This study has provided the answer which construction companies to make complete competitive factors for sustainable growth in construction industry with to 21C environment changes. So the purpose of study is to provide a guideline for establishing the strategy of existence and growth. In order to carry out this purpose of study, above all after has been reviewed Quality Management by considering the characteristics of construction companies, TQM component and business performance, the study has been made a close inquiry in causal relationship between TQM component(leadership, participation, education-training) and business performance(safety) in construction industry. The result of the study can be summarized as follows : First, a test was conducted to whether TQM component(participation) has a significantly positive effect on business performance(safety). Second, it was found that there was a positive casual relationship between each of the TQM factors and business performance(safety). TQM(Total Quality Management) factors had great influences on the business performance of construction companies. So construction companies needed to make continuous efforts to enhance the business performance through TQM approach.

Nowadays, most domestic construction companies are concentrating their interests on IT areas, so a variety advanced techniques such as CRM, SCM, ERP have been adopted by them. this is one of the ways to survive in the domestic market. It is the current tendency in the construction business. But, Home Pages of domestic construction companies are composed of simple structures which are limited to simple advertisements of each company or simple system application. It has been reported that customers are still maintaining low participation in this situation. This study first will analyze implementation situations in other business area's and survey people's opinions in construction-related areas. Then we will provide basic data for web-site's stimulation of construction companies.

Credit evaluation by domestic financial institutions on Korean construction companies has had many problems with its tools and criteria ignoring the industrial characteristics. This study develops the DCiF(discounted cash inflow) model as a solution and discusses its usage in construction financing. It also examines the significance of the DCiF indices through regressions and statistical comparison with the other credit evaluation estimates. The results show its clear significance and consistent fitness. Based on the empirical results, implications and methodology are provided for the effective use of the indices in credit evaluation on the construction companies.

This study analyzes patents related to oil diagnosis of construction equipment. Oil diagnosis is extremely important for maintaining construction equipment properly. Through the evaluation of existing patents, a patent strategy for the future construction equipment market is presented. The related patents are classified and selected in several steps. Finally, 16 valid patents are selected and analyzed in detail. In the classification process, patents are classified by country, year, and company. A market analysis shows that the top 10 companies have a market share of more than 50. In addition to patents related to the oil analysis of construction equipment, patents related to automobile oil analysis and development of oil sensors are investigated to identify the contents of patents in other fields that can be applied to oil diagnosis technology for construction equipment. Moreover, not only the contents of research articles of two Korean construction companies, but also the research trends in the literature in this field are used in the analysis. The related patents of the two Korean companies are few. Companies with a high market share, including Caterpillar, hold many patents, and patents for diagnosis algorithms using such technologies as artificial intelligence and artificial neural networks, along with oil sensor-based condition monitoring technology, are gradually expanding.

The construction engineering field is less than $3\~5\%$ of the gross construction cost but engineering's role is very important because the performance of final facility is decided in the engineering stage. Nevertheless, before now government and private compares are more concentrated on construction works than making strategy to strengthen the competitiveness and technical development of investment in construction engineering sectors. Therefore this research have compared and analyzed the competitiveness of domestic construction engineering companies throughout analytic method 'SWOT' to those developing countries, which are potential big market objects, such as Russia Libya and Indonesia Such research was obtained through business trip & consultation with related specialists for the difficulties of domestic companies in advancing into overseas market. Moreover this research have analyzed the technical improvement of construction engineering companies and reason for competitiveness weaken by various aspects, it provides governmental and private plans to advance into overseas market Especially, to strengthen domestic companies into advancing overseas market it has suggested that tax & subsidy privileges, supporting plans for obtaining information of overseas and strategies cooperation with other organizations.

Construction companies economic to lighten the restrictions on safety education and training due to the domestic recession as long as the global downturn. With this, the Korean government restrictions, but the incidents are being sharply increased nowadays. The construction industry hazardous than any others, so, they insist to reinforce the training for incidents prevention, to be disregarded at the subcontractors of the bigger construction companies problems. According to these matters, this study hereby surveyed regarding their suggestions for the improvements of the training concepts through questionnaires below.

In these days, international construction market including construction companies has much grown due to globalization and economic boom in the mid 2000's. The size of international construction market, measured with overseas revenue of 225 construction firms, has expanded 2.7 times from 2003 to 2008 according to the ENR. However, after the global financial crisis of 2008 it has faced condition of low growth. In this research, major changes of international construction market and top contractors have been studied. In this study, changes of international construction market have been analyzed in the aspect of region and product including general buildings, transportation, petroleum, etc. Then, in order to find the changes of top contractors which obtained good accomplishment, business performance of companies have been examined by the compound annual growth rate, profit margin and international revenue by comparing the data before 2008 and after. The purpose of the study is to understand major changes of international construction market. Also, strategy changes of top contractors against market stagnation, profit depreciation, high competition have been inferred through the study. The result of the study would contribute to analyzing the strategies of construction companies in international market.

The aim of this article is to determine the influence of factors on the capital structure of construction companies listed on the Hanoi Stock Exchange. The data of the article were collected and calculated from the financial statements of 54 construction companies listed on Hanoi Stock Exchange from 2012 to 2019. With the application of E-view software in quantitative analysis to build panel data regression model (panel data), the article has built a regression model to determine the relationship of intrinsic factors affecting the capital structure of construction companies listed on Hanoi Stock Exchange. In the study, dependent variable is capital structure, determined by the debt-to-equity ratio. Profitability, coefficient of solvency, size, loan interest rate, structure of tangible assets, and growth are independent variables. The results showed that the two factors of growth and firm size positively affect the capital structure, the profitability factor has the opposite effect on capital structure. Factors of short-term debt solvency, average loan interest rate and tangible asset structure have no correlation with capital structure. The findings of this article are useful for business administrators, helping business managers make the right financial decisions to make capital structure decisions in their own conditions.

An objective of companies' existence is to make profits and grow steadily. Judging what is reasonable or excessive profit for an industry or a company by a profit figure is practically impossible because it is a matter of value judgement not just fact judgement. But recently construction companies' profit level is under severe argument. The objective of this study is to investigate the level of construction companies' profit level and compare it with other industries in order to identify facts and characteristics in relation to construction companies's profit level.
