본 논문에서는 PSS/E(Power system simulator for engineering)를 이용하여 계통 내의 발전기 탈락을 모의하고, 모의 결과로 얻은 주파수의 변동을 이용하여 한국 전체 계통의 시스템 관성상수를 계산하고 특징을 분석하였다. 진동성분이 포함된 시간에 대한 주파수 파형에서 진동성분에 대한 영향을 억제하여 관성상수를 추정하기 위해 주파수 파형을 다항식의 형태로 근사화 하였다. 전체 전력계통은 총 11개의 지역으로 구분하였다. 각 구분된 지역에서의 시스템 관성상수를 추정하였다.

본 연구에서 물질고유의 특성인 유전체 특성 차이를 이용하여 해충을 포함한 곡물에 7kV이상의 Radio Frequency파(13MHz)를 수초에서 수 십초간 조사함으로써 곡물 내에 저장된 해충만을 선택적으로 가열하고 해충을 치사 혹은 이동시켜, 그 생육을 억제함으로써 곡물의 품질에 미치는 영향을 최소화하고 해충만을 구제하는 무독성 해충구제방법으로 곡물인 쌀을 보호하면서 곡물 해충인 쌀바구미만을 선택적으로 발열시켜 구제할 수 있는 유전가열 장치를 설계제작하고, 이를 시뮬레이션하고 실험결과로 이를 검증하였다.

In this paper, the theory of pulse frequency modulated DC/DC power converter to obtain constant output voltage for all input voltage changes is discussed. The switch controller consisting of integrator and comparator determines the ON time of power switch-Thyristor-by the error between the load voltage and a load reference voltage. Resulting voltage and current waveforms have been studied theoretically in detail and verified experimentally for a resistive and inductive load condition. State equations for voltages and currents using binary logic variables are computed by digital computer. Comparison of these withe oscillograms obtained from an experimental model shows very close agreement.

Plasma polymerized thin films were prepared using an interelectrode capacitively coupled gas flow type reactor. Hexamethyldisiloxane was chosen as the monomer to be used. The dielectric properties of the thin films have been investigated with the changes of discharge power, heat treatment temperature and frequency. The relative dielectric constant was increased with an increasing of discharge power, but was decreased with an increasing of heat treatment temperature.

Direct calculation algorithm for the elements of A matrix in multimachine power systems with constant impedance loads has been suggested. Generator's rotor parameters need not be determined from the manufacturer's data. We can identify the elements of A matrix into two categories: One is related to only generator parameters, and the other is related to generator parameters, initial values, and $Z_{Bus}$ matrix.

The polymerization rate, chemical structure and optical properties of tetramethyldisiloxane(TMS) have been investigated. The rate of polymerization of TMS films increased nonlinearly with the discharge power. The refractive indices of thin films varied from 1.40 to 1.43 and they also increased with increasing discharge power. Also, the extinction coefficient was about 0.2 and is independent of photon energy.

A laser system for therapy of cancer is proposed in this paper. In order to accuracy and statistical output control we used the constant current control method and designed the power source to protect the resonator from the over -current, rush-current and electrical fault. The most important things are the radiation type for cancer therapy in laser system, we developed the radiation type of cw, pulse, and burst pulse. The experimental result show that laser beam power increase linearly from 100mW to 300mW for input current increasing and the exposure time.

본 논문은 Full-bridge 인버터 방식의 HID 램프용 2단 저주파수 구형파 전자식 안정기의 구조 및 HID램프가 일정한 출력으로 구동하기 위한 제어방법을 제안한다. 제안된 안정기의 스위치 ON-OFF는 인덕터 전류에 의해서 이루어지며, 마이크로컨트롤러 및 제어기로 전류값을 제어하여 램프의 출력을 일정하게 유지한다. 실험을 통해 HID램프용 전자식 안정기가 안정적으로 동작함을 확인하였다.

This paper provides the results of dielectric properties for aged or controlled lightening arresters. The aged lightening arresters were used for five years in distribution line. The leakage current of lightening arresters and elements was measured to confirm whether the lightening arrester was deteriorated or not. The microstructure was also investigated to determine the size of grain and grain boundary. The dielectric properties of aged lightening arresters were compared to those of controlled lightening arresters. The dielectric constant and the tan${\delta}$ of aged lightening arrester were larger than those of controlled one, resulting from accelerated aging due to the thin grain boundary.

Wind turbines as a power distribution system linked to the driving operation according to the characteristics of the distribution system can be adversely affected by a change of circumstances, depending on Distribution Systems with driving characteristics of a wind turbine can be affected. Thus according to the grid-tied wind turbines and transient suppression of the distribution lines and distribution lines outside of the accident in order to maintain stable power supply to supply reactive power efficient system is necessary to keep the voltage constant. In this paper, we substantiated in Jeju Hangwon 12 Unit Level 1MVA STATCOM system configuration, control, configure, and test results will be introduced.
