사상인 식이법이 8체질 식이법의 형성에 미친 영향에 대한 고찰 (A Study on How Sasang Constitutional Diet Influenced the Formation of Eight Constitutional Diet)

  • 1. Objectives: This study intends to identify the contents of Sasang Constitutional Diet through a book by Lee Je-Ma, to review the implied contents, and to analyze the influence of this information and principles on the formation of Eight Constitutional Diet. 2. Results and Conclusions: 1) The Sasang Constitutional Diet was systematically established by Lee Je-Ma, and is composed by the principles of 'food is on different from medicine(食藥同源)', principles of 'reinforcement of one organ(一臟補强)', principles of 'should not be mixed(混用不可)' and principles of 'food abstinence'(飮食節制)'. 2) The Eight Constitutional Diet has already been studied before 1962, and "Classification Of Constitutional Regimen and Diet", which recorded harmful and good food, has been used in clinical practices since 1962. The basis that can transform Eight Constitutional Diet into Sasang Constitutional Diet can be found in the fact that the Eight Constitution is based on the Sasang constitution. However, because clinical research on the relationship between 8 constitution and Sasang constitution is still sketchy, directly transforming the current Eight Constitutional Diet into Sasang Constitutional Diet seems unreasonable.

백하오이중탕의 기원(基源), 변천(變遷), 구성(構成)에 대한 고찰(考察) (The Origin, Changes and Compositive Principles of Baekhaoleejung-tang)

  • 1. Objectives: The purpose of this study is to understand the origin, the progressive changes and the constructive principles of Packhaoleejung-tang (白何烏理中湯) 2. Methods: Packhaoleejung-tang and other related prescriptions were analyzed in terms of their pathological indications, based on "Donguisusebowon Chobongwon (東醫壽世保元 草本卷)", "Donguisusebowon Gabobon (東醫壽世保元 甲午本)", "Donguisusebowon Sinchukbon (東醫壽世保元 辛丑本)", "Dongmuyugo (東武遺稿)", "Shanghanlun (傷寒論)". 3. Results and Conclusions: (1) The origin of Packhaoleejung-tang is leejung-tang from "Shanghanlun (傷寒論)". Packhaoleejung-tang inherited some of the principles from "Shanghanlun (傷寒論)" Insamkeiji-tang (2) "Gabobon(甲午本)"'s one prescription Hyangsaleejung-tang emphasizes the effect of lossen up by using Pogostemonis Herb (藿香),Amomi Fructus(砂仁). "Gabobon(甲午本)"'s another prescription Packhaoleejungtang emphasizes the effect of warm up stomach by using Cinnamomum cassia Blume (桂枝), Allium sativum Linne (獨頭蒜), Cynanchum wilfordii(白何首烏). "Sinchukbon(辛丑本)"'s prescription Packhaobujaleejungtang emphasizes the effect of warm up stomach by using Aconitum carmichaeli(附子) (3) The Packhaoleejung-tang is composed of 7 herbs. Atractlodis Rhizoma White(白朮), Glycyrrhizae Radix(甘草), Paeoniae Radix Alba(白芍藥) support Soeumin's spleen root (脾元), and Zingiberis Rhizoma(乾薑),Cinnamomum cassia Blume (桂枝, Cynanchum wilfordii(白何首烏) warm up stomach. Citri Pericarpium(陳皮) circulate Qi and encourage the descension of Yin.

