Broadcast has been often used to disseminate the frequently requested data efficiently to a large volume of mobile clients over a single or multiple channels. Conventional concurrency control protocols for mobile transactions are not suitable for the wireless broadcast environments due to the limited bandwidth of the up-link communication channel. In wireless broadcast environments, the server often broadcast different data items with different frequency to incorporate the data access patterns of mobile transactions. The previously proposed concurrency control protocols for mobile transactions in wireless broadcast environments are focused on the mobile transactions with uniform data access patterns. However, these protocols perform poorly when the data access pattern of update mobile transaction are not uniform but skewed. The update mobile transactions with skewed data access patterns will be frequently aborted and restarted due 4o the update conflict of the same data items with a high access frequency. In this paper, we propose an energy-efficient concurrence control protocol for mobile transactions with skewed data access as well as uniform data access patterns. Our protocol use a random back-off technique to avoid the frequent abort and restart of update mobile transactions. We present in-depth experimental analysis of our method by comparing it with existing concurrency control protocols. Our performance analysis show that it significantly decrease the average response time, the amount of upstream and downstream bandwidth usage over existing protocols.

In recent years, many organizations protect their information resources by investing in information security technology. However, information security threats from insiders have not been reduced. This study proposes a method for reducing information security threats within an organization by mitigating negative information security behaviors of employees. Specifically, the study finds a relationship between information security related role stress and negative behavior and suggests whether organizational justice mitigates role stress. That is, the purpose of the study is to suggest a mechanism between organizational justice, information security related role stress, and negative behavior. Negative behavior consist of avoidance behavior and deviant behavior, and security related role stress consist of role conflict and role ambiguity. Organizational justice consist of distributional justice, procedural justice, and informational justice. The research model is verified through structural equation modeling. After establishing a research model and hypothesis, we develop a survey questionnaire and collect data from 383 employees whose organizations have already implemented security policies. The findings appear that security related role stress increases negative behavior and that organizational justice mitigates role stress. The results of the analysis suggest the direction of organizational strategy for minimizing insider's security-related negative behaviors.
According to the changes of the medical environment of the times, it is necessary to discuss the issues of the doctor's medical guidance and to conduct continuous research so that alternatives can be prepared systematically. Furthermore, in order to enhance the professionalism of radiological technologists and to develop the medical technician system, the new Radiological Technologist Independent Act has been established, which contains the overall contents of the scope of work, professional qualifications, and specialized education of radiological technologists, and provides quality medical services to patients through professional procedures and treatment. In order to increase the level of medical care, the purpose, definition, mission, role, and scope of work specified in the Medical Act, Medical Service Technologists, etc. Act, the Enforcement Decree, and the Enforcement Rules were variously analyzed and new directions were presented. First, the definition of a medical technician should use a generic term so that the factors of conflict and prejudice could be resolved. Second, change the doctor's guide to doctor's prescription; and then legislate the authority to sign and write medical records after examination by radiological technologists, thereby prohibiting unlicensed technicians that seriously endanger patient safety. Third, an accurate definition of radiological technologists' roles should be established; not only selection and management of radiological technologists' work but also procedures and treatment for each radiology field should be specified to suit the current medical system. Fourth, a professional radiological technologists' qualification system and a specialized education system should be established in order to secure human resources that could provide patients trust in procedures and treatment based on professional knowledge and experience in the field of radiology. Fifth, the Education and Evaluation Institute should be operated in Korea education system to educate the professional knowledge and competency for students. In addition, it is necessary to in-depth analysis of foreign cases could be applied to the medical system and education system in Korea; it could strive to nurture systematic human resources.
The purpose of this research was to develop an un-tact group counseling program to deal with the conflicts in the relationship of unmarried couples and to verify the effect of the program for improving emotional cognition and emotion regulation of unmarried couples. The research procedure consisted of the program development step and the program verification step, and in detail, 8 steps of program development processes were established. The subjects of the research were 11 unmarried couples, and 4 group were organized. The group counseling program was conducted once a week (2 sessions), a total of 10 sessions for 5 weeks. The effect was analyzed quantitatively and qualitatively. As a result of quantitative analysis, the participant's relationship satisfaction was significantly improved and there was a significant change in some relationship emotional schemas of participants. As a result of qualitatively analysis through participant's program review, participant's emotional understanding and the couple relationship were improved, and the group effect of the couple group counseling was found. Finally, the significance and limitations of this study were presented.
The numbers of multi-year droughts due to climate change are increasing worldwide. Boryeong Dam, located in Chungcheongnam-do, South Korea, was also affected by a 4-year drought from 2014 to 2017. Since traditional unilateral decision making processes to alleviate drought damage have, until now, resulted in conflicts between many of the involved groups, the need for active participation from both stakeholders and policymakers is greater than before. This study introduced Shared Vision Planning, a collaborative decision making process that involves participation from various groups of stakeholders, by organizing Water Policy Council for Climate Change Adaptation in Chungcheongnam-do. A Shared Vision Planning Model was then developed with a system dynamics software by working together with relevant stakeholders to actively reflect their requests through three council meetings. Multiple simulations that included various future climate change scenarios were conducted, and future drought vulnerability analysis results of Boryeong Dam and districts, in terms of frequency, length, and magnitude, were arrived at. It was concluded that Boryeong Dam was more vulnerable to future droughts than the eight districts. While the total water deficit in the eight districts was not so significant, their water deficit in terms of spatial discordance was proved to be more problematic. In the future, possible alternatives to the model will be implemented so that stakeholders can use it to agree on a policy for possible conflict resolutions.
