  • In ubiquitous computing, invisible devices and software are connected to one another to provide convenient services to users [1][2]. Users hope to obtain a personalized service which is composed of customized devices among sharable devices in a ubiquitous smart space (which is called USS in this paper). However, the situations of each user are different and user preferences also are various. Although users request the same service in the same USS, the most suitable devices for composing the service are different for each user. For these user requirements, this paper proposes a device recommender system which infers and recommends customized devices for composing a user required service. The objective of this paper is the development of the systems for recommending devices through context-aware inference in peer-to-peer environments. For this goal, this paper considers the context and user preference. Also I implement a prototype system and test performance on the real ubiquitous mobile object (UMO).

  • A new and efficient layout object extraction technique is presented in this paper, which is to be used in technology migration or hard-U reuse. The technique models the original polygon layout represented by a set of edges as a set of connected or overlapped rectangles. The rectangle model provides easy and efficient recognition, extraction, resizing, and compaction of layout objects such as transistors, contacts, and wires. Experiments on several designs from simple standard cells to more complex designs using standard and/or custom cells demonstrate the effectiveness of our technique.

  • A signaling system for a single-track railroad has been specified in CafeOBJ. In this paper, we describe the specification of arbitrary two adjacent stations connected by a single line that is called a two-station system. The system consists of two stations, a railroad line (between the stations) that is also divided into some contiguous sections, signals and trains. Each object has been specified in terms of their behavior, and by composing the specifications with projection operators the whole specification has been described. A safety property that more than one train never enters a same section simultaneously has also been verified with CafeOBJ.

  • We have proposed a method to detect and track moving ships using position from Radar and image processor. Real-time segmentation of moving regions in image sequences is a fundamental step in the radar-camera integrated system. Algorithms for segmentation of objects are implemented by composing of background subtraction, morphologic operation, connected components labeling, region growing, and minimum enclosing rectangle. Once the moving objects are detected, tracking is only performed upon pixels labeled as foreground with reduced additional computational burdens.

  • This paper deals with a mathematical model which explains process of aquisition or skillfulness of human. Especially, in the case of determinating a ship's position, a degree of aquisitiion or skillfulness has a significant meaning in the view point of reliability of a data because it is closely connected with the position error. In this paper, the authors have obtained the following mathematical model, who analyzed quantitavely the data obtained by a process of measuring the horizontal sextant angles and extracted the factors or parameters affecting the process of aquisition or skillfulness of human. Namely, $H=Me^{-iN}$ M : the coefficiency which represent the degree of difficulty in measuring the object i : personal parameter N : the number of measurements

  • In this paper, the load balancing which is one of the distribution power system's operation purposes was studied. Reconfiguration of Distribution power system presents that the configuration is changed by changing the switch on/off status which exists in the system according to the mentioned purpose. Through this method, the load of distribution power system is shown to be balanced. As a characteristic of complicated distribution power system, system is designed by being applied by OOP(Object Oriented Programming) method which connected more flexibly than existing Procedural Programming method, and the process of calculating the distflow and the loss of configurated system is shown. In addition, this paper suggests more efficient method compared by the results of reconfiguration on the purpose of the loss minimization and by the result of distribution power system reconfiguration on the purpose of load balancing. Moreover, it searches for the method to approach the global optimal solution more quickly.

  • Cultural properties are valuable objects, which have exposed insevere environment and inherited for a long time but we don’t have correct information concerning materials, structure and skill of manufacture. Because the cultural properties have been destroyed by the deterioration elements as like wind, this must be carefully treated for investigation of exhibition and storage. Even if the observation is scientific research, we must not take actual sample from the object for obtaining information concerning the nature materials and skill of manufacture. so it is elementary principle to use non-destructive investigation method as analytical methods for cultural property. This contribution discusses the present condition and problem of X-ray fluorescence acting as a representative non-destructive investigation method and the difference of statistics to be connected with determination and finally explains the intend facts for analysis of data.

  • This paper proposes a new algorithm that detects and separates the occluding and occluded objects in a 2D image. An input image is represented by the attributed graph where a node corresponds to a surface and an arc connecting two nodes describes the adjacency of the nodes in the image. Each end of arc is weighted by relation value which tells the number of edges connected to the surface represented by the node in the opposite side of the arc. In attributed graph homogeneous nodes pertained to the same object always construct one of three special patterns which can be simply classified by comparison of relation values of the arcs. The experimental results have shown that the proposed algorithm efficiently separates the objects ...

  • A Purge and Trap Concentrator has been used to analyze various volatile organic compounds in water, operating several parameters affecting the extraction efficiencies of these compounds. The object of the present study was to observe the purge efficiencies of 40 volatile organic compounds (VOCs) in water, according to the change of parameters (purge time, dry purge time, sample temperature), and to determine the optimum condition of analysis of VOCs. The Purge and Trap Concentrator was interfaced with a narrow capillary connected to a gas chromatography mass spectrometer. At this condition, the detection limits of VOCs were in the range of 0.1-0.5 ㎍/L.

생성된 시퀀스는 CNN(Convolutional Neural Networks)과 LSTM(Long Short Term Memory)기반 다중 융합 네트워크 모델을 통해 시계열에 따른 행동 특징들을 추출하고, 깊은 FC(Fully Connected) 계층을 통해 특징들을 융합하여 행동을 예측한다. 본 연구에서 제시된 방법은 사람을 포함한 동물, 로봇 등의 다양한 객체에 적용될 수 있다.