  • The purpose of this study is to understand how Sasang Constitutional Medicine has been understood in China. Methods I searched for topics in Chinese such as Sasang medicine (四象醫學), Sasang constitution (四象體質), Chao medicine (朝醫), philosophy (哲學), principles (原理), the school of Confucianism (儒家), Confucianism (儒學) and ideology (思想) in CNKI database on January 15, 2019. The selected studies were summarized as three sections; the basic principles of Sasang Constitutional Medicine, influences of Confucianism and comparison with other medicines. Results In China, the principles of Sasang Constitutional Medicine is explained using the concepts such as Heaven-Human-Nature-Order, the Great Ultimate (Taiji), Two Modes (Liang-Yi), Sasang, heart, sorrow-anger-joy-pleasure, nature-emotions (Xingqing), and viscera-bowels (Zang-Fu). Sasang Constitutional Medicine is considered to has been influenced by Confucianism. The form of Sasang Constitutional Medicine was affected by the Book of Changes (Zhouyi), and the contents were impacted by the Great Learning (Daxue), the Doctrine of the Mean (Zhongyong), the Mencius (Mengzi) and the Analects (Lunyu). Sasang Constitutional Medicine have distinctive characteristics in comparison with other medicines, such as inherent determinations of constitution, organs difference by constitution the actions of nature, emotions and desire, recognition of humans as social beings, and the signification of heart as a presiding center. Conclusion In China, the philosophy of Sasang Constitutional Medicine has been studied with basis of four-element structure; activity, mind, body and matter. Also, it has been researched in medical aspects of human trying to control the nature and emotions to be physically, mentally and socially healthy.

Methods: Hyangsayangyi-tang and other related prescriptions were analyzed in terms of pathology, based on "Donguibogam(東醫寶鑑)", "Donguisusebowon Chobongwon(東醫壽世保元 草本卷)", "Donguisusebowon Gabobon(東醫壽世保元 甲午本)", "Donguisusebowon Sinchukbon(東醫壽世保元 辛丑本)". 3. Results and Conclusions: (1) The origin of Hyangsayangyi-tang is Hyangsayukgunja-tang from "Gongshin Uigamseo(龔信 醫鑑書"). Hyangsayangyi-tang inherited some of the principles from"Euihangangmok(醫學綱目)" Jeonssiyigong-san's (全氏異功散) application. (2) "Gabobon(甲午本)"'s prescription emphasizes the effect of lossen up by using Pogostemonis Herba(藿香). "Sinchukbon(辛丑本)"'s prescription emphasizes the effect of warm up stomach by using Zingiberis Rhizoma(乾薑). (3) Ginseng Radix(人蔘), Atractlodis Rhizoma White(白朮), Glycyrrhizae Radix(甘草), Paeoniae Radix Alba(白芍藥) support Soeumin's spleen root (脾元), and Zingiberis Rhizoma(乾薑), Myristicae Semen(肉豆蔲) warm up stomach, and Pinelliae Rhizoma(半夏), Citri Pericarpium(陳皮) circulate Qi, Crataegi Fructus(山楂), Amomi Fructus(砂仁), Cyperi Rhizoma(香附子) encourage digestion to maintain descending Yin.

소양인(少陽人) 망음증(亡陰證)에 관한 고찰 - 갑오본(甲午本)과 신축본(辛丑本)을 중심으로 - (The Study on the Mangeum-syndrome(亡陰證) of Soyangin in Sasang Constitutional Medicine (SCM))

Objectives: This research was proposed to find out how the recognition on Mangeum-syndrome(亡陰證) of Soyangin in Sasang Constitutional Medicine(SCM) evolved from "Donguisusebowon-GabObon(東醫壽世保元甲午本)"(DGO) to "Donguisusebowon-ShinChukbon(東醫壽世保元辛丑本)"(DSC). 2. Methods: We compared "Donguisusebowon-GabObon(東醫壽世保元甲午本)"(DGO) with "Donguisusebowon-ShinChukbon(東醫壽世保元辛丑本)"(DSC) to know how the symptom, mechanism, treatment principle and treatment methods on Mangeum-syndrome(亡陰證) of Soyangin in Sasang Constitutional Medicine(SCM). 3. Results and Conclusions: (1) The way to categorize the Exterior Disease and Interior Disease was different between DSC and DGO. (2) There was only a fundamental mechanism about the Boktongseolsa-syndrome(gastralgia and diarrhea) and no treatment principles and treatment methods about it in DGO. But the Boktongseolsa-syndrome was evolved into Mangeum-syndrome(亡陰證) in DSC with a detailed mechanism and treatment principles of it. (3) The evolution of Mangeum-syndrome(亡陰證) in DSC from Boktongseolsa-syndrome in DGO was attributed to the experience of treatment on Seomeo-syndrome(譫語證).

