Sling exercises therapy can speak as appliable comprehensive exercises therapy technique efficiently in general exercise field for injured worker's rehabilitation process and health improvement patient or athlete, injury or disease that have pain or dysfunction to neuromuscular system using that shake. At 1990 an early stage, because physical therapist and doctors of medical treatment developed country norway of north europe cooperate sling exercises therapy's concept trend spreading worldwide establishing theory newly based on scientific basic be. Musculoskeletal system, old man and young child's nervous system injurer's treatment and exercise and industry worker's rehabilitation process, athlete's rehabilitation etc. several fields introduced in early 2000s to Korea apply. Sling exercises therapy neuromuscular system disease continuous abatement as general concept of active exercise and treatment that use sling exercises equipment by purpose know can. This review article wishes to introduce about neuromuscular activation, "Neurac" technique that can speak as step developed more concept based on application principle etc, of basic sling exercises effort's change by suspension point's change that is concept, stability exercises principle, open kinetic chain exercises and closed kinetic chain exercises. Arranged about Plateau potential's characteristic and working mechanism and Neurac technique's application method that can say as Neurac technique's neuro-physiologic base, and presented treatment method of lumbar part disease and cervical part, shoulder joint part disease to application example. Because plateau potential forward player that induce using Neurac technique in part muscles that act role that keep spine surrounding stability in this article keeps muscle's contraction continuously, between global and local muscles, presented several study findings that can cause affirmative change in insufficient muscle adjustment state such as imbalance of muscles' action order. Expect that case studies that use this Neurac technique here after consist continuously.

본 논문은 "장자"의 철학적 사상을 인식하고 있는 진인(眞人)에 관한 정체성을 분석하고 해석하여 그 것을 파악 한 후에 이론적으로 구성한다. 그리고 그에 따른 장자철학 사상을 고찰하는 데 초점을 두고 작성하는 것을 목적으로 전개하고 있다. "장자" "대종사(大宗師)"에 등장하는 진인의 정체성에 대한 문제의식은 그가 형이상학적 인물이고 그를 나타내는 말들은 현대인이 살펴서 느끼기에 매우 난해한 글로 쓰여 있다. 따라서 진인이 지니고 있는 사색적(思索的) 능력들은 세속적 생활을 하고 있는 인간이 체득하기에는 너무 초월적 개념으로 이루어져 있으며 어쩌면 설화(說話)에 가까운 느낌이 들게 한다. 이러한 진인의 초월적 기능들을 알 수 있는 방법은 장자의 무위(無爲)를 이해하는 데에 있다. 그리고 무위는 만물에 작용하여 생명체를 생성시키는 도리(道理)의 개념을 정리하는 관점에서 만든 언어적 표현으로 볼 수 있다. 여기에는 만물의 생명체들이 자연의 공능에 대하여 불가항력적(不可抗力的) 물리성(物理性)이 내재되어 있는 관점을 간과할 수 없다. 그래서 본고는 자연의 초월적 공능을 진인에서 파악하고 그 원리적 작용을 연구하는데 중점을 두고 있다. 그러면 과연 진인의 안팎은 어떠한 모습을 갖고 있나 궁굼증이 있을 수 있다. 이에 그의 초인적 모습을 "대종사"에서 발췌하여 정리하고, 아울러 그가 천지만물에 대하여 처세하는 방법을 자연적 관점에서 살피고 정리했다. 그런데 여기에서 장자의 글 이외에 유가와 법가의 글이 나타나고 있다. 이것 역시 분석하고 파악하는 절차를 통하여 문제의식을 연구하여 본다. 그러나 조사적(調査的) 개념을 지양(止揚)하고 학문적(學文的) 차원으로 접근하여 동양이 갖고 있는 고유한 정신과 사상을 고찰하는데 중점을 두었다.

