused on estimation of productivity, not on evaluation of productivity. It was true that I couldn't examine clearly about the analysis of how much important per each the factor which have influence on labor-productivity because of the characteristic as qualitative that the labor productivity have On this study, i tried to get the factors decreasing of labor- productivity with gathering opinions of panels of expert's studies about the factors decreasing of labor-productivity on project of construction through Delphi method and i evaluated the result factors as quantitatively and subjectively about importance of factors decreasing construction labor-productivity Analysis, using AHP Method by Saaty. Also, using Delphi and AHP method, 1 suggest substantiated method qualitative factors are measured by quantitative criteria.

This study compared the labor productivity of the construction industry to the manufacturing and service industries. In addition, It analyzed the construction labor productivity gap of the G7 countries based on data from the Korean Productivity Center. A comparative analysis of construction labor productivity between manufacturing and service industries, based on statistics from the National Statistical Office, revealed a relatively low level and trend of continued decline. In addition, a comparative analysis of the productivity of construction workers in the major G7 countries found that the difference in productivity is very large, with an average of 65.3 %. Therefore, domestic construction companies and the government should prepare Improvement measures to improve productivity by investing in technology development to increase labor productivity and improving the production system of the construction industry.

This study aims to systematically identify direct and indirect factors that influence labor productivity and to build a model that mathematically quantifies them so as to efficiently manage and increase labor productivity in the construction work. This study was performed based on the productivity model for workers in reinforced concrete construction projects, because it aims to establish a general construction labor productivity model that reflects many factors that influence labor productivity. Using statistical analysis, we found that the components that significantly influence productivity were the worker component, the work characteristic component, the work technique component, the work management component, the equipment & materials component, and the work guide component, while the work delay components did not significantly influence productivity. In addition, a priority analysis was performed based on the components that showed statistically significant effects. The results of the analysis indicated that the influence of work management component and the work technique component is more than that of the worker component and the work characteristic component. The construction labor productivity model that was formulated in this study could be used for the determining the standard productivity during the initial planning stage, so the best strategy for increasing labor productivity could be formulated.

Labor productivity issues within the construction industry are receiving increasing attention. With the improvement in the standard of living, domestic laborers are avoiding 3D(Difficult, Dirty, and Dangerous) jobs by degrees. Because of this situation, the problem of insufficient labor is exacerbating in several basic industries. In particular, insufficient labor is a serious problem in the construction sector, where the workers are ageing and labor costs are increasing. In this study, we adopt a systematic approach to identify factors that influence labor productivity and analyze the causality between the factors and their ripple effects with the aim that the results of the study will help improve labor productivity and ensure its effective management. The established labor productivity model using systems thinking will get a footing in the greatest strategy in the construction industry.

Improving productivity in industries is a very critical issue, and improving labor productivity is especially important in construction industry, which is a labor-intensive industry. However, researches on labor productivity in construction industry are insufficient, and most of previous studies have limitations in terms of specificity and logic. In this study, fuzzy DEMATEL method was used to structural analyze of influence factors for labor productivity in construction industry based on previous researches and expert survey. The result of this study contributes to deriving priorities for improving labor productivity.

Construction industry still requires a lot of laborers to perform a project despite of advance in technologies, and improving labor productivity is an important strategy for successful project management. Since repetitive construction works exhibits learning effect, understanding laborers' learning phenomenon therefore allows managers to have improved labor productivity. In this context, previous research efforts quantified individual laborer's learning effect, though numerous construction works are performed in group. In other words, previous research about labor learning assumed that sum of individual's productivity is same as group productivity. Also, managers in construction sites need understanding about group learning behavior for dealing with labor performance problem. To address these issues, the authors investigate what variables affect laborers' group level learning process and develop conceptual model as a basic tool of productivity estimation regarding group learning. Based on the result of this research, it is possible to understand forming mechanism of learning within the group level. Further, this research may contribute to maximizing laborers' productivity in construction sites.

Process management of reinforced concrete construction that many labor quantity and cost is put at a construction site is very important and gives a lot of influence on the subsequent process. Thus, there will be only used as a useful tool for process control by medical facilities and trend analysis of the flow of the process by the amount of labor input and productivity in reinforced concrete construction. productivity by type and quantity, and comparative analysis. In addition, it is necessary to calculate the standard of estimate and real commitment to labor productivity by type and quantity, and comparative analysis.

The purpose of this study is to clarify the reality of labor and capital productivity in the construction industry through an industry-level approach and to analyze the relationship between labor and capital productivity using a Cobb-Douglas production function. According to the research results, the construction industry has shown a very high capital productivity, while labor productivity has kept up a low level during the 1980s and 1990s. The reason was because of the lack of skillful construction workers and the decrease of capital. Meanwhile, the construction productivity has greatly increased since 2000 when there was no change in wages. This was because of a large inflow of low-wage foreign workers while the amount of value added has dramatically increased due to the liberalized sale price of apartment buildings. According to the analysis by the Cobb-Douglas production function, the elasticity coefficient of V/L to K/L in the construction industry had decreased from 1.1663 in the 1st period(1971-1988) to 0.4465 in the 2nd period(1989-1997), and to 0.1664 in the 3rd period(1998-2003). Such a result means that the allocation of labor has gradually increased while the allocation of capital has decreased. Moreover there was a big increase in allocation of labor after 1998 due to the excessive deterioration of capital. In conclusion, in order to raise the construction productivity and to avoid labor-intensive production methods, investment for capital should be more increased. In particular, new machinery and equipment that can actually substitute human labor in construction sites should be more developed and applied to construction sites.

Traditionally, the construction industry has shown low labor productivity and productivity growth. To improve labor productivity, it must first be accurately measured. The existing method uses work-sampling techniques through observation of workers' activities at certain time intervals on site. However, a disadvantage of this method is that the results may differ depending on the observer's judgment and may be inaccurate in the case of a large number of missed scenarios. Therefore, this study proposes a model to automate labor productivity measurement by monitoring workers' actions using a deep learning-based pose estimation method. The results are expected to contribute to productivity improvement on construction sites.