양격산화탕(凉膈散火湯)의 기원(基源), 변천과정(變遷過程) 및 구성원리(構成原理) (The Origin, Changes and Compositive Principles of Yangkyuksanhwa-tang)

  • 1. Objectives: This paper investigates the origin, the progressive changes and the constructive principles of Yangkyuksanhwa-tang (凉膈散火湯). 2. Methods: Yangkyuksanhwa-tang and other related prescriptions were analyzed in terms of their pathological indications, based on previous literature including "Donguisusebowon Chobongwon (東醫壽世保元 草本卷)", "Donguisusebowon Gabobon (東醫壽世保元 甲午本)", "Donguisusebowon Sinchukbon (東醫壽世保元 辛丑本)" and "Dongmuyugo (東武遺稿)". 3. Results and Conclusion: 1) The Yangkyuksanhwa-tang most likely originates from Sodokeum, Yangkyuksan, Baekho-tang and Indongdeung. 2) Sodoksanhwa-tang introduced in "Donguisusebowon Chobongwon (東醫壽世保元 草本卷)" progressively transformed into Chungyangsanghwa-tang ("Donguisusebowon Gabobon (東醫壽世保元 甲午本)") and ultimately into Yangkyuksanhwa-tang ("Donguisusebowon Sinchukbon (東醫壽世保元 辛丑本)"), a prescription appropriate for usage in the Sangso symptomatology (上消證). 3) Yangkyuksanhwa-tang is composed of 9 herbs. Of these, Schixonepetae herba(荊芥), Ledebouriellae Radix(防風), Forsythiae fructus(連翹), Menthae Herba(薄荷), Gardeniae fructus(梔子) scatter the Hwa-qi(火氣), and Rehmanniae Radix(生地黃), Gypsum fibrosum(石膏), Anemarrhenae(知母) put off the Stomach-heat(胃熱), whereas Lonicerae caulis(忍冬藤) support the prevention of carbunculosis(癰疽).

발달장애아동의 언어장애와 수족장애에 대한 한방치료의 유의성 평가 (An Evaluation of Significance of Oriental Medicine on Treating Speech Impediment and Limb Impediment Among the Children with Development Disabilities)

  • 1. Objectives This study was conducted to establish a standard and classify suitability in the treatment of speech impediment and limb impediment among the children with development disabilities using Oriental Medicine treatment on the ground of Sasang Constitutional Medicine. 2. Methods 43 patients with pediatric development disabilities with speech impediment and 10 patients with pediatric development disabilities with limb impediment as the main symptoms had been chosen in this study. Oriental Medicine treatments on the ground of Sasang Constitutional Medicine were rendered and evaluated responses as well as pursuing most proper treatment methods. 3. Results & Conclusions 1) For pediatric development disabilities with speech impediment, Oriental Medicine treatment showed a significant effect on similarity of Autism and Cerebral Palsy, but insignificant effect on innate Autism. 2) For pediatric development disabilities with limb impediment, Bee venom was effective for severe limb impediment and limb asthenia, while as eight principles herbal acupuncture effective for mild limb impediment and spasticity. 3) Sasang Constitutional Medicine for treating speech impediment and limb impediment among the children with development disabilities showed general improvement as a fundamental healing through coordinating inner organ activities.

사상의학(四象醫學)이 가진 한국(韓國) 한의학적(韓醫學的) 특성(特性)에 대한 고찰(考察) (A Study on Korean Medical Properties of Sasang Constitutional Medicine)

  • Sasang constitutional medicine was born on basis of constitutional cognition in Korean History. Only if we look at Sasang constitutional medicine on the environment of korean unique culture, geography and historical tradition, the true feature come into view, and on the contrary we could grasp to which degree it has general properties. Sasang constitutional medicine pursue inner principles of human being, that has been the most important traditions of Korean medicine. Also that properties are results of continuous confirming academic universality and constant efforts to look for the medicine that is most fit to clinical practice. For the purpose of developing world medicine, we must grow that specific characteristics of Sasang constitutional medicine.