The Sasang constitutional Medicine is the original medicine that is created from the deep studies on former Eastern medical theories by Lee Jae-Ma in the late 19th century. This medicine deals with the interaction between mind and body in great depth. The temperament (the distinct nature and character of an individual, 性情) concept is the theoretical basis which divides man's constitution into four(Taeyangin, Taeumin, Soyangin and Soumin). This concept is derived from The old oriental Sung-Myung concept which has philosophical meaning. These terms of Sung and Jung also have metaphysical meaning and can not be explained easily. but roughly, The temperament is divided two concept. the distinct nature(性) means human's nature and the distinct nature(情) means human's desire. Besides, In Sasang constitution medicine, terms that traditionally represent emotions in asia are used as terminology of temperament. Altough too many aspects about Human's mind remains unknown yet, According to Neurological evidences, the brain is regarded as the main organ that produces rationality and emotion. Especially the way that brain produces an emotion provides some clues that can tell us how can mind affect body. Emotion is considered as evolutionary adaptation to response correctly against unexpected chaotic external changes. It is something that humans are born with, and causes physical responses simultaneously. Moreover, It can be come out with or without consciousness. The temperament(性情) concept and Emotion have similarity that both play an important role in mind-body correlation. Therefore Neurological researches on emotion were able to help reinterpret temperament(性情) concept. the distinct nature(性) seems to be the emotion that is come out directly from the brain stem, and the distinct nature(情) seems to be the emotion that is produced after neocortex involved thinking process. And the reason why Sung and Jung affect organs differently is explained from the manner that brain expresses emotion.

In this paper, in order to explicate how mathematics education can contribute to humanity education, I enquired in which position mathematics occupy in Froebel's For this, I examined Froebel's theory of humanity education, his theory of mathematics education, and the applicational problem of his thoughts to nowaday education. Froebel's educational theory is based on the concept of the Divine Unity which is relevant to the notion of 'The Absolute' of Fichte, Schelling, Hegel. He claims that from inanimate objects to human being, all is subject to the eternal law, which is presided by God. So the world itself is the representation of this law of the Divine Unity and education consists in leading man to conscious and free representation of it. The revealing process of the inner law of the Divine Unity can be attained through the awareness of the divinity which resides in the self. And this process of self-consciousness is dialectical movement of the two opposites, i.e. 'inner' and 'outer' Froebel suggests that mathematics is the mediator between the inner and outer world, i.e. he suggests that since both human being and nature are the representations of the Divine Unity, mathematics is both the pure human spirits and the law of nature. Having such a role, mathematics becomes the main discipline in education. Though there are some criticism on Froebel's educational thoughts on mathematics discussed in this paper, it can provide a typical answer to the question about how mathematics education contributes to humanity education.

Energy consumption has been increased world widely, and the energy retain is one of the most important economic alternatives. These tendencies expand the nuclear power plants not only quantitatively but also qualitatively. Despite of the increasing construction of nuclear power plants and related facilities, every system in main control room(MCR) has been designed and administered solely based on the safety-first principles because of the specificity of nuclear industry. However, recent main control rooms started with the concept that the operators' performance could be optimized though the organic interrelation between human, machine, and environments. Now, it has been recognised in the scope of Ergonomics and Space Design which acknowledge our living spaces as Man-Environment Interface and this change connotes the MCR spaces should be special spaces rather than ordinary spaces. This research investigated domestic and foreign nuclear power plants' MCRs to suggest basic alternatives which can be applied to future MCR. With the review of characteristics of MCR, an integration of interior design, lighting and Ergonomics was explored and classified as types. Futhermore, the classification of environmental characteristics within the relationships between human, machine, and environments was developed through the case analysis of nuclear power plants. The results of this study will provide a basis of space design for system environments that the high level of safety and function are extremely important.

An Integrated Bridge System (IBS) is not an officially defined term, but a concept of which integrates on a consol at bridge the primary functions of stand-alone navigational aids and communication instruments or of stand-alone units which are integrated i.e. ARPA ECDIS It aims to enable officers on navigational watch to perform their duty without impairing proper lookout. IBS has been taking shape through a rapid development of navigation and communication systems in relation with bridge configuration bridge work station and one man bridge operation system. IBS related matters have been considered for years and is on the agenda of the International Maritime Organization(IMO) for its technical details and safety aspect of possible one-man watchkeeping at night. However IMO has made it clear that human element should be the key factor in considering IBS and single watchkeeping issue. In the development of IBS ergonomic element and human psychological aspect have been more emphasized than technical requirements. This paper refers to documents presented to the IMO and its progress made in various IMO technical meetings on the development of IBS which is perceived as an effective aid to proper bridge lookout and those standards adopted by classification societies on the composition of workstation at bridge in order to identify the international trend on regulating required equipment function of workstation of IBS the regulatory review process and technical recommendations related thereto.