The objective of this study was to prepare the baseline data for vocational key competence of radiologists by analyzing the communication skills, problem-solving skills, self-development capability, interpersonal skills, and vocational ethics, which are required by NCS job descriptions for radiologists, of college students majoring in radiology. This study surveyed 79 sophomore and junior college students majoring in radiology at S University from Nov 19 to Nov 30, 2018, using questionnaires and analyzed the levels of vocational key competencies. The analysis results of vocational key competences levels showed that the level of interpersonal skills was the highest (71.2 points for juniors and 74.9 points for seniors). The levels of problem-solving skills and self-development capability were low. Conflict management capability, which is a sub-domain of interpersonal skills, was 77.5 and 80.5 points for juniors and seniors, respectively, which were the highest, while leadership ability was the lowest. When the sub-domains of self-development capability were analyzed, self-recognition capability was the highest (70.0 points for juniors and 74.8 points for seniors) and the career development capability was the lowest. Colleges are required to develop a customized regular curriculum that is well-linked to the clinic in order to improve the vocational key competencies required by the NCS job description to prepare for the blind hiring process. Colleges also put efforts to educate radiologists who can actively cope with rapidly changing medical environment by running various non-regular programs.
In this study, it focused on observational documentary based on observation. This study comparatively analyzed how differently the narrative style is implemented depending on the social and cultural background of East and West by analyzing the narrative style of Frederick Wiseman, a representative director of observational documentary who has been active in foreign countries for a long time, and Lee Seung-jun, recently become active in Korea. As a result of the analysis, It might be too early to judge by simple comparison of two directors, but it became an opportunity to see the difference between the long-standing observer style and the observer style documentary which actively accepts the new form. While it cannot be simply judged which style is better between the traditional observer style which shapes the simple contents into conflicts in the sequence structure and the recent style which sublimates the human inner conflict into the drama, a side could have been seen that the diversity is attained. It can be judged that the traditional documentary film can be gradually changed later. It was found that the documentary can emerge from the logic that it is difficult and boring, and that the same theme can be various and creative depending on what style is chosen.

Therefore, the narrative of is progressed while jealousy and unjealousy conflict, and in the process of repenting the character that shows the perfect womanhood realized in the fiction world and the most radical jealousy through such womanhood, this novel can be regarded as showing the ethical lesson.
Environmental impact assessment (EIA) practitioners play a very pivotal role in establishing EIA policies, and when implementing EIA environmental conflicts can be prevented and resolved by sharing information with stakeholders and coordinating opinions. For this reason, grasping the perceptions of stakeholders including practitioners about the overall system, such as EIA policies and implementation, can be helpful in setting improvement directions and policy directions for EIA. However, there is an insufficient information on the perception and understanding of stakeholders about the EIA system and operation currently in effect in Korea. Therefore, this study diagnoses operational and procedural problems for the EIA system, which is a decision-making tool and a precautionary technique that can minimize adverse effects through the environmental information analysis method, and improvement points and systems of the EIA system in the future. We tried to find a complement of an online survey of 37 questions,responses from 95 responses from stakeholders of EIA were summarized. Stakeholders were aware of the problems of the operation of the current system and the preparation of the evaluation form, and this was reflected. Period and cost of preparation of EIS (49%), the introduction of a new method (26%) and the items of collecting opinions and conflict management (41%), which showed high negative response rates (dissatisfied and very dissatisfied), are considered to be areas that we need to supplement further in the future. As society develops rapidly, the system needs to be supplemented accordingly, and policy improvement efforts are needed for items with high negative responses as a result of the survey.
This paper examines the effect of the adoption of international financial reporting standards(IFRS) on the financial reporting of SMEs. As IFRS is principle-based, management's discretion is needed to reflect the economic substance of transactions, and a sound internal accounting infrastructure is needed to support the judgment process. In the case of SMEs, the internal accounting infrastructure is not well established, which makes it difficult to apply principle-based accounting. The survey analysis of 132 small and medium-sized business accounting managers listed in the domestic stock market showed that the reliability of financial statements has increased due to the introduction of IFRS. In particular, SMEs perceived their financial statements as being more reliable after the adoption of IFRS than midsize companies. However, it was found that the costs and risks from the preparation of financial statements have increased significantly, and conflicts between auditors and supervisory authorities related to the application of the principles have increased. In particular, midsize companies felt the increase in conflict with auditors and supervisory authorities bigger than small companies. As for the practical difficulties in applying IFRS, both small and medium-sized companies have difficulty in interpreting the standards and lacked guidelines. In order to resolve these difficulties, it is necessary to enhance the function of Q&A by the Korea Accounting standard board(KASB) or Financial Supervisory Service(FSS). In conclusion, the reliability of the financial statements of SMEs has improved with the introduction of IFRS. However, we believe that policy and institutional support is needed in order to have better financial reporting for SMEs.