중대재해처벌법 시행령 입법예고안에 대한 비판적 고찰 - 중대산업재해를 중심으로 - (A Critical Review on the Legislative Notice of the Enforcement Decree of the Serious Accident Punishment Act: Focusing on Serious Industrial Accidents)

  • Objectives: The purpose of the Act is to comprehensively consider the legislative notice of the Enforcement Decree of the Serious Accidents Punishment Act for each important issue in terms of system, content, and execution. Methods: We examine the legislative notice of the Enforcement Decree of the Serious Accidents Punishment Act in-depth from the perspective of the effectiveness of disaster prevention, consistency of the legal system, and harmony with legal principles. Results: The proposed Enforcement Decree of the Act on the Punishment of Serious Accidents hardly resolves the uncertainties of the law, and there are many aspects that are unclear in the enforcement ordinance itself and that do not comply with constitutional principles. As a result, it is judged that it is difficult to for it to serve as an accident prevention standard due to its low predictability and that it will be difficult to achieve effectiveness in accident prevention. Conclusions: Ultimately, the law itself should be extensively reorganized in order to ensure universal and sufficient effectiveness, including the abolition of the Serious Accidents Punishment Act. In the short term, even the Enforcement Decree of the Act should be reorganized and supplemented in accordance with the law and safety principles.

적백하오관중탕(赤白何烏寬中湯)의 기원(基源), 변천과정(變遷過程) 및 구성원리(構成原理) (The Origin, Changes and Compositive Principles of Jeokbaekhaogwanjung-tang)

  • 1. Objectives: This paper was written to understand the origin, changes and the constructive principles of Jeokbaekhaogwanjung-tang(Chibaihewu-tang; 赤白何烏寬中湯). 2. Methods: Jeokbaekhaogwanjung-tang and other related prescriptions were analyzed in terms of pathology, based on "Donguibogam(東醫寶鑑)", "Donguisusebowon Chobongwon(東醫壽世保元 草本卷)", "Donguisusebowon Gabobon(東醫壽世保元 甲午本)", "Donguisusebowon Sinchukbon(東醫壽世保元 辛丑本)" and "Donguisasangsinpyeon(東醫四象新編)" 3. Results: and Conclusions: 1) The origin of Jeokbaekhaogwanjung-tang, which inherited the spirit of Zhang, Zhongjing(張仲景)'s Sasim-tang(Xiexin-tang; 瀉心湯), is discovered in the prescriptions for Sun-qi(順氣), that is, Gwanjung-hwan(Kuanzhong-wan; 貫衆丸) and Mokhyangsungi-san(Muxiangshunqi-san; 木香順氣散). 2) The Jeokbaekhaogwanjung-tang was derived from Gangchulpajeok-tang(Jiangzhupoji-tang; 薑朮破積湯) of "Dongyisusebowon Gabobon", where the herbal medicines, Panax ginseng(人蔘) of Sasim-tang was replaced with Cynanchum wilfordii(白何首烏) and Allium sativum(獨頭蒜) was newly used too. Thereafter, Polygonum multiflorum(赤何首烏) and Alpinia oxyphylla(益智仁) were first added in Jeokbaekhaogwanjung-tang in "Sinchukbon". 3) The Jeokbaekhaogwanjung-tang, composed of 8 herbs except for Zizyphus jujuba(大棗), treats Taeumjeung(太陰證) of Soeumin(少陰人) through warming the Stomach(溫胃) of Cynanchum wilfordii, Polygonum multiflorum, Zingiber officinale(乾薑) and Alpinia officinarum(良薑) and downbearing the Yin(降陰) of Citrus reticulata(靑皮), Citrus unshiu(陳皮), Cyperus rotundus(香附子) and Alpinia oxyphylla.
