Financial planning in the United States has evolved since 1980 from a field comprised of specialists, such as insurance agents, bankers, accountants, and stock brokers, offering particular services to clients, to the situation today, where most professionals offering financial services to households market themselves as comprehensive financial planners. The breadth of knowledge required for financial planning can be seen in the 106 topics covered by the Certified Financial Planner(CFP) Exam. This study reviews the actual conditions of financial planning in the U.S. including suppliers of financial services to household, the philosophy of financial planning, and the financial planning process as described by the CFP Board. Also, this study discusses related research about problems and challenges faced by households in financial planning in the U.S.

A new disease, the slippery scar, was investigated in cultivated bags of Auricularia polytricha. This fungus was isolated from the infected mycelia of cultivated bags. Based on morphological observation, rDNA-internal transcribed spacer and 18S sequence analysis, this pathogen was identified as the Ascomycete Scytalidium lignicola. According to Koch's Postulation, the pathogenicity of S. lignicola to the mycelia of A. polytricha was confirmed. The parasitism of this fungus on mushroom mycelia in China has not been reported before.

Recently, government agencies such as MKE Ministry of the small and midsize businesses and technology development requirements, technical difficulties to solve the Institute of Cast cooperation by establishing a network hub system Institute of Cast diffusion and commercialization of the R & D and are encouraged to promote. SME supporting with the experting technologies required to small and medium-sized businesses through "A comprehensive support program production site" of ISTK(Korea Research council Industrial Science & Technology) having been performed from 2010 to 2012, a pilot project in 2009. In this paper, customized technology services program in the past two years run will be discussed with the performance and improvement. Comprehensive support program that ends the production site in 2012 onwards the needs of maintenance difficulties of the railroad companies to build a support system and its ongoing research about the future plans to do.

Reactor vessel internals comprehensive vibration assessment program(RVI CVAP) is one of the necessary tests to ensure the safety of nuclear power plants. RVI CVAP of U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission Regulatory Guide 1.20(U.S. NRC R.G. 1.20) consists of the analysis, measurement, and inspection. One of the core technologies of the measurement program for RVI CVAP is to select suitable sensors. We analyzed RVI design data of Palo Verde nuclear generating station(U.S.) and Yonggwang nuclear generating station(Korea) and investigated measuring sensors used in both of them; moreover, we investigated sensors used for measurement of RVI CVAP for the last 20 years throughout the world. Based on these results, we selected the most suitable sensors for RVI CVAP in Advanced Power Reactor 1400(APR1400).

The structural integrity of APR1400 reactor vessel internals has been being assessed referring the US Nuclear Regulatory Commission regulatory guide 1.20, comprehensive vibration assessment program. The program is composed of a vibration and stress analysis, a vibration and stress measurement, and an inspection. This paper covers the vibration and stress analysis on the reactor vessel internals by the pulsation of reactor coolant pump. 3-dimensional models to calculate the hydraulic loads and structural responses were built and the pressure distributions and the structural responses were predicted using ANSYS. This paper presents that APR1400 reactor vessel internals have enough structural integrity against the pulsation of reactor coolant pump as the peak stress of the reactor vessel internals is much lower than the acceptance limit.