The change in radically changing era requires various interpretation of interior space and application according to it Minimalism shows simple and pure geometric structure and has been influencing to every aspect encompassing space till present. The features of minimalism in space is geometric structure and composition of simple and repetitive line, restrained simple space, pure and structural simplicity. When minimalism construction is discussed, the vocabulary of simplicity has been followed incidentally and has been discussed as concept of simplicity in new viewpoint through historical flow. The purpose of this study is analyzing basic features of John Pawson's ways of working and trying to define the semantics of the new simplicity concept in modern interior space. The new simplicity in John Pawson shows interactive relationship of eastern and western through basic consideration of fundamental elements such as space, light and materials. The relational simple in intermediation of the new simplicity expressed by amalgamation of eastern and western further from disparate interpretation for simplicity expressed in eastern and western is to review back the basic meaning of simplicity in minimalism. And I hope this study can offer various directions for new interior space accepting theory of the new simplicity and I think that new constructional alternative is required as physical space which can be matched with era of social, environmental chaos caused by this theory of the new simplicity.

Ombudsmanship is the framework to provide the speedy administrative justice to poor man which is originated in Sweden in the 19^th Century and the modus operandi with modernized arrangement of public grievance redressal. Pakistan has thirteen different Ombudsman Institutions at both Federal and Provincial level with limited public accessibility. This paper presents a collaboration framework for extending the outreach of Ombudsmanship at proverbial doorstep of complainants. This framework has three main components as collaborative arrangements, Proceedings and Resolution of the complaints that increased the public trust. A pilot project titles Swift Complaint Resolution (SCR) was constructed and executed by Federal Ombudsman Secretariat to materialize the concept of speedy redressal of complaints. The SCR project first affirmed the strength of the components of the framework. The concept of SCR was first presented in the Federal Advisory committee for Administrative Justice, which comprised of highest level of the Parliamentarians, Public Officials, NGOs and Civil Society where presented guidelines to be adopted for the free and speedy redressal of grievances at proverbial doorsteps in tehsils and district headquarters ultimately to the extended to the union councils. In SCR, the complaints were decided within 25 days even though the Law permitted 60 days that is itself a record in any judicial /quasi-judicial forum.

The purpose of this paper is to deeply understand the transitional concept of gender expressed in the later 20th century fashion through analyzing of various literature. Gender is constructed in the context of social and culture different than sex which is inherent difference between man and women. Thus the concept of gender can be changed according to change of social and culture. There are imposing changes in gender since 60's owing to various factors; namely, feminism, subculture, deconstruction, development of technology, market economy, changing sex roles, etc. Especially in the 60's to 70's, as radical changes were took place, gender became vague more and more. Finally these days there is no fixed gender. In terms of meaning, there may be a number of genders-since there are as many meanings of sex as there are people who have thought about it. That is, sex is, gender means. Sex exists in itself, and is sublimely indifferent to what humans think of it, However gender is all the meanings we assign to sex. In accordance with this phenomena, people don't mind their sexes with appearance. There is only different disposition and taste.

The purpose of this paper is to show that a shape pro-duced by natural factors such as weather, environments, etc., can be introduced into the emotion of a design, and to make a design process by planning a Korean image and characterizing its concept. Human beings, nature, man-made objects, and society have their own functions in an environmental structure. When all their functions are kept in working order, human beings come to discover orderliness out of which they can absorb pleasure. They cannot look into their own inside but they can trace back in their memories a variety of panoramic experiences which have been embed-ded onto their identity during their lifetime interactions with an empirical world. Children first acquire a way of cognition in the space, a comprehensive premise, connecting a specific place and an object of cognition. Such subconsciousness forms sky-lines of mountains, seas, and trees under the sky, and produces axis lines and beehived domes under the influ-ence of natural, cultural, and social factors, forming a folk culture. A subconscious composition of existential space is extended. A subconscious composition of existential space is extended to the areas of environmental design, product design, and fashion design. The development of a concept of place and space as a system is a necessary condition for discovering an existential foothold.
