본 연구는 "디지털 환경권"이라는 새로운 권리 개념 정립을 통해 정보교과 강화의 필요성을 역설하고 정보교과 내 정보문화소양의 교육구성 모델 개선 제안을 목적으로 한다. 디지털 환경권 개념 도입을 통하여 정보교과를 필수교과목화 하기 위한 논리적 근거를 제공하고 정보 교과 내 정보문화소양의 구성을 재체계화함으로써 디지털 시민으로서 학생이 디지털 환경을 살아가는데 필요한 역량 제고에 기여하고자 한다. 이에 대한 연구로 디지털 환경에서 요구되는 권리 개념의 논리를 분석하고 디지털 환경권 개념을 정립한다. 그리고 디지털 환경 전환과 관련하여 미국, 호주, 일본 등의 주요국에서 실행하고 있는 관련 교육과정을 분석함으로써 정보교과의 교육구성 개선안을 도출한다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다.: 첫째, 디지털 환경권은 '쾌적하고 안전한 디지털 환경을 누릴 권리' 이다. 둘째, 디지털 환경권의 세분화된 구성요소로는 디지털 환경을 위한 권리(사이버윤리), 디지털 환경의 권리(사이버안전), 디지털 환경에 대한 권리(사이버보안)가 있다. 셋째, 주요국에서는 정보 관련 교육 내용으로 디지털시민성, 코드 윤리, 그리고 신기술 보안에 대해 다양한 교육구성이 이루어지고 있다.

After the introduction of fuzzy sets by Zadeh, there have been a number of generalizations of this fundamental concept. The notion of intuitionistic fuzzy sets introduced by Aranassov is one among them. In this paper, we apply the concept of an intuitionistic fuzzy set to commutative ideals in BCK-algebras. The notion of an intuitionistic fuzzy commutative ideal of a BCK-algebra is introduced, and some related properties are investigated. Characterizations of an intuitionistic fuzzy commutative ideal are given. Conditions for an intuitionistic fuzzy ideal to be an intuitionistic fuzzy commutative ideal are given. Using a collection of commutative ideals, intuitionistic fuzzy commutative ideals are established.

NGOs occupy so high international position that it is said the age of NGOs or Renaissance of NGOs has came. Recently, they continuously succeeded in hindering and blocking large-scale international events through their violent struggles. This paper studied the concept of NGO, examples of NGO struggles during recent international events and stated anticipated struggles during ASEM III and their trend. Thereafter, with future prospect of NGO activities, some measures for successful 2002 World Cup and 2005 APEC were provided in this paper. Nowadays the importance of equipment reliability and efficiency is increasing and the concept of Total Fluid Management is introduced to make production cost down and improve equipment reliability. In this paper, basic survey on the current status of lubricants application and equipment maintenance is made. Lubrication point of the factory was 233 and 60 percent of the point was lubricated by hydraulic oils. Lubricants used at 87 points were different from those of original equipment manufacturers' recommendation. And 40 percent of the points are heavily contaminated. Exchange of oils, use of filter, computerization and so on were recommended. And introduction of Total Fluid Management concept is required.

This research investigated if the embodied symbol using a turtle metaphor in a microworld environment works as a cognitive tool to mediate the learning of combinatorics. It was found that students were able to not only count the number of cases systematically by using the embodied symbols in a situated problem regarding Permutation and Combination, but also find the rules and infer a concept of Combination through the activities manipulating the symbols. Therefore, we concluded that the embodied symbol, as a bridge that connects learners' concrete experiences with abstract mathematical concepts, can be applied to introduction of various mathematical concepts as well as a combinatorics concept.

Traditionally, companies have been concerned with making an investment decision either to go now or never to go forever. However, owing to the development of the theory of options pricing in a financial investment field and its introduction to the appraisal of real investments in these days, we are now partially allowed to derive the value of a managerial flexibility of real investment projects. In this paper, we derived a general mathematical model to price the option value of real investment projects assuming that they have only one-period of time under which uncertainty exists. This mathematical model was developed based on the opportunity cost concept. We will show a simple numerical example to illustrate how the mathematical model works comparing it with the existing models.

After the introduction of fuzzy sets by Zadeh [8], there have been a number of generalizations of fundamental concept. The notion of intuitionistic fuzzy sets introduced by Atanassov is one among them. An intuitionistic fuzzy set is also called a bifuzzy set according to [5]. In this paper, we apply the concept of a bifuzzy set to (implicative) ideals in pseudo MV-algebras. The notion of a bifuzzy (implicative) ideal of a pseudo MV-algebra is introduced, and some related properties are investigated. Conditions for a bifuzzy set to be a bifuzzy ideal are given, and characterizations of a bifuzzy (implicative) ideal are provided. Using a family of ideals, bifuzzy ideals are established.

Hull form development for an AFRAMAX tanker characterized by the form parameters of $C_B\simeq0.8$, $L/B\simeq5.5$, $B/T\simeq3.5$, han been carried out by the application of ‘Composite Stern Frameline Concept’. The viscous resistance of the new form was much smaller than that of the conventional form. Form factor of the new form was only 0.18 compared to 0.30 for the conventional hull form, Nevertheless the propulsive efficiency was slightly lower and thus the required propulsion power was smaller by 5~6% at both full load and ballast condition. In addition, it is confirmed that introduction of the form factor method such as ITTC’78 method is highly advisable because there is a great risk of the underperdicting full scale resistance of the hull form whose form the extrapolation of moel resistance to full scale is to be based on Froude method with the correlation allowances usually applied to conventional hull forms.

An applied art, business project for consumers, pursues aesthetic objectives. Therefore it is required to approach the concept of service marketing for consumer satisfaction. The purpose of this paper is to verify the effectiveness of concepts for service marketing in processing interior design project. The contribution of this research is the refined checklists for interior design projects which can be applied to actual business as well as the introduction of service marketing concept into interior design industry. This paper proposes an advanced business in interior design industry and is expected to increase consumer satisfaction in living space as their needs and life styles are being more diversified.
